I constantly forget to post a review, but Pink Nails is the ONLY place I will go in Pensacola!! I moved here recently and after a horrible experience elsewhere, I have now been to Pink Nails for 3 sets of acrylics!! I will never go ANYWHERE else!! Ben and Lee are both great, but I’m sure everyone here is! Family owned business, and there’s hardly ever a wait. They truly do a wonderful job. Also, this photo was almost a week after getting them done!!!!

Go see my guy BEN!!!! Ahhh, Let me Just tell you, it is very hard to find a nail salon these days. This place is amazing because I felt like family when I left. I had great conversation. I felt I was heard on every need. They made me feel at home. It was just an experience Ive never felt while getting my toes and feet done. I want the person to know that Im human just like them whenever it comes to these type of services and it felt nothing less, Im a server so I understand the experience both ways. If your stuck trying to find your salon look no further I promise you!Worth every penny and minute!

I came here for the first time with my sister. We both got pedicures and nails done. We had the greatest time and it was a very pleasant experience for us both. My nails look amazing and exactly like I asked (which is almost always an issue anywhere else I go) I spend a lot on keeping myself up so it’s nice to finally find somewhere they don’t rush and they make sure that you leave happy!

I went here on their grand opening day and had my eyebrows waxed. Thought the place was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Came back a couple weeks later with my daughter and we got our nails done. We are both happy with our nails and the service. They have a great selection of colors, as well. I plan on going back and trying a pedicure, too. Would recommend.

I came to pink nails looking for extensions with gel polish and I got so much more. The woman working the front counter was so sweet and let me look at all of their mail stickers and add ons. I picked out periwinkle glow in the dark nails, asked for one moon on my middle nails and stars on the others. The lady who did my painting filing and extensions was so fast and did a beautiful job. The one who did my stickers placed them SO well and made them prettier than I had envisioned. It was all very reasonable too. Can’t recommend them enough!

Pink Nails is the best nail salon I’ve been to. I’ve gotten gel manicures at other nail places, and they scrape your nails so hard they are sore for days, and the polish chips after a few days. :-( At pink Nails my manicure last four weeks or longer, I have to get the polished removed. I love Pink Nails!

Nice place and welcoming upon entry. My male nailtech was detailed and payed close attention to everything. Love my nails and he offered water. I rated 4 stars because of the 2 female nail techs with that sat over us watching at hovering the entire time. One was popping off her own nails and putting them on the desk by the man doing my nails. They kept talking to one another in a foreign language the entire time. I just felt it was rude and unprofessional. I get my nails done its my relaxation time. Not 4 people at a small station and someone taking there nails off and setting broken old nails down inches from mine being done.I would also suggest having a more customer based bathroom. Maybe not a storage area for your customers to see when using the restroom. Also.. move the dirty mop and bucket. Last thing woman want to set right ontop of when using the toilet is that in their face.Ill be back.. new business and kinks to work out but there is forsure lovely nails walking out

Ive been everywhere else, literally everywhere, and this is the first place I not only will come back to, but would also recommend to other people. I think the prices are very fair and they have a large variety of nail colors and styles to choose from. Hannah the shop owner was my nail tech and she did a great job! 10/10 cant recommend enough

I got a gel pedicure and dip polish on my nails and she did a great job. I also ended up getting my eyebrows waxed and she also made me feel comfortable and did a great job with that too! I wish they were located by me in Michigan because I would make it my go to shop if I could.

This was my first time visiting Pink Nails I got the collagen pedicure [it’s my birthday weekend so I wanted to splurge] and I get very iffy because I need ny nails shaped a little and I usually get mediocre results but not here! Let me tell you, Emily was the girl who did my toes, and CHILEEE, she massaged 36 years of stress and tiredness out of my feets, I’m a former bartender too so I def have some feet problems but my feet feel soo light and so soft - I legit feel like I’m walking on clouds right now . Just go, there were a few other people getting their toes done and they were equally as relaxed as me - it’s such a nice vibe here BOOK THE APPOINTMENT NOW ♥️

I walked into Pink Nails two days ago, November 15th. I had just broken a nail off the night before and it was time for a full anyway. I’d never been here before and I did not have an appointment. There was one person waiting for a manicure when I got there. I believe I waited 25-30 minutes, which I was prepared to do. THANK GOODNESS. I’m very glad I waited. I didn’t catch the name of the gal that did my nails, but she mentioned it was her off day and she came in because there weren’t many techs there. She brought her 9 month old daughter- the cutest baby ever!!!! She asked how long I’d waited and thanked me for coming in and waiting. While doing my nails, everything went great. It was relatively quick too. The coffin shape is perfect and I’m in love with the color I chose. The salon is clean and cute. Everyone seemed sweet, welcoming, and appreciative to have clients. Will definitely be back!!

This is the only salon Ive ever stuck with. Ive been coming for close to 2 years, and the quality of service has never declined. Some nail techs have come and gone, but every single nail tech Ive worked with bi-weekly, for the last 2 years has always been thorough, friendly, and accommodating to my taste.They are transparent about policies and pricing. The website, in store pricing, and signs are all cohesive.They frequently offer 10% off text promotions, have a punch card rewards card, and in-store database that accrues points with visits. On multiple occasions, Ive been able to cash out $15 off, or use another discount!(The picture is about 2 weeks after I had regular acryclic polish done and after several trips to the beach.)

First time I brought my girlfriend getting her nails done here. She love her nails!!😋 She had to redo her nails because another nail salon did not do a good job. She had paid too much for how they did them and She needed them redone for our wedding. She had to take off her acrylics, get a manicure, and put a new set on. They were understanding of her situation and did an excellent job!🙌🏼 The guy did her nails and he was so nice! One of the best experiences She had at a nail salon. She doesn’t get her nails done often but I thought he did a great job! He took his time and made sure she was happy with them. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Beautiful shop just Grand Open, clean great atmosphere and All of them were very friendly!! Especially, they have a great promotion 20% off for all services until October.

Enjoy going to Pink Nails. They are very consistent with the service. I love the discount points you can get as well. The staff is wonderful and just as another review mentioned, Hannah is a wonderful owner. My daughter and I come in on a consistent basis and there are many salons closers to where we live. Hannah (owner) has been doing my nails for a while. She does an amazing excellent job on my fingers and toes. Their prices are lower than any other place I have been to in town. The salon is very clean. And staff is super friendly. Found my new place!
