    Jordan was amazing! So incredibly kind and worked me in last minute when my hairdresser no showed me. She curled my hair too! I felt very pampered and appreciated as a customer. I will be back!

    I went in for the first time with Kelley and she did an amazing job! It was my first time dying my hair and she did it just the way I wanted it and shared some tips for layering. Not to mention she was extremely friendly the entire time!

    I asked for something completely different than what Im use to getting and I absolutely love it. I had long hair and now I have really short hair and it feels so much better. Today was my first visit to Belks and I will definitely be back. Everyone was super nice and place was clean and super cute set up. I really loved my stylist, Brittlynn. Her and I just clicked and it was nice meeting someone that is as crazy as me. I mean that in a good way. Oh and they got me in for an appointment the same day I called which was great since I was afraid I would change my mind about cutting all my hair off.

    Love this salon! Tanya has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 30 years! She is a treasure! I would never trust anyone else with my hair! ❤️We also recommend Brittlyn! Brittlyn did a fantastic job getting my grandson and granddaughter back-to-school hair ready!We also spoiled my granddaughter with her first facial, and Kandice was amazing!Thank you Belk Salon and Spa!We will be back soon!

    Today was my first time ever coming here and I can tell you now I will be back. All the staff were super friendly and absolutely amazing and professional. I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Berkeley, she was absolutely the sweetest. I have never had my hair done so well in all my years of having my hair dyed. It feels so healthy and looks SO GOOD the best it ever has. I will definitely be booking further appointments!

    After months of wanting to getting a perm, I finally found the right stylist to do it! Kay was very patient with me and her years of experience in the profession definitely show. The process was smooth and relatively quick (didn’t take nearly as long as I imagined). The results were exactly what I had asked for and she gave me thorough instructions on how to care for my new style and keep the curls looking just as I wanted them! The salon itself was immaculate and relaxing. The price was very affordable. I would highly recommend Kay to anyone looking to get a perm or any other stay for that matter as she is very thoughtful and listens to what you want done!

    I have been a client of Ryan Weber long before he worked at Belk. He is one of the best stylists in this region. Not only the best Stylist but one of the best people I know. So Ryan gets 5 Stars.But the Salon and people working there are a different story. I never feel comfortable around the other stylist there . Their professionalism has a lot to be desired. And I would never live my house dressed in the sleazy outfits they work in.I want to walk in to a salon and feel Welcome and comfortable having a conversation with my stylist as well as anyone else working there. Not the feel I get when I walk in. All the “ girls stylist “ seem like robots when talking to the public. I would recommend a very intense Customer Service class for your “female staff”.SO THE SALON GETS A 1 STAR.

    My hairdresser, Julie, did an amazing job! It was just the style I wanted. She really took her time to ask questions about how I liked to wear my hair and what kind of cut I wanted. I am glad she was so thorough. This was my first time at Belk. I will definitely be back! Everyone there was friendly, especially the manager Holly.

    If you want a great stylist go see Holly at Belk. She is amazing!! My hair has never looked or felt so good. She listened to what I wanted and helped me decide what would be best for me. Holly explained the hair products she was using on my hair as she was doing my hair. I love my new cut, color and highlights. I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.

    Liane S does a precision haircut and a gorgeous, natural looking color. She is personable and concerned about meeting the clients expectations every time. She has been doing my hair for almost 4 years and I actually followed her to this salon because she is that good!

    My experience with Sandi Kelley has always been phenomenal. She really listens to what you want and takes her time so that you get the exact cut your looking for. I have fine/thin hair and she has done wonders for me. She takes the time to share her styling tips too. She’s AMAZING!

    The entire salon is extremely clean, friendly, and filled with staff that are willing to help you whenever you might need them. Jane, especially, is a master of her trade. From day one she knew what to do with my hair without even being told. There’s never a dull or disappointing visit and she’s always willing to work around unexpected changes in a day to day schedule.

    I decided to take a chance and do something about my hair. Google found me the Belk Salon. I was surprised when they could get me in a few hours later and even better that there was a coupon for first time customers. I was so lucky to get a stylist that listened to my concerns and used the photo I brought with me as a guide.I am s afraid of having my hair cut as I am of going to the dentist. But I left feeling I my hair was perfect and I picked up a couple of bargains in the store on my way out!

    I was thoroughly impressed with the service and quality at Belk Salon & Spa! It was my first time being there and navigating through the store I hoped there would be more signage on where the salon and spa was located because Rachel Newbill did such a wonderful cut, color and style, plus a mini photo shoot which highlighted the depth of colors and the perfect cut to bring my hair back to life... there needs to be arrows pointing to the second floor so everyone knows its up there! Ill definitely be back and I got a first time visit take home goodie back with discounts on all their other services! Thank you Rachel, Ill be back for sure!

    Came in with a mess of a mop on my head, asked them if why could do anything, and that they were able to do anything they wanted. got ryan to cut off my burnt off ends from bleach and he styled it very well! also excellent customer service he was very kind and outgoing and made sure i was as comfortable as possible!
