    I’m from New York and travel down to Florida often. This is my absolute go to place to get my lashes done. I thoroughly looked for a place that could compare to my salon at home. Hands down these Ladies know what they are doing. Had my lashes done here at least 6 times within the past year and never disappointed. The salon is very clean and organized. They are very organized and efficient especially with the appointments scheduling. I really liked this place bc the owner also provides classes to technicians for certification so that gave me confidence to book. If you are are in the West Palm or surrounding areas go here! You will never be disappointed. I’m grateful to have found them! They are even open late evenings for those of us who work remotely and need an appointment after 5. Beautiful job on my lashes always! Customer service is beyond exceptional.

    I have done my lashes with xo beauty for the past two years and I always leave super satisfied the professionalism as well as the top notch service I received is well worth every penny spent. Book them you will not be disappointed. Nana, as well as all her staff is a delight to be around.

    First time here and it was such a relaxing and professional environment. The staff provided great customer service. My lashes look exactly how I wanted them, even better. I was serviced by Erica.. however aside from the service, I wish the lashes were softer.

    I have been a client of Hannah for about 5 years and she is the absolute best lash esthetician I have ever encountered. I have traveled over 60 miles one way for my lash services. If you are looking for quality and professional service this is the place. It is alsoa welcoming, relaxing and serene environment. Ask for Hannah, the owner and you won’t be disappointed!

    I absolutely love EVERYTHING about this VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS friendly, affordable and did I mention clean /sanitized including the restrooms.. The ambiance is Truly Gorgeous my Tech the owner who always greet you with opened arms. I love love really love X♥️Beauty but don’t just take my word for it.. they have specials on a regular basis.. stop by you will literally have NO REGRETS I SHALL MEET & SEE YOU THERE and punctuality is a MUST.     I love it at XO Beauty! Everyone is so professional and does a great job! It’s clean and modern. The owner is the sweetest person! I’ve had multiple services here lashes , body sculpting , and eyebrows. There is no where better!

    I’ve been with Nana since she worked at CiCi shop. I definitely followed her when she opened her own shop. I love the atmosphere, the music, the location is perfect , the prices are reasonable. She’s a very nice professional & beautiful young lady & she’s building a great team. The shop is always clean and you can tell she loves the color pink. Ciera is my lash tech and she never lets me down..: If you’re a lash girl this is the place you need to be !! 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕🤦🏽‍♀️

    I got my eyelash done for many months by Kat, she is amazing, gentle and professional. Today i got them removed by Hannah, very professional as well and guided me through the session. This place is great! Dont hesitate to book!!

    I went today for a facial I was amaze with my results. I wasn’t to sure at first because I never had a facial. But after seeing my results today I’m definitely going back. So let’s get into the customer service. Everyone there was so sweet and nice. The staff along with Nana made me feel welcomed. If anyone wants a bomb facial please I highly recommend:)

    Ciera is very, very nice and understanding♥️She did a good job on my lashes today,Ive been to nanaa twice and ciera today for the first time. Both do very good work.My biggest pet peave is perfection and Nanaa perfects my lashes everytime, she is doing very well with her business! Black girl boss!!💝🤎👏🏾My only issue is payment? Other than that Im always lashed to perfection with her.P.s.- I have alot of questions & concerns but Nanaa answers them all with NO issue😄🤗💖.-Dakia

    I love XO Beauty I’m here every week (literally). It’s such a vibe outside of lashes. The owner and the other workers are all soooo nice it’s so clean and organized. I’ve been getting my lashes done by Ciera for over a year now consistently and I never leave disappointed. They offer more service than lashes but that is what I personally get when I go there, but I am looking forward to trying other things as well.xOxo.

    I Love, Love, Love(emphasize on Love) XO Beauty. Very professional, friendly staff, and quick service. The service I received was Ombre eyebrows. Lets just say, people always stop me in the streets because how beautiful my eyebrows are. Nana was my technician. She is great.     VERY, VERY LOVELY PLACE!!! My lashes were AMAZING & sooooooo fluffy and full and the place is again soooooo cute and fancy. The owner seems a bit stand offish, even though Im as sweet as I can be to her but maybe thats a trust issue thing? I felt like my happiness and excitement came off as weird to them😳🤷🏾‍♀️Idk, but I love her work and loved my lashes, ive had my lashes done MANY, many times but these were the prettiest lashes Ive ever had in my life. And the price is amazing.
