    I was looking for a new place for color since the place I was going is no longer there. I went for a cut first with Funda. She did a fantastic job. She looked a pictures for my ideas and listened to what to what I was looking for. I decided to do my color with her. She talked over everything with me and helped go through options so I could pick what was in my budget. She took her time and got me a color that I really love.

    AMAZING!! Absolutely blown away by the outstanding customer service I received at this salon. From the front desk staff to my stylist, Danielle I was so impressed with my experience. Danielle was very attentive and took the time to make sure she got the right formula to match my blonde color. While she was shampooing my hair she did an amazing scalp massage and while my hair had conditioner in she did a hand massage. Never had a salon offer to do that before.Absolutely grateful to find this place and highly recommend Danielle!!

    Funda has once again outdone herself. I came in for a full head of highlights, She treated me to tea and massages while I sat there with product being set in which was absolutely amazing. She paid extra attention to every inch of work she did for me just to get it perfect. I have been here a few times and Funda is my go-to gal for all things hair. Her compassion and patience really puts her a bar above for her skill. My entire visit to Avada HQ has left me feeling better about myself again and It’s all thanks to Funda! 100/10 💜Thank you again!!

    Amazing experience. Literally the first hair dresser (Ashley), who was able to cut my hair to the exact style I wanted. I almost always fix my hair when I get home. This was the first time I did not have to.The ambiance was perfect, everyone was professional. Well worth the money.

    Jennifer did a color correction for me and it turned out great! LIt was extremely dark and she first toned down the dark color and then added a warm brown and then a deep condition. Her skill level was impressive and she was like a chemist in the way she corrected the color. I have been to this salon for years and have never been anything other than very happy with the results!💕

    Jennifer was amazing. 6 years of trusting my hair to her, her creativity and visions always leave me excited to show off my new hair. Never disappointed by her. I have started bringing my kids to her as well and they only want to see her. Will continue to be taken care of by her.

    My hair turned out really great and I am very happy. Thank you very much to my hair stylist Funda. She highlighted my hair professionally and quickly, exactly as I wanted. She found the best shade for my hair and skin and made me very happy about it. It is also a really clean and beautiful salon. The hair massage and hand massage were amazing. I am very happy to have such an experience. I would also like to thank Funda for making my hair gorgeous again and for taking care of me so well because I am very happy with the result.

    I just left my third appointment with Funda, and I’ve intentionally held back my review until now for a reason. My wife and I moved to Tampa from Manhattan a few years ago, and in New York, I had the same stylist for 10 years. Since relocating, I’ve struggled to find a stylist who consistently delivers an excellent cut. I can now say with confidence that my search is over—Funda is truly exceptional! If I could give ten stars I would.Her intuition is spot on. When you describe what you’re looking for, she not only understands but ensures it’s exactly what you envisioned. She never rushes, and she remembers every detail of your preferences, down to the precisely hot water temperature that I like when she washes my hair. It’s rare to find a place where you can walk in, sit down, and feel completely understood without having to say a word.HQ is that place, and Funda is the person who makes it happen!

    I have worked with KellyAnne for over 10 years now and I am so blessed to have found her. We all know a good hair girl is important! She does both my cut and highlights and does a wonderful and concise job with both! I am constantly getting asked who does my hair. Not only does she work wonders with my hair, but shes also kind, funny, and always makes me feel at ease during my appointments. Whats even better is that she also cuts my kids hair with such care and precision. They are 15 and 11 and both refuse to go to anyone else. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented stylist who brings joy to the salon experience!

    Hi everyone :) i have been going here for years and i feel the need to finally leave a review! this is the best place to get a cut, color, or anything you may need. the staff is so professional, kind, and truly care about you and your wishes for your hair. as we all know, hair is a big part of our lives, and mine unfortunately fell out in 2018. i started going to aveda to get the SMALLEST cuts because i was so scared of always having short hair. once my hair got long enough, Ashley started working with me, and let me tell you- she is AMAZING. she always puts up with my concerns, insecurities, and comes up with styles and colors that i never thought were possible. i always leave that place feeling like a million bucks. i even go there after my 13 hour night shift just to get to relax in her chair. i’ve had multiple stylists that are also incredibly nice and amazing at their jobs. i truly think everyone should go here- just try it!

    Ashley always knows how to cut my hair so that it looks good naturally. I recently came in and had my hair dyed a mix of purples, blues, and pinks. It came out amazing! I’ve washed my hair twice and the color is still perfectly in place like I just had it done. Super welcoming environment of super sweet ladies.

    Ive been visiting Amanda here for 4 or 5 years. This is the only salon in all my experiences that Ive never had a single problem with. Not only does Amanda do an amazing job on my hair each and every time (and Im always changing it up and doing different things - shes done highlights, lowlights, bayalage, chunky layers and stacked bobs) but the front desk is always amazingly pleasant, and I never wait more than a couple of minutes to go back. You are greeted warmly and offered refreshments the minute you walk in. I cant recommend this place enough.

