    I have been to several nail salons in st Augustine and Lavender has the friendliness staff and cleanest facility. I went in the first day they opened and still keep going back! The owners, Jon & Jenny are wonderful people and always remember names and special events in life. Its quite impressive. I feel comfortable bringing my daughters in this clean salon and I have yet to encounter anyone rude. They run a professional business and truly care about the guest experience. 10/10

    I absolutely love this place! I recently moved to st.augustine again but was traveling to Orlando faithfully to get my nails done. I will no longer go I will only go to Cindy. She does amazing work! She’s so sweet and listens to what you want done and makes sure you like it. She’s amazing. First time I ever showed someone a picture of nails and she got em right! Please ask for Cindy. You won’t be disappointed!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently visited Lavender Nail Bar in St. Augustine, and I couldnt be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The salon is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing atmosphere.The staff is incredibly professional and attentive. My nail technician, Jenny was amazing! She took her time to ensure that my nails were perfect and paid attention to every little detail.Overall, I had an exceptional experience at Lavender Nail Bar. My nails look fantastic, and Ive received so many compliments on them already. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high-quality nail services in a relaxing and friendly environment. Ill definitely be returning!

    I have visited twice. The first time, I wish the tech would have told me that the chunky glitter dip nails would feel like sandpaper, or advise me to pick something else. The second time, I got Mike and he was amazing. Ive been trying all nail salons in town and I have not been gushing with excitement from any salon I went to. I decided to try Lavender again due to it being close to the house and to the other techs defense, I did pick the chunky glitter dip, so it wasnt his fault. I was lucky to get Mike, he took care of me and my nails better than any place I have been to. He even did my cuticles which I learned isnt common practice anymore - they just grind them off with an e-file. He soaked my hands and clipped my cuticles! I was in in shock, as the past 5 places had not done that. He did an amazing job and kept me smiling and laughing. My nails arent thick from the dip (which has been the case a few times) and look very natural, which is what I was going for. I hope next time I return I get Mike again!! He is GREAT!

    Best nail salon ever! I’ve been here twice and Jenny did an amazing job both times! Highly recommend for lash extensions as well I got them filled today and they lasted incredibly!!! This place is truly a gem.

    I booked a facial with Cindy, my very 1st facial ever!!! I was brought into a private room where a very relaxed atmosphere was giving good vibes! Cindy took excellent care of my skin and tailored the service to my needs. More than just a facial, I left with beautifully clean glass skin and feeling very relaxed after a beautiful face service & neck/arm massage. I will definitely go back for a facial for sure! Highly recommend!My 1st pedicure from Lavender lasted for more than a month so of course I came back for another one! This nail salon uses superior products that last, and that is so appreciated. My 2nd pedicure turned out so well, I decided to ask my nail tech, Kathy, if she had time to take care of my rough looking hands. After spending 2 1/2 hours performing a minor miracle, my pretty pink freshly manicured hands & feet were looking great! Thanks so much! Will definitely be going back!

    Such a great place. Love the owner she’s the sweetest. I get everything done here. Came in originally for lashes and she did not disappoint. Decided to get my nails done as I was out the door from lashes and honestly the prettiest nails I’ve ever had anyone do. Its also very clean and pretty decorated. After all the years of salons it’s the best I’ve been to.

    I had a wonderful experience at lavender nail bar. It was a first time for me! i ended up being the last person which at first i was scared it was gonna be rush, but they took their time to make sure everything looked so beautiful!!!! 🙂i’ve only heard great things about this place and had to check it out myself. i didnt catch the names of the gentlemen and women who did my nails today, but the conversation was so deep definitely could tell they cared and loved what they do. Out of the 6+ years i’ve been getting my nails done in St. Augustine this was definitely the best with communication, trends, and just overall a really good relaxing environment to be in!! thank you again!! also the pricing for nail art here is affordable and just amazing!!! special shoutout to the guy tho because he was just amazing!!!!

    What a delightful experience. I made an appt for mani pedi’s for two for my mom’s birthday. They were prompt, and professional and wry kind to mom on her special day. Jenny and John did a great job on the mani-pedi’s, they were both very pleasant. The salon is beautiful and clean, a most welcomed addition to nail salon services in St Augustine, I highly recommend you check them out.

    My first time here, they added me last minute too when alot of places are full. Super clean and very professional. Super flexible and patient because I kept changing my mind at times. Loved my entire experience and an amazing job on my pedi and meni. Will be back.

