    I absolutely LOVE nail envy. I have been going here for over 8 yrs. I love the staff especially Ms Anna she always is so friendly to all her customers and keeps the shop very clean and sanitized well.I do Pedi, facials and brows here on the regular and always so happy with my results. Ive also referred so many people that also keep going back!Highly recommend Ben, Hannah, Cat and Anna, Nam, Ms Kim for all your service needs. Facials by Kat or Ms Anna is the ABSOLUTE VERY BEST!! OMG U will be sooooo satisfied!

    I absolutely love going to nail envy to get my pedicures and my eyebrows waxed! They always take there time and are very good at what they do! Anna and Be are my absolute favorites and I couldn’t say enough good things about them both!! Will be a returning customer for life!

    *UPDATE*: Excellent customer service!!! I absolutely LOVE my nails💕✨ After not having a good first visit, Anna (the owner) reached out and apologized. She kindly asked me to give them a second chance and make it up to me with a different nail tech. WOW! What a difference. I had a GREAT experience the second time and Anna personally made sure I was satisfied and everything went smooth for me. I definitely recommend coming here. The services and customer service are amazing.

    Ive been using Nail Envy Salon for about 13 yrs. Nice salon. All staff members are professional and very kind. Their gel nails and pedicures last a very long time. Love this salon!

    I would definitely recommend this salon 100% no doubt about it! I have shopped around in pensacola since I moved here for a professional reliable clean and friendly salon. I have dipped my toes in almost every salon in the area. Ive compared prices, environment, talent and mostly for me was friendless and this place hands down hit every mark! My nail tech CAT is absolutely AMAZING! I trust her completely she takes her time making sure you are comfortable and satisfied with her work. She is very informative and knows what she is doing. Honestly everyone there seems so great! Every single person I have spoken to or interacted with at all is super friendly and nice to be around. It is very peaceful and also very clean.I would definitely recommend trying this place out!

    I first want to start off by saying this shop was very welcoming and also offered drinks when I first walked in! The service was great and my french tip pedicure came out amazing. They are so nice and also provide great conversation. Overall the place is a 10/10 would recommend!

    Everyone at Nail Envy is very nice and professional! I call and make appointments and rarely do I have to wait more than a few moments to be seated for services. The owner, Anna, does amazing lashes, brows and other facial services. I trust and know what when I leave the salon my nails or brows will look fantastic! I highly recommend Nail Envy!

    Fantastic experience. I am a man. This was my first pedicure in a long long time. My wife and her sister also got pedi/mani’s. We got there right at open. And we’re probably waited on. I felt like the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I did not feel like they were rushing to get finished and move onto the next customer. My wife has tried several other nail salon since moving back to Pensacola and she said she will be going nowhere else.

    I go to Anna’s Nail Envy for my nails and I genuinely am in love with this establishment. The staff are super friendly and they all do an amazing job. I would definitely recommend. Not only so but this place is so classy and clean, the environment is extremely relaxing and I 100% recommend booking an appointment because they get so busy since they’re so good!

    I came to Anna’s nail envy for the first time and I will not be going anywhere else. My nail tech, Teresa, was top notch. I told her I thought I needed a new set because I wanted to switch to a white tip and my previous nail shop told me my nail beds looked bad. She could have easily done it and got more business but she didn’t. She told me just what I needed and got it done. My nails are beautiful! I hope other shops read this. Take care of your people, be fair and your customers will take care of you. More importantly, they will come back and spread the word to others. Thanks Teresa!Jennifer

    A great place to start my birthday preparation. I got a underarm wax and I really enjoyed the experience. Very clean and expert help. Everyone is crossed trained so you have many options for all services. The technician/esthetician stayed late with me and made sure I was satiafied with nails and hair removal service. I live in Niceville but commute to this business every time.

    The service is good, but you do have to check your bank account after going if you cant find your receipt. I just checked my account for something else and realized that I was charged $10 more than what I was supposed to be charged. I also didnt have anything extra done. It was just a simple pedicure and nail polish. Ill be paying in cash for now on.

    The best eyebrows ever, in the whole US. I make a special trip to see Anna, to tame my eyebrows, evertime I travel from NC. Ive followed Anna from 2 other job sites to this location - shes that good! Next time I need to freshen my eyebrow tint... shes done agreat job getting the perfect color for me in the past!
