    I discovered this spot when my boyfriend used to live in Bartram Park. I live 30 minutes away but still drive here because they are very consistent with good quality service. I tried the one across the road but I prefer this one because the workers here are quiet. I’m introverted and don’t enjoy small talk and this place is a good fit.

    It is a very nice place, they have a very very very nice customer service . The way they treated me when I was getting my manicure and pedicure was comfortable and satisfying. I recommend them 100%. I love the way they did the designs for my nails.

    This salon and the techs are superb. And I never use that word. LolThe way they pay attention to detail, are patient, professional and prepared is beyond any other nail salon Ive been to. Highly recommend & I was referred by my best friend so passing it on for the Jacksonville market!

    I drove in from out of state and was able to walk in. After checking in, I waited about 5 minutes. The young lady that did my nails was very friendly. The location is very clean. If I’m in this area again I will definitely come back.

    Probably the best salon in the area. Been to a few chain ones like Durbin, St. John’s nail salons etc. Those feel more like a nail factory where the techs don’t really care and then you get a half ass job. The techs at nail spot are genuinely way better and take time to do it right. I’ve never had a bad experience here and my nails always last. Seriously great place! Thank you for caring!

    I had a great experience with Danny! They were professional, friendly, and did an amazing job on my nails. The salon was clean, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I love how my nails turned out and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

    Came in for a pedicure. This was my first time at Nail Spot. Very clean and the massage chairs are much nicer than some places. I got the regular pedicure. The woman really did a great job getting my nails in shape, had a scrub and hot towels. No pressure to upgrade. My toes look amazing. Will be going back.

    I saw Jenny today for Healthy Nails Dip. It was my first time there and the experience was great! Service, professionalism, efficiency, price, and smile! Jenny is talented and super sweet and management was great too. Its been a while since Ive been surprised by great Customer Service and they have it there!

    I’ve been coming to Nail Spot since they opened and it has continued to be the best around. I have always received excellent service! They are clean, they are professional and I have never felt like I paid more than what I received. I have tried other salons with friends and always walk away disappointed with the price vs serve or the cleanliness of the salon. But Nail Spot has never disappointed.

    Just recently booked a eyelash appointment with their lash tech Nini and I am beyond satisfied I explained to her exactly how I wanted my lashes to look like, cat eye is my preference, which I did ask for volume lashes because I like the fuller look. She did a phenomenal job. She is very quick super sweet and the atmosphere is comfortable. Found my new lash tech Ive been to several lash bars along the treasure coast and this is by far the best experience and results !

    I live 30 minutes away but drive here regularly because they do such a good job. I had tried the shop on the other side of Bartram park but I prefer this one because I don’t like to make small talk while getting my nails done and these folks usually are quiet. (I’m introverted and lack energy 🥴).99% of the time I have a great expertise here. They are very thorough and meticulous with their work and the place is clean. 1% of the time I’ve had a person that runs the file onto my skin and it hurts badly but those isolated incidents are usually from a person that isn’t regularly working here. There prices are not cheap but they do quality work that lasts.

    Im seeing more negative reviews lately and have NO idea why. Ive been coming to Nail Spot for a solid year and am always so happy with the results. Their prices are fair, staff is skilled and kind, and even if I come in for a ridiculous request they always knock it out of the park. Wait is never terribly long, with an appointment its pretty much nothing. I just adore them. When I go anywhere else for some random reason its always a big regret. I recommend them to everybody!

    Had a great experience. A friend of mine and I needed some time away from the family, and this place was certainly relaxing. The prices are very comparable to other nail salons. The massage was excellent, with hot stones and lotion. The ladies were nice and did a fantastic job. Only suggestion would be to offer wine or champagne.

    I have been twice and was very impressed! Both times I have gotten ombre acrylic nails. The first time I went I got a guy who did a great job and was very enjoyable to talk to. Just went today and had a different guy, Brian, who did an amazing job... He was extremely attentive to every detail. This is definitely my new nail salon. Atmosphere is nice and pricing is reasonable.

    I have been here a few times now, and they always do excellent work. What I especially appreciate is that they do not use the grinding tool to remove old polish or to prepare the nail for the new polish, unlike nearby competitors. They do it by hand, so my nails are not thin (wrecked). Communication is excellent, and the setting is beautiful (light and airy).

    I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure and will be back. I got the Deluxe ($35) and it was fabulous. The sugar scrub with fresh squeezed grapefruit was a nice touch.The interior is nice and clean and open. They use plastic covers on the foot spas. The gentleman who attended me offered water, soft drinks or choice of red or white wine. I also appreciated his attention to detail when painting my nails. I will absolutely be back.

    First time trying this place and I am VERY impressed. Didn’t have a long wait time, first provider spent an hour on my pedicure which felt amazing and was so relaxing. Second provider again spent about an hour on my nails and paid very close attention to detail. The best part about this place is that the staff were not constantly on their cellphones or talking amongst each other like some other nail places I have been to! Their prices are very fair and comparable to other places in the area. Their deluxe pedicure far exceeds Bartram Nails for the same price. Deff give this place a try!
