I booked an appointment which I thought was for today, November 10th at 11:45. I walked in told her I made an appointment for 11:45. She said a different name when she looked at me and I said no it’s Brittany. She said oh wrong person! Okay go ahead and lay down. I told her what I wanted and she went ahead and started doing my eyebrows. She asked me how I booked and I told her on Booksy. As she’s doing my brows she said I don’t think you booked for today. I said what? Really? She said yeah. I apologized and felt so embarrassed but she gladly continued to do my eyebrows. I accidentally booked for November 30th! I’m not even sure how that happened or why I didn’t catch it because that’s a huge difference between days haha. But she happily did my brows and that was really kind as I made the mistake. Also, eyebrows look great and cleaned up. Thank you so much and will be back! -

I have had my eyebrows done by Shelly for many years and each visit I have always been very happy! I went once and never stopped. Now even my husband “cleans” her brows with her as well. I am a very particular about how I like my eyebrows. Shelly listens to what you want, offers advise and combines her 18+ years of threading experience and skills to get you perfect eyebrows. Considering your facial features, she works on your arches, and she knows well the importance of well-defined brows. Shelly is a professional! Shes the best! Thanks Shelly! -

I had an amazing experience here recently. I got my eyebrows threaded and tinted for the first time.Shelly was very professional and gentle when it came to the threading since it was my first time. Shelly also defined my shape and made my eyebrows twins again, because one was thinner than the other when I first arrived.She also did such a good job color matching the brow tint with my hair color and I am just overall so pleased with how my eyebrows came out. -

I recently became a customer of Shelly’s and couldn’t be more satisfied. She does an amazing job at eyebrow threading - I won’t go anywhere else now that I found her. And her prices are very reasonable. During this time of Covid, it’s a little tricky booking an appt, but I’ve been lucky enough to drive by & can get in within a short wait time (since I only do eyebrow threading). Very clean, comfortable and professional locally owned & operated business. Thumbs up! -

I used to have waxing done and I would break out all the time so I decided to try threading. A few of my friends absolutely raved about how great Shelly was so I went to her and absolutely loved my results! Her work is amazing and she also has materials to put on sensitive skin after words so I never broke out in my face! Shelly used to be located in Clermont and I went to her all the time. However after she moved to Winter Garden, I still drive there every 3-4 weeks (my eyebrows last longer too!) for her. I don’t trust my eyebrows with anyone else. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a new place to go :) -

Environment (4): Considering this is a small business, the environment is very simple and very clean. A vast waiting areas for those who are in line for their services. Overall very welcoming.Service (5): Absolutely fantastic. She knows what she is doing. Just provides exactly what I asked for with my brows. Also is very gentle and clear in her communication. If there’s something you don’t entirely love, she goes out of your way to take care of you. Very personable and professional.Hours (4): A bit limited compared to other brow services, but for a one-person show, she is phenomenal. Time management is very good. You can make appointments but there are also walk-ins.Price (5): Again, beyond reasonable. Phenomenal. And quality is great! Make sure to tip her well. She does a great job for a great price.Overall: I would recommend to friends and continue to get her brow threading services! -
