    So I went for my first haircut in a year - so glad I found Cafe Hair Salon. I left my hair in Johnny’s hands this afternoon. He did an amazing job. My hubby was so happy with the results. I had an extra spring in my step. The cut framed my face and the undercut made my hair look lush. I will wait another year and come back. On top of that Johnny was very knowledgeable about his craft. As I said I left it to the professional. The salon is beautiful with lovely details. Johnny was a gentleman and a great conversationalist. So glad he was to work me in today! Go there for a real treat.

    My wife called to see if he could take a walk in. He said he would be available in 5 minutes. As we were walking up Johnny met us at the door and welcomed us in. He is quick and thorough as we made conversation about everything from football to the remodel of his salon.The salon in inviting and amazing looking. When we are in west palm, Johnny is the only person we will let cut our hair.Highly recommend!!!

    The ABSOLUTE BEST haircut Ive ever had. I had been wearing my hair the same old style for 40 years and no hairdresser ever suggested I update it until Johnny entered the picture. Although I was initially apprehensive about changing styles, Johnny nicely convinced me to try something new. WOW! What a dramatic change! Hes unquestionably the best stylist I have ever been to. This is the first time ever that I have not had to go home after receiving a haircut and restyle my hair to my liking. You will love him. His shop is classy, no long waits - you get taken on time, and his charming personality will keep you coming back again and again.

    I have been getting my hair cut by Johnny for years now. In 50 years, I haven’t found a more competent hairdresser. He is 100% consistent and schedules appointments so that you revive his total attention. Aside from that, he provides a master class level of customer service, and is the type that would help anyone in time of need. He’s always upbeat and pleasant to talk to. You not only walk away with a great hairstyle, but in a better mood. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, even if I was paid.

    I love the one to one format and the ambiance that Johnny provides, it so pleasant and it avoids the hum drum of a hustle bustle 12 cubicle salon with screaming music and demanding clients. BUT the best part of the Cafe Hair experience is Johnnys talent with hair. He is amazing. Thanks Johnny for the best place to have professional work done in a sane atmosphere ❤️

    I’ve been using Johny for 10 years. I trust no other to handle my hair with foils. Hands down the best in town. The privacy of his salon and the hospitality that he provides is above and beyond. Enjoy great humor and conversation, or close your eyes and listen to music. Johnny is all about you, your experience, and most importantly taking care of your hair!!!!

    Johnny is the master of color techniques! He will never lead you astray and make you want to “fix” what he did. His work is total perfection. And he is friendly, courteous and will make you feel totally at home. The salon is private, classy and welcoming. I moved to FL from the north and had concerns about finding the right person to work with my “humidity hating” hair. Johnny is the answer to my prayers. I’ll never go anywhere else!

    Like many others, I found myself with a bad case of covid hair. I was in desperate need of a cut, style and color! I still felt uncomfortable about going into a crowded salon. Then I discovered a real Gem of a place! I called the Cafe Hair Salon and was able to get an appointment quickly. It was very comforting to hear that only one client was seen at a time. True individual attention! The salon was immaculate! Johnny gave me a great cut, color, high lights, and made me presentable to get back out into the world again. Besides the great service, Johnny provided great conversation. He is funny and knowledgeable in many subjects, not to mention a talented stylist. It was a very enjoyable visit and I love my hair again! I found out that the one on one attention was not just due to the covid situation. That is the way the clients are always treated there. The prices are also very reasonable. What more could you ask for?? It turned out to be an excellent find!

    Johnny Filamini is the best color guy in South Florida. I’ve referred him countless times and every time the friend or friend of a friend says “How the heck does a man, no offense, know a guy like as unbelievable as Johnny to get my hair color fixed!?!?     Johnny is a true pro! Im a middle-aged professional who moved to the West Palm Beach area. I was having a hard time finding someone who understands my hair and doesnt charge an arm & a leg...Johnnys my man! I had such a bad cut when I first moved down here that Ive been cutting it myself since. Johnny immediately saw how to cut and grow out my hair. Color is his true calling and everyone raves about my hair since he foiled it and made me blonde again. Hes an all around great guy, too!

    Johnny is a real pro and a downright great person. He moves quickly and is a bit rough with the blow dryer :) but I survived. Hes the real deal and ultimately thats what counts. Integrity, honesty and pride in what he does. Great find for me along with a unique shop.

    So I was on the hunt for a new hairdresser. I found him via Yelp top 10 hair salons near me. Johnny is a one man show. He is the only stylist in the salon so you might have to leave a message but he will definitelyget back with you. His phone rang 3 times while he was with me and I appreciated him not stopping each time and focused on my hair while I was in his chair.So I walked in and was somewhat proud at how long I had grown my hair. However my roots were in need of some touch up highlights and my ends were a never ending battle to not look frayed and damaged.I sat in his chair and he was telling me how fabulous my hair is and suggested to get rid of my ends. He warned me it was quite a bit of hair and I told him go for it.After he cut off all my dead ends he suggested that I should not even bother highlighting my hair because I had gorgeous hair and color He said right now I looked like I have an ombre and just let it grow out. Most hair stylists try to sell you on services. He actually saved me a LOT of money!Great personality, awesome hair cut, and he is a Virgo like me so thats an extra thumbs up :)

    Johnny is probably the best Hair stylist, hair cutter and colorist I have ever been to. This is my 27th year going to him. You will be the only one in the shop and get that one on one attention with no interruption. The place is immaculate and adhears to Covid regulations to the T.

    This place is amazing! Mr. Felini is an extremely professional and approachable person who does a great job to make you feel comfortable and welcome. He listens to what you want but also gives you advice on what may or may not work for your hair. I trust him with my hair, which by the way looks fantastic.Mr. Felini’s place is very clean and organized, and he even offers you coffee or wine; your choice.:):) Also, it is you and him, which I find perfect! There aren’t other people around during your appointment. So, if you are looking for a professional and private salon experience with reasonable prices and a friendly and skilled owner, then this is the place for you! ;)
