    I had the most wonderful experience at Ulta today, thanks to Alyssa.From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to understand what I was looking for. She patiently walked me through various products, offering helpful tips and insights tailored to my needs.What stood out the most was how genuine she was in wanting to help me find the perfect makeup.     I got my hair done with Krista yesterday and she was amazing! Literally the nicest person ever and she actually gave me advice for caring for my newly colored hair and keeping my hair healthy. All of the girls at the salon and on the floor were so sweet and I had the best time. I will definitely be back to see Krista!

    Alex helped me pick makeup for my engagement photos as I wanted to do it myself. My makeup lasted ALL DAY, even in the heat, and I’ve gotten so many compliments on how well it came out.Thank you so much for all your help! I was so frazzled that day and Alex really made me feel comfortable and confident in doing my own makeup and feeling my best.She took her time showing me the right way to do each step and I have been talking about her and my experience at Ulta non-stop.     My daughter wanted a new hairstyle so I booked an appointment with Andre. They discussed what they liked and didn’t like about her hair and came up with the perfect cut. The consultation and care put in to the decision was thoughtful and professional and Andre executed flawlessly. So happy with her stylist and the salon. Already booked her next appointment. Highly recommend!

    I had the pleasure of being assisted by Krista S. for a formal makeup session, and it was a great experience. I came in with an idea of the makeup look I wanted, and Krista brought that vision to life. She took the time to explain the products she used and the techniques behind them, ensuring that I would be able to recreate the look on my own. She took photos of all the products and sent them to me afterward. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to cater to diverse skin tones make me highly recommend her services.10/10 experience.

    I was going to a “Higher class” Salon for the last 6 years to get highlights and cuts, but the moment I found Krista S. I realized that you can get quality and amazing customer service without needed to pay 400 for a basic service. Krista S. creates such a welcoming environment, and communicates thoroughly what you want, while still being honest about the effects on your hair. She provides honest and clear advice on what is best for your hair but is still able to accommodate your vision. 10/10 every time I come to her!

    I had my eyebrows waxed and styled with Toi for the first time. She did an amazing job, I love the way my eyebrows turned out. My skin usually turns red and is super sensitive however after the visit my skin was not red or sensitive at all. Definitely recommend.

    The entire staff at this location is amazing. Kenzy, the LBTQ workers, the guyanese girl whose make up is always on point, and one time there was this sweet white girl who walked me through the store to pick out stuff. I love how diverse the staff is, but also how willing and happy they are to help. I recently took some people that just arrived from Gaza to this location. The workers went out of their way to assist them, yet still be culturally sensitive. I was AMAZED and just taken aback by all the kindness. When a very rude customer behind me, wanted the checkout associates to hurry it up, the checkout associate kindly informed the rude customer that these guests were paying customers, as well, and that they were happy to spend the extra few minutes assisting them in making an order online for the Tarte Shapetape foundation in color 35N (which unfortunately was sold out online as well as in stores). I was so impressed by the kindness and warmth, and pray that higher ups at Ulta can see this positive review, because Ulta isnt just giving diversity lip service, they are LIVING IT, and I want to say THANK YOU!

    Not only did I have a great experience in store. I had the most life changing hands-on makeup class with Krista S. Krista’s curriculum is very beginner friendly!! She was very informative about the entire makeup process from skin type to the skin prep to the actual makeup application. By increasing my skillset with Krista, I have been able to increase my clientele. Thank you again Krista for being so patient and supportive during this process as a beginner MUA. Best wishes!!

    Ask for Alyssa (she deserves a raise, definitely a promotion & also needs to be recognized) This was my best experience ever at this Location all THANKS to Alyssa :) she’s usually in the Clinique area but today as she walked around the store she helped me. She was so patient, she explained every answer so well. It was a customer in the store also next to me & was so rude shallowing over me, brushed her bag against me & I was still silent about it (that’s not normally like me, i usually speak up lol) Alyssa took her time to look for more stock for me & also provided me w/other options. Because of her i purchased a different number in the TARTE concealer than i normally use. She definitely was God sent today, specifically for me. God heard my prayers b4 i arrived & he assigned Alyssa to me 😘 if you see this review Alyssa THANK YOU, may God answer all your prayers.. you made my day!

    This branch is much nicer compared to others in the Orlando area. This one seems cleaner. I am always impressed with the increased selection, and there are always a lot of helpful staff available for questions. The people who work here are very nice. Fernanda and Angelina were great and helped me select a nice cologne, but weren’t pushy or anything which is nice. This is so convenient to have in our shopping plaza!

