    I have been here about 5 times this year and I have had a wonderful experience each time! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell that they care about making your nails look good. Highly recommend. Only place I feel truly comfortable going to. Both Lisa and Mimi are great 😊

    By far the best pedicure Ive ever received in my 44 years! I was a walk-in and they were able to get me in right away and I asked for the Gel Pedicure but upgraded to the Spa Pedicure ($45 for the pedicure but $20 extra for the gel). Im usually really cheap and do my own feet, but I was feeling that I wanted to be pampered. She did an awesome job on my feet, so happy! I dont have the most beautiful feet 😔, but I had to share that she made them pretty and for this extremely busy Mom it was so nice to feel pretty again, even if its just my feet, ha-ha!

    Love this place! After YEARS of trying to find a good nail guy, I finally found Vincent. He’s easily the best nail tech I’ve ever had. He’s so skilled and detailed but is also fast and efficient.

    Very happy with the service, the nail shape, and the nail design ❤️ I told them I wanted a design with his initial for my anniversary and that I might be very critical. They followed the inspiration picture to a T, fixed any small issues I worried about, and only changed things I asked them to change. I even bummed my nails at some point and she without annoyance fixed my mistakes 🫠Mimi did such an amazing job on this design! Thank you so much ❤️😊

    I have been looking for a good nail place and this is it! Little but perfect. Very clean. No high fume smells. Great service. Handled my in grown toes. I got the #2 and eyebrows done. Very inexpensive compared to some places I have been to. They don’t rush you out. Needless to say this is only my first time here. I will be back.

    Was looking for a new nail place and this is it! Average/reasonable prices (I paid the typical $35 for French gel manicure) and I was seriously impressed. I have never had someone pay so much attention to detail on my nails. I typically get basic nails, no designs but I can imagine if the technician spent so much time and care on my French manicure how amazing they would do on more complex designs. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

    Amazing and consistent service! The staff is super pleasant and transparent with their pricing. Everything is super clean and the color choices are great. They always have my fave color, bubble bath, too. I’ve been going to this nail spa for almost 3 years. I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you, Nail Spa!

    This place does the best nails!!!! Manis or pedis. The guy that did me me today was Turo (I think I spelled it correctly) was one of the best. Actually everyone that I’ve gone to here are outstanding in their work. This place is a 5⭐️ rating.

    We enjoyed our experience except for the massage in the legs hurts when the massaging uses thumbs. It hurts. Palms would be better and would like callus remover to be used.

    They were amazing!!! I live in SC, but this is my nail shop anytime Im in Jacksonville FL. They know how to give an excellent foot massage. They take their time to really make your feet feel amazing, and their prices would take my nail shop in SC out of business. I love this Nail Spa❤️

    I’ve been going here since April! I’m obsessed. Andy and Juno are amazing! There attention to details, patience, and skills amaze me everytime. It took me forever to find good nail techs. They always get the shape I want! The prices are fairly good! Definitely recommend Andy and Juno! Finally found a really good place

    Always leave satisfied with my nails! I’m very particular and picky about nail length, size and them all matching. Vincent is my nail tech and he does a phenomenal job EVERY time! Shaped just the way I like them, he is very detailed and takes his time! Pedicures are always great from anyone!

    I’m from NC and am very loyal to my nail tech. I had to come down to Jacksonville for surgery and wanted to get pampered before the big day comes. I found this salon with a quick google search and the pictures were beautiful so I gave them a shot. LET ME TELL YOU. The friendliness of the staff was what immediately caught my attention. Everyone said hello with a giant smile on their faces. The care each tech took on every single client was unmatched. I am EXTREMELY pleased with my full set, they are perfect. I’m still sitting in my pedicure but it’s going soooo well. I know exactly where I’ll come every time I come to Jacksonville!

    My best friend and I went in today for the first time to get our nails done. We have a biweekly girls brunch and nails date since life is so hectic! I had stopped in 2 weeks before when I went to another salon and they botched my top coat. They were super helpful helping me get my life back together! I insisted on coming here to my best friend and she agreed! We both has SNS manicures with pinterest worthy nail art. They did an absolute phenomenal job and made our wishes come true! I also had a pedicure, which was super relaxing and the tech was amazing. I have this weird thing about people touching my feet, and Ive had pedicures in the past but Im usually pretty picky about who does it. The tech did a great job and even joined in on my giggling when she was buffing my feet. I would recommend this salon 10 times over. We already booked our appointments for 2 weeks!Cant wait to be back!

    Ok, so this time I only went in for a polish change as the color I chose looked horrible. All my fault. Ive been coming here for nails/fl-ins and pedicures for a while now. I love this place!     Always have a fantastic pedicure at Nail Spa! The staff is really friendly, very professional and the standard pedicure is a super value- or upgrade to several others offered !! Totally amazing! Super comfortable chairs with massage, hot towel wrap, leg/ foot massage — with big screen t.v. - super clean and they use liners on their pedicure soaking tubs! The only place I go!!

    I have been in Jacksonville since July and I have gone to 3 different nail salons. Disappointed and frustrated that I have been unable to find a great salon. Today I went to Nail Spa and finally my prayers were answered. Juni did his thing on my new set. My nails were done exactly how I like and with little need to discuss what I want. Thank you!     This nail salon is a hidden gem! I literally live a mile away from here, so it’s super convenient for me. I didn’t even know about the place though until a few months ago. I’ve gotten 3 pedicures from here so far and never been disappointed. I’m super picky when it comes to my nails too. Their basic pedicure ($25) includes paraffin wax and hot stone massage as well! Plus, they always give you a neck/shoulder massage while your toes are drying! Everyone working here is really nice. I’ll definitely be back! And I highly recommend this nail salon.

    My husband and I absolutely love this place for our pedicures. We have been coming here for a few years. Our nail techs are Casey and Natalie and they give us the finest treatment. They always take their time and never rush even if its after closing time. Also their prices for pedicures are very reasonable.

    The best pedicure around and a great price. I love the leg massage and the parafin wax treatment that is included in the deluxe pedi. Narin does an AMAZING job. The pedicure lasts for weeks. The staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean.
