    The best nails ever! I went today for the first time and Kim did my nails and they are perfect. She listened to me and did them natural and got me out in no time. Her husband also did my pedicure and he was awesome and funny! I will be back!

    A forever customer! I’ve been going to Hannah for a lonnnng time (years) and I’ve always enjoyed my time at the shop. It’s always smiles and laughter. No matter the occasion she always comes through. I come in, sit, and leave with beautiful nails. I rarely know what I want but I’m never disappointed.

    I tried this place on a whim. I needed my nails done fast for the holidays and I came right after work as a walk in. No long wait. Nails were done beautifully just as I asked ! They definitely gained a forever customer today. Will be returning. Nancy did my nails this go-round. Awesome job. The environment is soooo positive. Everyone was nice. Side note: I got my nails done in a matte finish.

    I went here for the first time last year because my mom bought me a gift certificate from who she thought I normally went to. I’m so glad her friend told her the wrong place! I loved them at the old location, and I love going here at the new location. They are so friendly and do a great job! I knew from the first visit I would be back. The friendly way the husband and wife team (owners I believe ) were cutting up with a long time customer just made me feel relaxed. I don’t live here, but when I get my nails done, and am in town, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

    Nice salon. I miss Anthony, he was my absolute favorite! Good, no rush pedicures. They take their time here so plan on at least 2 hours for a mani/pedi.

    I have been coming to this salon for almost a year now and it is by far the best experience every time. They remember me by name and even my daughters name even though she only comes once in a blue moon. They are very professional and personal with each client. I can not recommend this place more. Every time someone comments about how cute or great my nails are, I make sure to tell me where to go!

    I stopped here because I was in the area and the ratings were good. I was a little nervous when i walked in. The space is big but there are limited chairs and nail tables. They were busy though! Im impressed with my new acrylic set, the color options were great. I asked about matte polish and he said he could do it but never mentioned it would cost extra...on top of my extra fee for gel polish. Other than that it was pretty great!

    I got my nails done here today after a friend recommended GQ Nails. I must say that the customer service and the quality of the nail work is GREAT! This is definitely going to be my new nail shop and it was the best custimer service that Ive ever received in a nail shop. Ms. Kim and her husband were very welcoming, nice, and sweet!This is my first time ever rating a business online in my entire life and they really deserve this five star rating because they were pleasant, looked happy to be at work, were not rude, and I didnt feel rushed while getting my nails done!Thank you guys again‼️

    Did a great job on me and my group of women! Had pedi and mani myself, the rest all had pedis except for my granddaughter who also had a mani also ! She loved it ,and they were very good with her! I will definitely be returning! They stayed open two hours to cater to our group very happy customer here!

    Ive been coming to this salon since I was a little girl. Im now 22 and still loyal to Samis. I work out of town but I always have to stop here when Im home. She is seriously the sweetest. Always remembers the conversation no matter how long its been. That right there tells how much she truly is invested in her clients.

    I have been to many nail salons all over the country and this one rates among the very best. I visit the Pensacola area several times a year and always stop in for the best powder dip nails Ive ever had. Love this place.

    Polite professional and quick without a rushed feeling. 1st time there and I had a pedicure. All prices are upfront and on a menu and no hidden charges or agendas. Will be back

    Been coming here since I was 14. Im now going to be 29 next month. I love sami and her staff. They are always so sweet . Never a problem if I ask them to correct a crooked nail. And they have great prices. Even when I had to take all 3 of my kids, not once did they complain. Thanks sami

    Definitely recommend!! Hannah and team take care of their customers very well. Full on pedicure deluxe is very relaxing. Great service. Friendly atmosphere.

    Sami’s has always been my favorite place. A lot of those fast ones in the Mall don’t care if you leave with your feet still rough unlike this place you won’t ever leave disappointed. ❤️🙌