    I cant recommend this salon and specifically KellyAnne enough! I started going to her when I lived in Lutz at least 6 years ago for color and a hair cut and have been going ever since even though Ive moved further away! I love that she did a consultation first, each time shes honest about whether or not a color will look good on me, and over the years she continuously takes classes and attends professional events to increase her skills and knowledge. An added bonus: shes a sweetheart! Ive even got my sister going to her!If you need someone for a cut, color, or treatment, look no further than KellyAnne at HQ!

    I saw Jade last week for the first time and she did a wonderful job with my highlights! I have damage from using box dye on top of previous highlights and she was so gentle on my hair. My highlights look amazing and I dont have any further damage. I had to cut the appointment short and she was very sweet and understanding. I will definitely be going back to her!

    I walked in on a Tuesday morning and was able to get right in for a haircut. It turned out to be one of the nicer experiences I have had in a salon. I was seated in a nice waiting area and offered coffee or water. Soon Lauren came out and got me. I had a picture of what I wanted and we talked about it. Next was a scalp massage, which was lovely. Then a shampoo in a VERY comfortable chair. (They usually kill my neck but this didnt.) While the conditioner sat on my hair, she gave me a hand massage. By this time I was very relaxed! She did an excellent job of cutting my hair and I am pleased that we have a plan to get it to the length I want. The price was a bit higher than I usually pay ($30) but considering all of the extras, it was well worth it. I will definitely go back, and will ask for Lauren again. Oh, by the way...they offer a free bang trim after 4 weeks, even if the hairdo isnt ready for a cut.

    I am on love with this salon! Come here couple times. People are very friendly, its calm and relaxing. I love the head and arm massage its the best! I got a bob and it came out just the way I wanted it! I have also got my eyebrows waxed and let me tell you it was so gentle and they came out amazingly! The price is not that much either I got my hair cut and eyebrows and it was under 40!!! Go there you will not regret it!

    Danielle was nothing short of perfection. She did an AMAZING job at bringing my hair back to life. I came in with horrible Covid hair and walked out with the best hair cut and color of my life!!!! I have always wanted hair like this but I never thought I could. All I said to Danielle was that I wanted a little color and just by my hand movements and minor explanation, she was able to execute the most amazing result. She will forever be my go-to person. You will not regret booking with her!!! Talent like that only comes from the many years of experience she’s got under her belt. I’m sooooooo happy I found her!!!!

    Myrna is wonderful. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she showed me a comparable photo of what she’d done before, and blended both to give me a wonderful, feminine short hair cut. She is personable, and confident in her abilities which made me much less nervous. I had to stop myself from hugging her when she was done. I booked my next appointment on the spot and am looking forward to it. Will recommend her time and again.

    My stylist Kelly Ann does a great job! She is professional, creative and friendly. Ive been getting my hair cut with HQ now for about a year. Everyone is very pleasant, they are on time and do a great job of reminding you via texts and phone when your appointment is coming up.Kelly Ann has offered opinions on my cut style and they have worked out well, but she does listen and heed instructions - something that I have had problems with in the past with other creative sytlists.I would recommend HQ.

    Always have a wonderful experience when I visit. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They currently have a great process in place to limit contact as needed and wipe down everything. There are many talented stylists depending on your hair type & style. Ive tried other stylists locally in WC and would get headaches after each visit because of the products they used. Aveda products tend to be more natural. After switching Ive never had a headache again from color or product.

    I had a fantastic experience today with Myrna. The staff was very welcoming and professional. Myrna styled my hair in a way that was even better then I had envisioned. The second best part about the experience was the hand massage and warm facial towel (the best part was the haircut)! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a first class experience and to those who love Aveda products.

    Addendum to below paragraph and prior 2 star rating. I received a call from the manager who had seen my rating here, she sincerely apologized for my experience. She went on to validate my concerns and offered to put me with a top stylist at no charge to make it right at a day/time that worked for my schedule. I declined at first but she was pleasantly persistent. I reluctantly agreed hoping that my hair would come out decent. I have to say I was feeling kind of awkward on my return and a little uncomfortable upon entry, but it was not weird or uncomfy at all...I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist. The girl who did my hair was on time, professional, confident, she did a great job on my hair. My son was with me and she was very nice to him and included him in the conversations which was just a cherry on top for me! I will definitely be going back and I will for sure be a regular customer!The new grad was so nice but failed terribly at my haircut. Its extremely choppy looks like I cut my own hair. I gave her two stars for being nice, she said I cant get it how you want so let me ask for help. She came back with no one. I literally left in tears. Will NEVER EVER go back! She was also 30 mins behind schedule I was there for 2.5 hrs for a cut.

    Ive been going to this salon for quite a few years. I have never had to wait more than 10 mins. for my appt. Ive had 2 different stylist. Both have been great. Love my cut, color and highlights. And I have very thick hair. So it takes extra time to do my hair. Never felt rushed.
