    Love this place! I get dip manicures with Thou and she always does a great job shaping the nail and is an amazing artist. I show her a picture or describe something and she always knows exactly what to do.I have also gotten pedicures here, and they are very clean and gentle. They listen to you really well and are very welcoming.

    It was my first time here and my husband’s first manicure ever and oh my god they slayed it! I will be coming back we are obsessed! Maly was so sweet and so quick! I’ve always wanted cat eye nails but not a lot of areas offer it, so it was such a fun surprise. My sister in law had a bad experience at a previous salon also! And I recommend she went there and they fixed them so fast. 11/10 can’t recommend them more.

    They were so sweet. So affordable. LOVE. I got a design and it was still under what I was willing to spend. The design was perfect the people were friendly and so talkative. Normally the other places I’ve been to just do your nails and go, but these people actually talk to you and are so nice. Their designs are so pretty. HIGHLY recommend!

    This Nail Salon is the best by far. Every experience is just as great as the last. Thou did a fantastic job on my Fall Nails. Her creativity is top notch. My advice. Just let her create a design for you. You won’t be disappointed

    They are always so friendly and do an amazing job! They accept many different payment options and can duplicate designs you find on social media really well! I would highly recommend. They are very popular so you should make an appt. They are also very active on Instagram.

    I always enjoy visiting this salon and the ladies working there are so nice. Thou is who I usually book my appointment with and she does an outstanding job with my acrylic sets. She always delivers what I ask for and I get so many compliments on my nails. They were also very kind and great to my mom when I brought her with me for a Mani Pedi date. I definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone in need of some self care or a spa day. Ive gotten a pedicure as well and it was super relaxing. Its worth the money, Im sure youll love your visit.

    I have been coming here for about a year now. I’ve lived in Jacksonville FL for 3 years and can’t believe how long it took me to find this place! First of all, it is a clean and well maintained place. Each and every one of the girls (and the one man) are amazing! I’m from NYC so we do things differently and I’d say we’re naturally a bit on the “boujee” side. This is the one and only place that can fulfill that expectation for me. They can pretty much mimic any design which is very rare and they will not let you out of the door until you are surely satisfied with their services. Also, I’ve walked in several times with just an idea and let them improvise and have never been dissatisfied. Their products aren’t cheap and prices are very fair for their services. Another thing I must add is I love when a place can remember you! This place is like Cheers, where everyone knows your name! What better service is that? They know me, my style and they greet almost everyone by name as they walk in!! Extremely welcoming. So, if you’re looking for great customer service along with a truly artistic staff that can accommodate almost anything with a classy vibe (rather than a ratchet “hood-like” environment) then you MUST try this place.     PHENOMENAL. i wish i could give 1000000 stars. amazing staff, amazing nail art. amazing overall. i LOVE that this salon is owned by a family; it feels so homey and welcoming. every tech is SO kind and accommodating. they can do ANY nail art (no joke) and it turns out so great! i called at 2:30pm and they got me in by 3:10pm. very clean and professional. this was my first time here and i will most definitely be going back (& bringing all of my buddies with me)!thank you for an amazing experience!update: pedicure was okay, not as satisfying as manicure. massage was 4/10 and polish 5/10. maybe the next one will be better! will still be going back for more.

    Love love this place...ever since moving to Jacksonville every place Ive ever gone has done a bad job then a friend of mine told me about Nail Tip her nail tech Chan. Chan does amazing work and shes very artistic ... And shes very honest about what she can and cannot do or what should or shouldnt be done with your nails... I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that and keep in mind when you look at my photos shes fixing what three salons screwed up... This is my forever nail place🥰

    Chan is incredible! She is fast yet diligent and very talented in her craft!Update: this set lasted 4 weeks without a single chip! I’ve NEVER had a set last longer than 3. I will absolutely be booking another appointment with Chan next time I drive through Jacksonville!

    I got my nails done last week and it was the first time in my life that I did not like them. I tried to get into a salon that Ive been to here in Saint Augustine a few times but it has been pretty much impossible. I saw photos of nails with their name posted on social media. I wanted my nails fixed so bad that I drove to jax see them. I do not regret it. They are sisters, which makes it even more awesome. They can do pretty much anything as far as design which is hard to find.Do yourself a favor and go see these girls.

    This was my first time going to Nail Tip, I usually don’t get my nails done often and I get nervous that I would get my nails done and then not like them after but I was really happy with my experience there.Early July, I scheduled an appointment with Chan and she was very efficient, quick, and talented. She was able to do the nail art that I wanted with no problem and she was very nice, she also made sure to ask frequently if what she was doing was okay with me.Unfortunately, I had to take my acrylics off a little sooner than usual and it was very hard getting them off so the nails you get done here are long-lasting! Definitely would come back!

