    By far the best nail salon I’ve ever visited. It’s also the first time I’ve received a manicure while reclined. Yes, you read that right. There are no table top nail stations. They do your nails while you lay there relaxed.The atmosphere is clean and calm with lovely decor. Chole was my technician and she did a phenomenal job on both my pedicure and manicure. She was very meticulous, took her time, and I absolutely love my nails!This is truly a spa like experience, so if you’re looking for a space where you have the time to unwind and not rush, I highly recommend this salon.

    A great experience. Very clean and no chemical smell. The decor is relaxing and chairs are spaced far apart for more privacy. Complimentary beverages and under eye patches. Excellent pedicure with massage and large polish selection.

    Let me start off by saying that I’m a horrible nail biter so they always clean me up, so my pictures don’t do them justice.I’ve been to this place over 5 times now and I love it! ❤️ You gotta make a reservation in advance because they are all about creating an environment for self care and relaxation. When my mom and sister came into town, we all even went together and this is a true spa experience!Pictures are square tip for engagement photos, sparkly square tip for wedding, neutral round tip when I came with my family and my most recent neutral almond tip. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family, can’t wait to come back before graduation

    I’ve been to multiple salons between Gulf Breeze to Fort Walton for the last 5 years & I have been disappointed every single time. I’m upset I didn’t try East Hill sooner. I got the deluxe pedicure and a dip manicure and really couldn’t be happier.

    It’s easy to book your appointments online (or walk in), it’s a large, clean, nice salon with a great atmosphere. Manis and pedis were very comfortable and the nail techs do an excellent job. Would highly recommend!

    This nail salon was a breath of fresh air! Finally. I have been on the hunt for a good nail place in the Santa Rosa/ Escambia county area for about two years. So many places wouldn’t have the nail colors I wanted, would use the least amount of polish they could to save on product, or just overall not do a thorough job on my pedicures. It’s not cheap to get your nails done these days and you want quality care when you’re paying that much. I had such a great experience here today. Rose did a wonderful job with my pedicure, she was thorough, double checking my polish to make sure it was perfect, very gentle. The young lady at the front was very sweet and attentive. Place is CLEAN and relaxing. Overall 10/10 for this area and the price; very impressed. I will definitely be back to try again.

    I visited the East Hill Nail Spa for the first time a few weeks ago and it was a lovely experience. I had the pleasure of having Jenny as my nail tech. She was so kind and professional and even 2 weeks later my nails still look wonderful. The salon was very clean and had such a relaxing vibe to it, I loved it. I plan on going back soon and making this my permanent nail spa.

    So I booked my appointment online with Jenny, they called me this morning and let me know that Jenny wouldnt be there but her husband would be filling in for her. I had thought this salon did fake nails (they dont) however my experience was perfection. Friendly service, calming environment and they even offered my daughter a drink and let her relax in an empty recliner. I left feeling so relaxed. Well worth it. So many nail colors to choose from.

    I love this nail salon! I went on my birthday in September, and it was so relaxing. The pedicure was great, and the chairs they have are hands down the best Ive ever sat in. Im a regular pedicure-getter during the warmer months and this will be my new go-to spot. The polish lasted quite a long time, and it didnt feel rushed at all. The salon was clean, calm, and quiet. I highly recommend going here.

    I recently visited East Hill Nail Spa. I was impressed by its tasteful decor and lack of unpleasant odors. While they dont offer acrylic nails, they do provide gel and dipped nail services. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, and everyone went out of their way to be helpful. One standout employee was Jenny, who not only displayed exceptional kindness but also did an outstanding job on my nails.

    Such a relaxing salon, it’s beautiful inside and the staff is very kind. Kim removed my gel polish and gave a great pedicure and massage. They also offer water, tea/coffee, and wine.

    All I can say is WOW. We were turned away by another nail salon and called up Presley at East Hill Nail Spa. He was so friendly, accommodating and took care of us right away. I was so taken back by the customized service when we walked in - the offer for a drink and being escorted to a cozy waiting area. There was not an exhausting amount of nail wheels everywhere. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Chloe did a BEAUTIFUL job on my nails. The pedicure massage chairs were amazing, the best I have ever sat in. Then to top it off, we were laying back in recliner chairs for the manicure. I have only experienced this at the Broadmoor. Bravo to the owner of this beautiful nail salon, I wish you were in Colorado. Our experience was amazing - all of your touches on detail were evident and so appreciated!

    My daughter and I had an appointment for a regular pedicure and went in a little early. They were happy to accommodate. Very friendly from the moment we walked in the door, offering beverages several times. The technicians for both of us were beyond skilled and gentle. My feet were a mess from lack of self-care (routine pedis)and my daughter’s feet were a mess from her Navy boots and boot camp. We walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salon was pristine, hygiene was superb, and the quiet and calm throughout the salon was a delight.We will definitely be back!

    Such a wonderful pedicure and Chloe did an amazing job! I’ve been looking for a pedicure spot for over 4 years now and I’ve finally found it. It’s beautiful on the inside and everyone was very nice. Cleanliness is huge for me and that surpassed my expectations. Highly recommend.

    We had a lovely experience at East Hill nail spa today! The staff is very friendly and wonderful at their job. This was the first pedicure for my almost 4 year old, and she loved it! They even provided her with a juice and snack during her pedicure and manicure. The environment was clean and relaxing. We look forward to returning!

    Hands down the best manicure and pedicure experience I have ever received. The atmosphere was extremely calming. I was offered a beverage and a snack as soon as I walked in to my appointment. The leg massage during the pedicure and hand/arm massage during the manicure - AMAZING. The manicure chairs reclined - I was so comfortable and relaxed that I’m pretty sure I fell asleep at one point. The pricing was higher than the other salons I’ve used but it was worth EVERY PENNY. I will 100% be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Chloe is the absolute best. I got a gel pedicure and ombré dip manicure. I’ve never had ombré before and omg I won’t get anything else now. Chloe was so sweet!! Def request her.

    Vivian was super pleasant and gentle with my feet. I get ingrown toenails often due to my profession. I’ve been to so many places that dig deep and make me bleed; very fortunately I didn’t even realize she was extracting one until she told me afterwards. Now that is skill! I was immediately greeted by Presley when I walked through the door, and he offered my a cold beverage. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing 😌 which is much needed while I’m here vacationing. Overall I am very pleased with my experience!

    Absolutely wonderful experience. Price is a little higher than where I live (out of state) but you really do get what you pay for. I got a manicure with gel polish and I was so relaxed with the music and atmosphere that I kept drifting off to sleep. Very clean and polite people. Worth every penny! I also did not feel as if I was being rushed through in any way. So relaxing 😌

    Today was my first time at East Hill Nail Spa, but I will definitely be coming back again. It’s beautiful, clean, peaceful, and the techs are all very detail oriented and take their time. I had a gel mani and pedi and was there for 2 hours- but it was so relaxing and they did a wonderful job. I absolutely recommend this place.

    I have been to many nail salons in Pensacola. This by far is the best experience that I have had. The atmosphere is exquisite. The technicians are skilled and take great care. This is now my go to salon.

    Beautiful salon, super clean, and very professional and experienced techs. Not sure how anyone could give this place 1 star. I’ve tried so many salons in the area and this one wins hands down.Nicki is literally amazing and really takes the time to make sure clients get exactly what they ask for! No one is rushing you here or bouncing between clients. You get a dedicated tech who cares about client satisfaction and going quality work!