    Been there twice and everyone has always been so friendly. John did my nails both times and did such a great job. My only gripe is a few days before that I stopped in to find out pricing. I was told 40.00 for my fill with gel and 50.00 for a full set with gel. Which is comparable with other places. Both visits I paid more than when I was told. First fill was 45.00 and second was 50.00. While my daughter got a full set and was charged 60.00 versus the 50.00 we were told. So pricing seems to be off a bit. 45/50 for a fill is a bit much. 60.00 for a full set is too much as well. Should be more like 40.00 for a fill and 50.00 for a full set, just like I was quoted before I made my first appt. Beautiful newer interior. John does great nails but I wasn’t that impressed with my daughters for 60.00. If you go, ask for John.

    I have been going to Lavender nails for about 6 months now, Jon and Jenni really care about there clients and let me know from day one if there was any problems with any services provided to inform them and it would be corrected. They have exceptional customer service and Jenni is SO easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone! Great place and atmosphere. Not to mention my nails last 3 weeks!

    Nice, newer looking place. Comfortable massage chairs. Able to take a last minute appointment for both my daughter and I to have pedicures. Liked the nail color choices. Overall they did a good job. Nail tech did cause a small cut on my big toe due to a hangnail. I wish I could have enjoyed the spa pedicure a little bit more but felt rushed as we were the last two appointments of the night.

    I absolutely love this place Jenny has to be the best business owner nail artist who is amazing with people. How could anyone not love this place? My eye lashes (individuals) look fabulous and it doesn’t take hours (and they last longer than 3 weeks up to 4 weeks). I have been coming here now for 6 months. We just moved into Entrada not too long ago. I have never been disappointed leaving here and they truly go above and beyond. I feel like if you have anything bad to say about this place, maybe you need to ask yourself what wrong with you.

    I went to have an SNS fill today. I did make an appointment prior to and when I got there I was welcomed with a friendly hello and a thank you for coming in. My appointment was with Jenny. And as most of the people that live in or have just moved to STA know the most difficult thing to find is 1 a good hairdresser and 2 an amazing nail tech! I found my hair girl and now I HAVE FOUND my nail tech with Jenny! I am one of the pickiest people when it comes to my nails and I AM TELLING YOU...Jenny is fabulous! She is sweet, personable and great at doing nails! I will be back and I encourage everyone that are considering going to her salon... GO! Shes worth it!

I can never find a good spot that truly do all the things they say they do but lavender nail bar exceeded those expectations.     Run, dont walk to this establishment. I am really picky about my nails. Since moving here, I have been through 5 nail techs and developed a fungus on one hand. Ginny fixed all my issues, no fungus, no lifting, nails are immaculate. Place is crazy clean, which is important. I highly recommend you try them out.

    Can’t say enough great things about Quan. His attention to detail and Customer satisfaction was phenomenal. Probably the best pedicure I’ve experienced to date. Unfortunately, one employee there threw a temper tantrum, throwing a bottle of nail polish and berating a fellow female employee in front of everyone which soured the whole experience. 5 stars for Quan, 2 stars for the experience.

    *I’m using my fiancé’s account to post this review because it hasn’t sat right with me all week and I don’t have an account of my own that’s not a business account*I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past year or so now since they’ve opened. I love the atmosphere and the employees! Unfortunately the past few times I’ve gone I have noticed the manager not being in that day and Quan being in charge. It’s been a pattern where there will be four nail techs sitting at their booth waiting for a customer and instead of allowing one of the available techs to take in a walk in Quan will have the customer wait until he’s available. Last Monday when I showed up with my friend there were 3 employees available. Quan had my friend go to one of the open booths then went in the back and had an employee that was on break stop and come in to do my nails instead of having one of the other employees not on break and available to do mine. Then during my time there I watched a young lady come in and there were still two employees sitting waiting for a walk in. Quan had the lady sit at the booth adjacent to him while he was in the middle of another woman’s nails and would go back and forth between each. Then about 15 minutes or so another woman came in and once again Quan told the lady to sit and wait for about 30 minutes until he was available when there were still two nail techs available. I don’t see why this man had two different clients at one time and having another client sit and wait when there were nail techs readily available to assist them. The nails techs were vocal about being available each time and Quan dismissed them every single time. I find that extremely rude and greedy of him to do to the other employees. I just want to bring it to the managers attention
