    I just went to a new Great Clips located in Hamlin. I tried a new stylist, her name is Elena. She is super friendly, attentive, personable and listened to my hair struggles and what I wanted to try and if it would be possible. I have very thin hair and like layers but wasnt sure on how short I could go while still able to tie a small ponytail when I run. She wound up cutting a bit more so I could achieve maximum layers. I love the new haircut and look forward to returning to this location. She added some nutrients to the tips and my hair is super soft and silky. Definitely try out this place if you live nearby.

    Been coming here for over a year. I do not choose any particular stylist as they all are good. Today, it was Elena who is excellent. Tip: use their App to book your appt. You can see how busy they are at anytime. It reduces your wait time.

    If you come to this location make sure you ask for Arthur! He is literally the best barber in town. I have had my haircut done by others before but I found the golden barber; hands down best barber I have ever had I always ask for him. Great clips, y’all need to give this guy a raise! Y’all have no idea what a gem you have working for y’all. His talents are unbelievable. I would normally pay $60 for the kind of haircuts he gives! Prices are cheap here so make sure you tip this guy 100% of your $20 bill, he deserves it!

    I’ve been getting my hair cut here for the past year now, and not once have I had a bad experience. The team is awesome, and while everyone there is always friendly and professional, Art has become my favorite.     EDIT: so customer service did respond to my second email and said I could come in for the extra inch or so off; and I was able to do that a few days ago, which I really appreciate! Tia helped me and did what I asked. Appreciate it!ORIGINAL REVIEW: On Saturday, 9/16, I visited this location for the first time looking for a trim of about 2 inches, which I made clear and repeated to my stylist multiple times; however, as another reviewer noted, she was dismissive and despite me not asking for her input, thought it would be too short the way I wanted it and only cut about an inch or maybe even less off. I left disappointed and feeling like Id just wasted my money and wasnt being listened to at all; I knew what I wanted, and it sucks that when I got home and looked in the mirror, it looked like I hadnt gotten my hair cut at all. I emailed GreatClips customer service about my experience shortly after it happened but they never got back to me, even though I just wanted either a refund or to come back in and have someone actually cut it to the length I had wanted. Overall, I left sad and frustrated and probably wont use GreatClips again.

    When I first walked in the store I was super impressed with the way the beautiful staff greeted me . I waited momentarily while a lovely Stylist finished up their client. The client seemed very happy with there cut. Before I knew it, it was my turn. I needed a quick trim and I explained to my awesome Stylist A-Jay what I wanted and he did an excellent job. Not too much hair was on the floor. I felt polished again. I left a nice tip for him and thanked him for making my hair trim experience wonderful. It was a wonderful atmosphere too. I will go to Great Clips again!!!

    Went for a quick cut. Was a little busy, but was immediately greeted by a tall gentleman. He looked like a celebrity! He was extremely cordial and asked if needed anything while waiting.     Stopped in for a cut Friday 6/18/21. Art was my stylist, he was amazing!! After a brief consultation, he was able to deliver a perfect haircut… I’ve been to many of these type salons, and something always seems get lost in translation. This is the first stylist that seem to be on the same page from the get go. Usually I describe what I want, only to get what they want, or talked into a scissor cut, after just stating I like it tight and tapered around the base…..!!     Great Clips has a great app - I really like the way you can make appointments. I put my name in and by the time I get there, theres little or no wait time. I discovered Chelsi as my regular go-to stylist from another store, and was very happy to discover she has transferred here to Hamlin.     I have found the Stylist/Barber that will continue to have my business. Art was absolutely fantastic in his skill to give me the service that I needed. What stood out more to me was he actually listened to what I wanted, asked questions and gave feedback but then cut what was decided on. So many stylists listen to a customer and then cut to what they are used to from experience the same way over and over. Art actually used his experience to give me the cut that I wanted and that suited my thick stubborn hair with a double crown cowlick. I will follow Art wherever his skills take him.

    After a bad experience at Hair Cuttery of Ocoee, Me and my mom got a coupon for 6.99 haircuts at Great Clips in the mail and decided to give it a try while running errands. Stylists were both wonderful, Salon was very clean and smelled amazing, service was super fast (no wait - on a Wednesday evening) and our haircuts were both really nice. I didnt know what I wanted and the stylist helped me figure it out based on my hair type and styling methods :) Very very happy and will return 🙂

    I have only been to a walk in hair dresser once in my life years ago, in NYC... I left in tears and was fixed by a fancy salon. I then had a hair dresser I adored in NH for over 10 years.I have been looking for someone to cut my hair since moving to FL last year (female, short hair, longer in front)... Ive tried a few places but no one would go short enough and they were all expensive!I came to Great Clips and randomly had Art, so glad. He did exactly what I wanted!     4 months ago I had just an ok experience.... today I gave them another try. My stylist was Art (Artemio), and I had an outstanding experience. Very friendly, took a minute to discuss/verify what I wanted in detail, and even provided suggestions/ explanations.Haircut was performed expertly, with efficiency and care. Very good results.As a result of this, I plan to probably make this my primary haircut location, and always choose Art.

    Good quality haircut at a reasonable price. I wish they had an app, but at least I can book my appointment time online and not wait too long to get in. Im usually in very close to my appointment time, which is critical to having a useful appointment system.

    Great haircut. Horrible barber. She seemed offended at my style request and didnt say 1 word during the entire cut. Worst than rude !!!! Shell remember- I was the good tipper when the store was empty. Employees who hate their job should quit. !!
