    This place is the best I have ever had my nails done in the past. Very nice people even when a lady did not want to pay after she got great service because she thought if she made a scene she would not have to pay. She said they rushed the job but she had been there for over 2 and half hours. They did a great job on her nails and feet just like they did for me. Some people just try to run a scam. But they were nice.

    I have been going to this nail salon since I was 15. I am now 33, John and Mimi are great! They are super friendly, and very skilled as nail technicians. They are fast but very detailed orientated. John really takes the time to learn the new styles and what is in. I recently moved and tried several different salons and there are none that are as good as Happy Nails. I will drive out of my way every time to come back to them. They are truly gems of the Westside of Jax!

    I enjoyed my first visit to Happy Nails today. I took my 7 year older daughter with me because they have the cutest pink kids size pedicure seat and she loved it. They were very patient with her even though she talked non-stop lol. She got a mani & Pedi. I got a fill in with gel polish and a Pedi. Its not a fancy or elaborately decoratated place but it was nice, comfortable and cozy. Everyone took their time and did a thorough job, which I appreciated. I cant stand feeling like someone is doing a rush job on my feet & nails. It was a cool laid back vibe. I am pleased with my service & will definitely be back. I finally found a local shop I want to return to.

    This IS THE BEST place I’ve ever been to get my nails done. I’m from NC and new to Jacksonville, and the owner did my nails. The job he did on my nails was magnificent and impeccable. I’m happy to have found my new nail home. My nails and I are sooo happy.

    I have been going to Happy Nails for 2 yrs now & I always get the best service. Everyone is so upbeat & positive & my nails & my feet are so awesome everytime. I really recommend Happy Nails, if you want an awesome visit & beautiful nails & toes. You will be very happy.

    John and his wife were very welcoming. His wife took her time and made sure my nails were done properly. They got me right in. The quality looked wonderful. They were both beey nice and welcoming.

    The people are amazing. They were nice and listened to what you were wanting to get. The nails themselves turned out great and me and my sister both love how they turned out. I got green and black ombré and she got red and black ombré.

    I love that I can make an appointment! The owner, John, does beautiful pink and white gel on my nails and I’m always happy with the pedicure. I’m usually in and out in less than 2 hours and I live very close so that’s another plus!

    I went for the first time 7/5/20 to this spa and to be honest I dont remember the ladys name but she was so sweet!! i was a little worry about how it would be since all the covid-19 stuff and they are clean and very professional!

    I have been using this salon since 2013, staff is great & very friendly. They do a great job, establishment is clean and inviting. Prices are great. Ive been to more expensive places and have been disappointed with service.
