    This was my 5th time at the salon and it’s my new favorite salon in the area! It is bright and clean, and all of the staff is very sweet and make you feel at home. Ms. Jessica had done my nails this time and she shaped my nails perfectly, asking me every now and then if I liked how they were turning out.I highly recommend this place if you’re in the search of a new salon. 🥰

    This was my first time going to JR’s. I’m from Atlanta and loved my nail tech back home; however, I was pleasantly surprised. Jessica did an excellent job and really takes her time with her work. My nails were done in ombré and she wanted to make sure I was happy. Everyone was super friendly and the shop was very clean. Can’t wait to go back for my follow up service and pedicure!

    Had an extremely positive experience at J.R Nails Spa. They were prompt to give me an appt. for a full set + chrome and pedicure. They were so accommodating and kind. I particularly enjoyed my conversations with Vanessa, she was so sweet and introduced herself to me and we talked throughout.They gave extra attention to the shape and length of my nails after arriving with a botched manicure. Price point was fair and I’d absolutely visit again.Thank you for the wonderful experience!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE ROSIE AND THE STAFF! Amazing work, amazing prices, amazing vibes! The spa is very clean. They always have the newest products for all the trends. So many options of services.Everyone is Kind, fun and friendly. This is the BEST nail spa in Perdido/Pensacola. Anything I ask for- Rosie makes it happen! Work ethic is unmatched!! Best eyebrow wax in town. They’re all so talented!!

    Came here to get matching nails with a bridal party of six and everyone at the salon was super kind and accommodating. We asked for a starry night-inspired gel nail which I feel like they nailed perfectly. Great!! We will be back!!😍

    Excellent salon! We stopped in while visiting the area and they welcomed us right in, worked us in for a pedi and dip. Vanessa gave me the best pedicure and really helped with my ingrown toenail. (and I reeaally love my pedicurist at home). It was nice visiting with Vanessa and the locals and they even gave me other recommendations. Ill always visit while Im in the area!

    Great prices and amazing staff! First time here, and I dont get my nails done that often. My technician was so amazing, I felt like we were friends afterwards and my nails turned out so beautiful! 2.5 weeks later and my manicure and pedicure still look awesome. I forgot how to spell my technicians name, but it started with a C and is 4 letters long...I will come back just for her! The owner was so concerned that I was happy with my nails...very customer focused.

    If you are visiting or looking for a permanent nail spa, look no further! The environment is clean, peaceful, and they treat their customers respectfully. Rosie is my nail tech and I will follow her no matter where she builds her business. Below is a picture of my nails with the mood dip powder. My nails were so brittle until Rosie started caring for them. Now they are getting stronger and less breakage.

    UPDATE: I still have no complaints. Still the best nail salon Ive come across in Pensacola!!!!Everyone was soooooo friendly and welcoming. I requested a nail tech but she was busy with is understood. She recommended another nail tech and i was extremely satisfied with her work. I am 100% satisfied with the service and the prices. The environment is also very welcoming. They will definitely be seeing more of me.UPDATE: I called for an appointment this morning and Rosy told me to go ahead and come this morning. When I got there, my tech Jessica was ready to go! Great service and a great atmosphere!! I am very satisfied with this nail spa!!!

    10/10 Best Experience! I loved the massage chair. It was very high end and comfortable. Henry pampered me to the fullest including mani (my first ever), pedi, eyebrow wax, and lip wax. I really loved and appreciated Henrys skill and attention to detail. My nails are perfect! I adore the color on my toes and my waxing was perfect! He did amazing work with relaxed energy. I look forward to my next visit!

    I have been to 3 different salons in this area and each time disappointed. 1. Very expensive and the tech spent more time answering the phone than paying attention to what she was doing. I left with sore hands and feet from her technique. 2. Wanted a Gel french manicure and was told I had to have an appointment for that so I opted for color. The girl was rude and work was still not up to standards. 3. Scraped half the skin off the sides and rips of my feet, causing bleeding and sores. So I decided to try a another one.Finally I found a place I felt welcomed. Rosie is so personable and happy all the time. She makes everyone feel welcome. Nancy did my nails and I must say, she was very meticulous and friendly. I couldn’t be happier. This place is new, so if you are looking to try them out you won’t be disappointed. Best things: great service, no waiting for appointments, and reasonable prices (not inflated like others).

    Went for a pedicure with my daughter and was very overly pleased with the service and work they did. First place I have been too that really does a deep massage for pedicures. They took their time with both of us and really made it a great experience. I will definitely be back!

    After trying a few nail salons in the area. I am so happy I found Rosie and her salon.I love the quality of my dip nails from her. She gentle, friendly and professional.My nails even made it through me doing a huge landscaping project at my home and didnt break!She also did an amazing job on my brows. I am very particular in who touches my brows. Rosie and her salon are all around awesome! Highly recommended this business!

    Had a pedicure with Nancy today and she is awesome! Truly the entire staff are very welcoming and kind but my close encounter was with Nancy. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed. She helped me choose a color and was genuinely excited about the outcome of it….which was perfect! The salon in general is very pretty and clean, can tell they take pride in their business!!!! Highly recommend!
