This place is so fabulous! I walked in for a pedicure and was helped right away. The staff were helpful and informative without being pushy about any treatments. John took such good care of me and was so kind. I highly recommend Bamboo Salon!!!

Living here over 15 years, I have tried almost every nail salon in St. Augustine and this is by far the best! Ive been a customer for over a year and John does the best SNS Manicure Ive ever had. He can do anything from french nails to awesome colors and designs. The nails hold up great for weeks and are a very reasonable price compared to other salons.The staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. I can make an appointment easily which is super convenient! My Mom loves getting pedicures with Lisa. She is friendly and does a great job with very relaxing massage. Whether youre from out of town or live here year round, this spot is definitely worth a try.

Im vacationing here for 1 week. I had a dip manicure. The woman was very friendly and did a good job. She told me to return for free if there were any issues. One nail cracked so I did return. The same woman retouched ALL of my nails and told me to come back next year when Im in town. Good service and appointment times were honored.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10yrs in St. Augustine and Bamboo Salon is by far the best nail salon I have been to. From the moment you walk in the door, your always greeted with smiling faces! Winnie runs the place and she’s always friendly and accommodating. My favorite nail technician is John, he’s super friendly and always does and top notch job!! Tonight I had a spa pedicure with Mary and she did a outstanding job on making my nails look amazing. She knows that I work on my feet all day and she went above and beyond and made my experience perfect. Thank you bamboo salon 🙂

I will never go to another nail salon other than this one. The whole team in there is fantastic and kind. John does phenomenal work and makes the whole experience so enjoyable. Winnie (probably way off on spelling) is the sweetest human being and makes you feel like family. I really appreciate the fact that it doesn’t reek like a typical nail salon in there as well, it always smells pleasant rather than like harsh chemicals. I drive 50 minutes from home passing tons of other salons just to get to them and it’s 100% worth it!

So nice and different than other (non communicative) salons! They chat with you and make you so comfortable. The only thing that was not great is they dont have the AC cool at all. I was uncomfortably too warm. Yes, it was in August too. But once I got my feet out of the warm water, I was ok. I am definitely going back! Ive been going to the same nail salon since 2016. It was time for a change! Im please with my choice! Thanks!

Absolutely the best nail salon youll ever go to, first time here & I am writing the review while to are running my feet. Thats how good they are. The ladies in here are so pleasant to be around. A very peaceful environment. You wont get a better foot massage. I highly recommend getting the pedicure with the mask, hot stone and extra massage time. I wont be going anywhere else. Many of the customers drive an hour to get their nails done here.

They always do an excellent job. John does great fills and manicures. I will not return to someone who has hurt me or is too rough. All the pedi gals are wonderful too. Winnie runs this professional shop. Have been going there for 3 years!!

I just had a wonderfully relaxing deluxe pedicure at Bamboo Garden. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There are many choices of colors of regular or gel polishes. The pedicure felt so good and the place felt very clean too. Prices are very fair and reasonable.

I called in the morning for an SNS fill & repair of my nails and a pedicure for both my husband and myself. They scheduled me for the same day at a time that fit my schedule. John immediately spoke to me regarding my SNS fill & repair that was done at another shop (that I was not happy with) and made an excellent suggestion of doing a new set. John was wonderful, had me laughing the entire time, and made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them! Monica worked on my husbands pedicure and never complained even though he hasnt been able to get in for a pedicure for over a year there was some work. I then got my pedicure (sadly I can not remember the young ladies name) and she was wonderful and again extremely personable! As I was checking out I made the comment that I just now need to find a good masseuse and Winnie told me about the package that included a facial and full body massage. I was so pleased with my experience up to that point I asked for an appointment however due to Winnie getting ready to be out for 2 weeks she offered for me to go have dinner and come back at close so I could get my massage. Winnie is so amazing and knows all of the pressure points I fell asleep as she literally relieved all of the stress in my body! Bamboo Garden is extremely clean, extremely personable, and all of the staff know how to fulfill your request as they are professionals! Bamboo Garden Salon will be the only place I go for any service they offer while in FL and after purchasing our home here!

I live in Ga. And whenever I am in town. I always have my nails done here. Winnie is the best for staying late to get us girls nails done for a wedding we had for the next day. Winnie my grand daughter still talks about how nice you were to her and painting pretty flowers on her fingers and toes. ❤️

While on vacation in Vilano Beach, I decided to have a deluxe pedicure and SNS manicure. After reading the reviews, I made an appointment at Bamboo Garden Salon. The salon is very clean and the staff are extremely personable and polite. The deluxe pedicure by Lisa was fabulous! She was so sweet! Her foot and leg massage put me in La La Land! And John was truly a perfectionist in applying SNS powder plus he was friendly and polite. Minnie smiled all the time and made sure I was happy during my visit. Don’t miss the opportunity for a spa experience at Bamboo Garden!

I am counted amongst those long and loyal customers.Massages are incredible, as well as mani, pedis and all the many services offered. Although I am sure all who work there deliver quality service, I can only attest to Winnie’s fingers ; they are magical in delivering the best massage money can buy. You never feel rushed; you feel pampered and know that they want you to leave a happy customer. You will not leave disappointed; they welcome feedback because they truly strive to be the best at what they do. Your money is well spent!

Lovely salon! Happy caring staff. I travel 1 hour to come to this nail salon each month. Ask for Winnie. They take time with you and dont rush you out the door like some places. Ive being going to Bamboo for years. Extremely reasonable prices and quality work 😃