    LOVE NAIL TIP! Been coming here for a little over a year now. They are the best. They always deliver the cutest nails, toes and even brows.     Nailtip is the best Nail Salon I’ve ever been to! Thou has never given me anything but perfection! My friends love my nails so much that I bring them with me now.     Great Experience and super friendly staff! My boyfriend and I went into for a pedicure and got the volcano pedicure. It was amazing! They were extremely polite and did a fantastic foot massage. I wasn’t a huge fan of my color at first and he was going to repaint them what I wanted(I decided to try the color out) I also messed up my toe and he was so sweet in fixing it and not making me feel like I was an “inconvenience”. I’m new to the area so I’ve tried about 5 different places so far and I’m definitely going back for my next pedicure to nail tip!

    I was looking for a salon to try out pink and white acrylic nails for the first time. I booked an appointment online with Thou and was completely blown away by her amazing ability and their great customer service. She eventually talked me into adding some nail art and trying other colors. I have only been coming here for a few month but have loved every design she has done!     I haven’t been this HAPPY with my nails in YEARS. All the staff is friendly & enjoys talking w/ their clients. Tu did my nails.. LOVE HER WORK!! Attention to detail, actually helped w/ picking out colors & enjoys nail art.My pedicure was wonderful!! Again, attention to detail & actually did all the steps, including removing overgrown cuticles. My toes feel sooooo much better!

    I came in early on a Thursday with no appointment and was helped right away. The shop is clean with nice decor. Thou gave me a french manicure with SNS and they are lovely. T gave me a wonderful deluxe pedicure. He really took his time and gave a lovely massage. Thou then painted my toes with gel polish. I was very happy with both services and will absolutely be returning in the future. **If you have been disappointed in the past with unfriendly and/or rushed services, I 100% recommend visiting Nail Tip.     Ive gotten my nails done here a few times before, but todays service really blew me out of the water! All of the workers are always so friendly and sweet :)Today, I went in hoping to get a plain, single kind of pumpkin shade for fall, and they didnt have quite the color I was looking for in SNS. So they gave me a gel manicure over an SNS base for free, just so that I could have the color I wanted!! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nail salon not only with great quality results, but a great vibe as well! It is a wonderful experience all around

    Loveee this place! Been going here for over 2 years. My nail lady is tu, I don’t know if I spelled it correct but she’s the sweetest and always does a great job. My polish never chips and my acrylics are never too thick. I don’t go anywhere else I only trust them with my nails. They’re also more affordable than other places I’ve been to but they also do way better of a job so definitely worth the money. They also do the job pretty fast which I love because they do it perfectly still. I have really bad patience and I appreciate that they don’t go super slow. Also the sweetest staff, and always make sure the client is happy. 10/10 recommend to anyone!!!

    I’ve been coming here since Jr. High and even though they’ve had different management and staff, Nail Tip has been consistent in everything they do.They always do amazing work on my manicures and pedicures.     I wouldve given them 5 stars if its not that I spent 2 hours there for just a nail dip , understand that they were short staff but they couldve just call and let me know to come an hour later instead of me waiting there that long ( I could use the time working). But , in a positive note, Chan did a great job with my ombre SNS nail eventhough I want a little darker on my tip , she went with a lighter saying it looks better. The place is clean, nice ambiance, the mom is nice too. I wish them well with their business.

    Came in there with my boyfriend and his daughter, the customer service was amazing & the employees were all super friendly. We all got Pedicures and I got an acrylic set. My only complaints and criticism is with the acrylics. She applied 2 layers of acrylic making them super bulky, I also asked for ombre and she used an odd technique that left my polish streaky. My sister is a nail tech and ive never seen such thick acrylics, regardless they look nice in pictures and far away. Might be back for pedicures and the amazing service but I will save my acrylics for a different shop (or at least different tech). Overall an amazing experience for the price.

    I had such a great experience, I wish I got down the name of my lady who did my set because she did an excellent job. I came in with really nothing picked out, I just asked if she can do a fall set with dip powder because i’m allergic to acrylic, she understood the assignment and it came out gorgeous couldn’t have asked for better and very reasonably priced

    I went for the first time last week...and fell in love. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment and didnt have to wait. Major thing for me. My nails have never looked so natural or the color stay on like this. I also had my eyebrows waxed...Sarah did them perfect..I was amazed. Not to mention, SUPER afforable. Sarah totally rocks! Will be my place from now on!
