    Loved the job she did on my Mani Pedi. Staff is really friendly and the massage chairs are wonderful! Got a good little foot massage with my pedi and I couldnt be happier! I got Gel on my fingernails and regular on toes. Looks great and was very fast for gel to dry!

    They are very sweet people here. they listened to my mom when she shared that she has diabetes and made sure to clip her nails patiently and not soak her feet in water too long.

    Very courteous and did a great job. Im from out of town and stopped here because it was convienant. Will definitely come back here when I visit again.

    If L.A. Nails wants to close earlier than their posted hours of operation, then maybe they should turn off their OPEN sign and be considerate enough to offer to rechedule the customer their wanted service instead of making them wait outside a locked door for 10 minutes, refusing to talk to them except through the window, and then waving the customer away after showing a wrist watch that clearly reads 6:58pm when the store closes at 7pm. Im not a dog be shooed away because an employee doesnt want to show initiative or provide excellent customer service. All she had to do was apologize for closing early and offer to pencil me in an appointment. I can clearly see how much L.A. Nails really values their customers and their business.

    I was a walk-in late afternoon on a Saturday so I was expecting a rushed manicure/ pedicure, but I wanted something on my nails. Not at all what I expected. They took their time, very friendly and both the manicure and pedicure looked great! Im rough on nails and the polish on the manicure lasted longer than average for me, but the toes still look great! Thanks!

    I love L.A. Nails! I am so blessed to be able to conveniently get an awesome pedicure so close to home. All and I mean all of the sweet, funny, caring, and expert salonists are professionals. There are very few wait times. My Mom, sister, brother-in-law, and nephew have all been to L.A. Nails. :) We love ❤️ L.A. Nails!I continue to go to L.A. Nails because all of the employees are professional, friendly, and efficient! I can always count on a wonderful pedicure, so I always book my next appt. there before I leave! Yay!

    Its always iffy when you try a new nail salon. Pleasantly surprised! My last experience was horrible thus the change in nail salon. Amy was terrific! Nails and pedi both look and feel amazing.

    We have gone to LA Nails for years. Always have a great experience. Staff is professional and friendly. Pedicure lasts a long time too! I would definitely recommend LA Nails to anyone.

    This is the best nail salon I have ever been to. They take pride in their work and go over and above to service their customers. Very polite people. Best in Pensacola! Sokha Sy is my favorite! She is the perfect nail tech! My granddaughter just Loves her too and I have referred many people to this nail salon. They treat you special!

    I love going here! I personally go to get my eyebrows waxed and they do such a great job! They are literally the sweetest and work to do their best! Definitely my go-to place! ❤️❤️
