Crystal saved my nails in 10 minutes this morning for my wedding! I got my nails originally done in SNS two days ago at another salon and all of my nails cracked horizontally. Crystal came into work today with 10 minutes before her scheduled appointment and was willing to fix all of mine. I am forever grateful.

Crystal was amazing! She truly went above and beyond to make our experience great. I was getting ready to go to a wedding and she allowed me to put my makeup on while my husband was getting a pedicure. She really aims to get to know her customers. Crystal is very intentional in the way she explains what she is doing to your nails before she does it. It was nice to understand the process. I live about an hour an a half away but would definitely make the drive to come see Crystal. She is phenomenal!

I recently moved to St. Augustine from Dallas and desperately needed to find a nail professional. Between leaving Dallas and arriving in St. Augustine I had been traveling quite a bit so I was having my nails done wherever I was. I had been using dip powder for a long time and, for reasons unknown, I chose gel when I had my nails done in St. Louis two weeks ago. I was referred to Crystal by her cousin and I am so thankful I found her! I showed up with three broken nails and, also had to explain to her that I’ve been having a severe allergy to acetone for the past several months and was considering going back to acrylic nails. But, I was able to continue using the dip powder. Crystal used a product that contained no acetone and it completely removed the gel. I’ve seen photos of Crystal’s artistic work and I can’t wait to experiment with that! Oh, and she had a 7:00 am appointment on a Saturday which worked perfectly for my busy day - I’ve never, ever had a 7:00 am appointment before! I left there with beautiful nails and a new friend!
