    Elegant nail spa was such a great place! Cindy did my nails and they are so cute! Such a kind staff, she really concentrated to make sure my nails were perfect and took her time! Definitely come here and visit Cindy to get your nails done!

    I got a pedicure and manicure and absolutely loved both! Cindy did a great job on my nails! I opted out of acrylic and instead wanted dip but it ended up beautiful! I love the snowflake and nails! So pretty!

    I went to other nail salon before and it was terrible…I couldn’t wait 2 weeks and I have to removed it.I was searching a lot of nail salon here in Pensacola and this salon has a good reviews and I saw their works on Instagram and they’re really good! They deserve more than 5 stars!The guy who did my nail(I don’t know his name) was really nice he was asking me if the nail shape is fine and the color is okHe did pretty good job! Thank you!

    I’ve been going here for about a year now, and I just love the energy in this salon. The stylists are very personable and friendly. I go to Tyler, and he has a great sense of humor! I had been struggling to find a salon to go to for a while. When I came here, Tyler immediately made me feel so comfortable and at home. Just adore this place. I also recently have been taking my mom, who is very particular with her nails. She was introduced to Mai, and she loves the way Mai does her nails. Overall such an amazing place, and they offer a variety of designs which make it even better. Definitely recommend!!

    Cindy did a great job on my nails, taking her time to make sure she got the design exactly how I wanted! She also explained the price to me beforehand, which I really appreciate. I also got my eyebrows waxed, which at $12 is one of the best values in town! Definitely recommend this place!

    They get me right everytime! I pick a color and allow them to freestyle whatever they like. Clean, quick, and friendly atmosphere. Even when I don’t have an appointment and walk-in, they’re quick.

    Loved my experience here getting my pedicure and nails done! Their salon is super cute and the staff is really friendly and make sure you like your service before you finish! The nail artists are able to do more complex design as well! 100% recommend!

    Absolutely love this salon! There are so many employees that there is never a wait and everyone is so nice! I walk in and sit right down at a station. I took my 10 year old and 5 year old little girls one time with me and they did their nails no problem, were really good with them both as well. I recommend this salon for nails and pedicures! My sister in law had a pedicure done and was completely satisfied.

    I went to elegant nail spa for the first time and had an amazing experience! There was no wait time and the experience was so relaxing and they have great attention to detail for both pedicures and manicures. Mindy did amazing on my pedicure and Cindy did amazing with my manicure and dip powder. I highly recommend elegant nails salon!

    Very clean and professional nail salon. Everyone is friendly. Mai does an excellent job on gel manicures and eyebrows. She’s the best! Mai has become a dear friend of our family. Sally is sweet and does a great job too!

    I have been a customer of Elegant Nail Spa for a few years. I have done a variety of styles and lengths, with my current job I have to have short nails and was worried I would lose my style. Tyler did an amazing job, he knows I like pink and white with an added flare and uniqueness. With that being said he did an Outstanding AMAZING JOB as always.     If you’re looking for a nail salon look no further! The third picture is what I asked for with one nail different and the first two pictures are what I got! Everyone is Always so kind. Tyler is hands down the best, but I have never had a bad experience and I have had different guys do my nails here! Reasonably priced AND they have wine! Win win all around

    I strongly advise visiting this place if youre seeking for a fantastic nail spa! I had a warm welcome right away, and I was seated quickly. The fact that I did not have to wait to be seated made me happy. My manicure and pedicure both turned out to be excellent services. My nails are just gorgeous. With Tyler, I had a wonderful experience. He was quick, yet he did everything extremely well, which I appreciated. He did make a design recommendation and he did take the time to make sure I was happy with my nails. A sincere thank you for making my morning and nail appointment worthwhile.

    I’ve been to this salon twice now and had great experiences both times! Ken did my first set, the strawberry cow print, and Tyler did my most recent Christmas themed set. I loved them both! I will most definitely be coming back and seeing Tyler. He was very sweet and made sure I loved my nails at every step. The service is fast, but doesn’t seem to cut corners. I haven’t had any problems with chipping, losing a nail, or excessive lifting. They also don’t cut my cuticles which I appreciate! I haven’t needed to wait either; both times I called and walked in about an hour later and was immediately seated and worked on. Thanks guys!