    Julia the assistant manager at Ulta salon is great. She made me feel comfortable and confident. I hope the sky is the limit for her. I was so upset about something that happened and also upset about bringing it to light. She listened and was patient with me while I voiced my concerns. I’d give her 10 stars if I could.     On a whim, I decided to give Ulta Salon a try, and Im happy I did. I scheduled an appointment with Alyssa, who had previously received a good review. She was so pleasant and patient. Alyssa took her time with me to discuss color, which I have a hard time with. She gave me several options and explained what would be best. I left Ulta feeling amazing!     I got my hair done with Alyssa and there is no words that I can say to express my gratitude. I’m truly grateful for her not only as stylist but also as a person. As I am a person who suffers from anxiety and getting my hair done it’s a very difficult experience for me, she made the whole process very enjoyable, making feel at ease with her kindness, she was attentive and listen to me every step of the way.     Everyone here is incredibly kind and supportive. Ulta has been a staple during my transition, for both hair care and makeup. But at the end of the day what makes this so special is the care with which Im treated. Lizanne, my stylist, always goes above and beyond to help me find my authentic self. Even when shes triple booked at the tail end of a Thursday evening, she still puts her heart and soul into my hair. She takes pictures when shes done and everyone in the salon oohs and ahs at her handiwork. If you only have money for one indulgence, spending it in this salon is a sure bet. They are all worth it.

    My mom and I visited the salon. Melissa was my stylist and Alyssa took care of my mom. They both did amazing jobs. I have found my permanent stylist. Melissa took her time and did an amazing job. Great conversation. Everyone that works there is very friendly Definitely recommend if you are looking for a great hair stylist. Ask for Melissa or Alyssa. My mom is on chemo and her hair is very thin. Alyssa explained what was best for my mom and didnt use harsh chemicals on her. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back in about 5 weeks.

    I went in tonight with expectations of a simple trim of my bangs but the ulta salon was incredible to me today. Julia was the one doing my hair and she was incredible. Not only did she accomodate me as a walk-in but she also stayed past her scheduled shift to work on my hair til it was absolute perfection. I will definitely be returning again soon. :)

    Im forever grateful for Alyssa who immediately came to my rescue after having a horrible experience with a different salon. I called in with a hair emergency since the hair salon I had previously visited turned my hair pink.She assessed the previous damage and worked to come up with a plan that took my hair from drab to fabulous. I am incredibly appreciative of her taking on this project and fitting me into her schedule before I had to back to work, because I simply couldnt go back to work with PINK hair.The whole process took 7 hours, and she was attentive to every detail, making sure I was comfortable and that I understood what was happening every step of the way. Ulta and Alyssa have gained a client for life, because I will never be going anywhere else and enduring another traumatic experience like I did at the previous Salon.I hands-down 100% recommend Alyssa to anyone.     This Ulta is just the best! It was my first visit back since COVID, and I was so pleasantly surprised by the staff! First of all, they were very well staffed - I never entered into a section of the store where I wasnt offered assistance. Every team member was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, even the cashier, whom I was incredibly impressed with her knowledge about the Ulta Credit Card. Speaking of, the check out area had a long line (since they were busy) but the line went so quickly and efficiently. Im so happy to see that business is booming and they are handling it incredibly well!

    We came in today to get my daughters hair fixed. We had got our hair cut some where else for the first time, big mistake. It was raining and close to home so we tried it. It was terrible. We came to Ulta to get her hair fixed. Julia Summer was over the top amazing. Today was a very special day for my daughter. We took her out for a make over to make her feel special. She has been dealing with getting bullied lately. Julia made her feel so special and beautiful. Seeing my daughter so happy meant everything to me. I even cried from the overwhelming emotions. Thank you Julia for everything you did for my daughter. I will be forever grateful!!

    SO very happy for having an Ulta so close! I can always find the cosmetics/beauty supplies that I need. If I have a question? The team is super positive and helpful.     Got a haircut by Amy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I usually cut my hair myself because I am impulsive. But I am going to be in a wedding next week so I wanted to look a bit less disheveled.I went in and told her I dont really have anything in mind, so whatever you think would look best for me. She said she loved having that freedom but she would still ask me about my preference as she worked (ex: how do you feel bangs?)The end result is shaggy and layered in all the right ways. 😍 10/10Also I have some sparkling ✨ anxiety ✨ about talking with strangers. Amy made me feel super comfortable, not at all judged or rushed.

    It is one of the best Ulta locations and best customer service. Since my husband and I moved to Orlando I went there to shop just for products and end up finding out that they do facials, waxing, haircuts and blow outs. It was amazing because I made this place my favorite now and even have special people like Angeline for facial and Kelly for eyebrows waxing (she is amazing and always listen to what you would like), finally Samantha for my hair. She did such a great job. Thank you girls for sure will come back!

    5 stars for Ulta and my favorite hairdresser Ashley Pratt!!Ulta is a great one stop shop for all of your beauty necessities, but my favorite part about it is the salon. I’ve been getting my hair cut at Ulta for many years with many different hair stylists but Ashley is the best by far! She’s extremely personable and knows her stuff!I highly recommend Ulta in general, especially the salon!