    My mom, husband and I all came to get pedicures and it was a phenomenal experience. We got the most expensive package (I don’t remember what it’s called) and it was great! They had complimentary drinks available and plenty of color choices. They were super friendly, it was very clean and they had good music playing. The hot stones and wax were our favorite part of the pedicure for sure! We’ll be coming back for sure

    Love this place!! My daughter & I decided to go here because of good reviews plus, our regular salon was closed for renovations. Im glad we did. Its way cheaper & theyre pedi massage lasts a long time. They did an Awesome job on our nails!! They also do amazing nail designs!! Steven was my nail tech & he was super!! You dont need an appt. They accept walk ins & you dont have to wait. They have plenty of technicians working. I highly recommend this place!! Thank You So Much Elegant Nails!!

    Good service fast. They did rush us to pick a color and sit down. But my party of three were seen right away. They were friendly and professional. Prices are a bit steep, their pedicures go from $25 all the way up to $70. Which is a bit much for pretty much the same thing just a few extra things. They do the typical upsell attempts ,but luckily werent too aggressive. Overall we will be back to get another $25 pedicure.

    Update 1/2024 just want to reiterate how awesome they are here! Kayla gave me a wonderful relaxing pedicure this morning and Tyler did a great French manicure for me! I love these peopleClean place, super high quality service! Best french gel mani in town by Tyler. Got a marine pedi with hot stones too. Everyone was nice, and looks like they all do really great work from what I saw on other clients. Super happy I went there and this is where I will always go from now on in Pensacola! Awesome work!

    My nephews girlfriend and I went to get pedicures👣 here on 07/09/2020 and thoroughly enjoyed the service we recieved. 🙂✔ The choice of colors was spectacular.🌈🏳️‍🌈 You receive a complimentary drink while you are being pampered. (water, wine, sodas) 🍷💧🥤 Store is very clean inside! Everyone including customers wore masks during their time inside the building.

    Literally the best pedicure Ive ever had. Im writing this as I sit in the pedicure chair, and Ive been here for about an hour and for $35 I got the deluxe. Thats including paraffin, hot stones and hot towels.. also every massage in between. Ms Rupi was so amazing. havent even gotten my nails or toes done yet but when I do Ill be back to update! 😊Update: okay so they did absolutely amazing. Kenny was great with my nails. A bit pricey but it is worth it. I got ombré which was 45 alone, but they turned out beautiful. This is the hidden gem of Pensacola I wish I found them sooner!!

    This is my third time using this nail salon and I absolutely love it. Plenty of parking and a beautiful atmosphere. Walking in, I was greeted and immediately seated in a massage chair. I went there for a deluxe gel manicure ($45) and regular polish pedicure ($40) and the pedicure was first. The pedicure was regular polish and my lady (I wish I caught her name) was so inviting and caring to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. She offered me a free beverage and was very meticulous with her work. The deluxe manipedi included cuticle care, nail shaping and cutting, oiled massage, paraffin wax, and polish. Loved everything about it. Will be back and I highly recommend to anyone!

    Service was amazing, I got dip French tip nails and a #2 pedicure. Pedicure was awesome, Im 32 weeks pregnant and she was so gentle with my toes and the hotness of the water. Also, it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had hands down. Paid 75$ for everything but it was totally worth ever penny.

    After having meh or bad experiences with nail salons in my hometown, I spent time searching for a place here in Pensacola and I’m so happy that I chose this place! I made an appointment and was sat down right away. Tyler gave me a full set and not only was it done perfectly, but it also was done very quickly!!     Walked in, was greeted and got my toes and nails done and everything was sanitary. I am super picky about that kind of stuff. Liners in the bowl, clean tools! Did the Marine pedi. Definitely recommend it! Then I got my fill and it is fantastic! I gave him complete artic freedom and he delivered!!! Definitely recommend this shop!

    They did an amazing job on my nails. I was very specific with the accent nail design I wanted and he did it perfectly. The shape and length were exactly as I wanted. No issues whatsoever. I was just visiting family in town, but I’ll happily come back here whenever I visit again. I highly recommend this nail spa.

    I would have gave them 5 stars ⭐️ but the incident I had today was horrible. The man was trying to get over on me with prices for a fill not knowing I come ALL THE TIME FOR FILLS AND FULL SETS…. Most of the staff is very friendly and a people person but the guy that I received was not. I always tip but not today he rushed on my nails. I wanted them to redo them but I knew I was going to be late for work so I just paid the price and left. I do not want that man I had today to ever do my nails 💅 or my friends. He needs to stay greeting people and that’s it because he really acted as if he didn’t want to do them anyways 😒

    Pedicures were well done by the ladies in the building. The manicures turned out good, but we’re definitely rushed a little more by the guy technicians. Prices are about the same as everywhere else it was around $150 for a pedicure with gel polish and a full set of acrylic nails with a small design on two nails. Everyone was very friendly!