    I came down for a wedding and wanted to get my makeup done. It was my first time going to this store and I had made an appointment online. I picked any pro and the website assigned me with Ashley and I am so glad that I was assigned to her. I went to the salon at ulta and she was waiting for me at the desk. She was very nice and polite. She asked me what kind of occasion I was going to and if I had anything in mind. I was unsure of what I wanted but i brought my dress to show her the color scheme I was looking for. She showed me a couple of ideas from her phone which I liked and said to look online to see if there were any other looks Id be interested in while she went to go pick up the makeup she needed. I showed her a couple of pics I liked and she put a covering over my clothes so they didnt get stained and proceeded to do my makeup. It took about an hour. I was very nervous when she put the eyeliner on because my eyes are very sensitive and I dont wear makeup that often. However she was very patient with me and told me where to look. I was so happy with the results at the end. It lasted the whole night from the early afternoon when it was applied and that was after eating and dancing. All I did was reapply lipstick before the reception but even that lasted a pretty long time, tbh I didnt even need to reapply. I didnt even need to touch up after eating. I took a pic of my makeup right after she finished applying it and then after I left the wedding. If I ever need to get my makeup done and I am in Winter Gardens I definitely would go back and request for Ashley she is the best. I would recommend her to anyone.

    I love shopping at this particular Ulta. The staff is always super friendly. I want to give a special shot out to the lovely young lady that helped me pick the perfect smashbox foundation. Shes not only helped with finding the perfect foundation but also got me on a great skincare regimen. As a woman of a particular age shes been a godsend.

    Taylor, one of the Master Stylists at this location is absolutely amazing!! I can’t imagine anyone else working on my hair. She figured out the perfect highlights for my hair right away...great color choice for fall and another great color choice for summer!! The haircut she suggested was spot on for me as it is easy to take care of and looks great whether I blow dry it or not!     Leah at the Ulta Hair Salon is my favorite! She listens clearly to what you want and does exactly what youre expecting and more. Super knowledgeable and very conversational while shes doing your hair.     I have been going to go see Chelsey for my hair for about 2 years now I think. When she moved stores, I had to drive and follow her because I trust her so much, I would travel further. I have ALWAYS had a good experience but there are a few parts I would like to highlight.Perms - I wanted curl back in my hair after growing in out and she perms my hair about 3 times a year and it always looks amazing. She gave me guidance on how to care for my hair so it would be health on top of that.Chelsey is also a 0 judgment zone. We all make mistakes and impuse cut bangs or do some bad dye jobs. She has never once made me feel bad for these choices and always makes me feel welcome.I am also queer. Its hard finding people to cut my hair short without making it a big deal to be feminine or making sure I am SURE I want short hair. Chelsey is so inclusive and I am so thankful for that. Wonderful and professional and always a joy to see.

If they started carrying Mac or some of the other bigger name products, I would give it five out of five for sure.

    I got my brows done for the first time ever since I had them done horribly somewhere else, and I have to say, Kelly at Benefit did an AMAZING JOB!!! I’ve never been so happy with my service. I wanted super high arches and being blonde, I have a hard time finding good brow products. She did great! 10/10

    Shay and taylor were fantastic helping me with my needs. I had to learn how to cover up some bruises and they were kind and patient. Teaching me how to apply the make up. I will definitely go back to them in the future they made my day.

    Post COVID-19 first visit and I was impressed by the precautions and procedures in place for the employees and customers. Employees were available for questions and assisting customers. They did a respectful job of keeping people aware of face coverings, and aisle direction indicators. Nice job in tough times.

    So let me tell you about my stylist named Ashley Pratt. I have been going to her for over a year now and every time she does my hair, I leave feeling happy and confident. The conversation is super easy and fun and now I consider her a good friend of mine and I know I’ll never choose anyone else to do my hair. She recently became a Master Stylist so her skills are top notch. I highly recommend coming in and having her do your hair, you won’t regret it.     I love this store! But I could be biased since I work here. So come visit me at the salon and ask for Miguel and see for yourself if you like the experience! We have a full Redken Salon and amazing skin therapists. We even have brow experts! Come see what were about!!

    Ulta is dangerous to women as it does something to them where they want to buy everything they see. Joking aside, this is a good location. Getting help is hit or miss. Some of the staff do an amazing job whereas others are pushy of certain products or have little knowledge of how to work their point of sale system. As a result we have our favorite sales reps.

    I had the best experience thanks to Miguel! Went in with “whatever you want to do to my hair!” He was amazing and attentive and supportive! I will recommend him to all my friends and family. Most importantly I will go back to see him again! Miguel is a definite asset to ulta!

    The girls love shopping here. Everyone is always super friendly. Not that I dont love playing with lipgloss, eyeliner, or perfume, but they should implement a chair or two for men to sit in. Not in front of a mirror surrounded by lights or with makeup brushes ... just near the front so we can patiently wait. Thatd be stellar.
