Went to Rose Nails today for the first time. They took me right away even though I didn’t have an appointment. My gel manicure was exactly what I asked for done by Tracy! Anthony did my pedicure and it was AMAZING! honestly the best foot/leg massage I’ve ever had and the exfoliation was great as well. I will definitely be going back and making this my regular salon!

My nail technician, Anthony was both skilled and attentive. Hands down with a doubt the best pedicure in St. augustine. Request Anthony upon making the appointment! His foot and leg massages are heavenly! I felt like I was on vacation! Listen. I stopped in here on a whim and when I tell you I will be back, I will be back. Anthony did my pedicure and was amazing. The massage is always the best part of a pedicure. I have been going to the same pedicure salon for years 15+ with the same girl and I came to Rose today because she is out of town for month. I will not bring going back there and will be switching to Rose Nails! The environment is not loud and not super relaxing, but the massage and pedicure makes up for it! There is some spot on the back of my leg he hit which was great! Highly recommend Rose Nails and Anthony.

Love going to Rose Nails. They are funny and professional at the same time. Tracy is AMAZING when it comes to designs. There are times I tell her to do her own design and I am always pleased. Ive been coming to Roses for pedicures for a year now. Anthony is amazing and takes his time each visit; his foot massage is to die for (I prefer it to my massage therapist.). His wife Tracy has done my manicures and is equally as amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing and fun. The employees have a good relationship with each other and it shows. Recently I was out of town and got a pedicure some other place; it was fine, but I was glad to get back to a place where I felt like I belonged.

ROSES NAILS are in a great location, conveniently located in mid-St. Augustine, FL, near many restaurants, between department stores, and a couple of miles South of Downtown St. Augustine. Friendly staff, although one is a little unprofessional, as he argued with another staff member in the presence of customers. Every time nails are done, my daughter and I both are pleased with results, with one exception. In fact, Roses is the only place, so far in St Augustine, that we have found someone to do nail art. The only negative I have to say is that the last time I got my nails done, I had a French manicure and right away, I noticed an orange-like tint to the, what SHOULD BE clear or light-pink areas of my nail. My daughters friend had same issue. For the record, I have not mentioned this to the staff, for them to correct. I will update if I do. Otherwise, nails are beautifully shaped and painted, and cuticles trimmed. Staff is friendly and attentive, greeting us almost immediately each time, and the wait is usually < 20 minutes, even without an appointment. Their prices are competitive too. Restrooms are clean and stocked. The supplies need to be updated, including brushes and paint, at least with the two gentlemen in the back left. All-in-all, I recommend Roses Nails!

I just had a pedicure with Anthony AKA “White Boy”, and dip powder on my nails by Phillip. I will NEVER go to another nail salon again!!!!! I’ve traveled all over the US & Internationally for work and leisure (even spa resorts) and I have NEVER had as amazing of a pedicure. White boy massaged every inch of my feet and legs, leaving nothing to spare! I hadn’t planned on having my nails done, but Anthony squeezed me in and did such a phenomenal job! Too many old bougie people in this town. I am new to the area and have tried many places. I wouldnt consider this a spa and neither should you. If you want a spa-like experience you book a $600 day escape to one-so customers need to keep their perspectives in check. I went in with zero expectations and came out with a great pedicure, manicure and wax. I could care less about the atmosphere or if it is loud or not. Again, I did not come to the library or spa. Pop your headphones in and keep it moving. I think some customers want Caviar on a budget and set themselves up for failure. For those that have moved on, they will complain about something or more than one thing as the prices escalate.It seems to be a theme here with the locals. Way too many old ladies running around expecting 1950s customer service and wanting to pay little. Cannot have it like that these days. Just go into places with reasonable expectations and focus on what you went there for.........an AFFORDABLE pedicure, manicure of full set. I dont understand the spa mentality at that price range. Go try a real spa and pay $600 for the day plus tip if you want to relax and have people walk around like its a library. If you feel offended on an honest, transparent and real review then you are the problem. Look in yourself to fix it and leave others alone.

This place was great ! It was the day before my wedding, and I still hadnt gotten my nails done. Not being from the area, I starting calling a few places, one by one they were only taking appointments. When I called Rose nails, they happily told me they would take me in. Not only did I love the selection of colors (they offer matching OPI nail and gels colors for your pedicure and manicure which seems rare), they did a phenomenal job with my wedding nails! My acrylic set with gel color lasted 2 full weeks without a chip - a first for me. I only got them re-done because of nail growth underneath by a salon near my house - which chipped 3 days later. I wish Rose Nails wasnt 2 hours away!

On a friends recommendation, I have been going here to get my feet and nails done for a few years here and there, but I have gone consistently for the past 8 months or so. The salon is clean, organized and well staffed. They have a large variety of nail colors to choose from. Everyone who has done my nails there takes their time and does a beautiful job. It tells me alot that they know many of their customers by first name! I dont live locally, but its worth the 25 minute drive. Not only is the serice professional, but their pricing is fair as well.

I live in NJ but visit St.Augustine multiple times a year. Love this place. Phillip, Na, Tracy, Tommy, Opal, and all the others are always friendly and on point with their work. Have had manis (acrylic fill), pedis and waxing done. Never had a problem, including gel polish. Prices are very reasonable, service is excellent. My Mother has been going to them for years and loves them too. If you had a negative experience there, you must be a negative person. They want to fix something if youre not happy.

Ive been going to Rose Nails for about five years now and I highly disagree with the guy underneath me!! If youre somebody who frequents the nail salon you should know that there is no way you will need a fill-in after one week!! That chick had issues with her nails from the start. Its obvious the manager was telling the truth! The girl only paid $10 to get her nails taken off, its only $10! suck it up and take your business somewhere else rather than trashing somebodys name and livelihood! I support Rose Nails and everybody that works there!

I love this place. Not sure why all the negative reviews. My nail tech is awesome i always sit at table 3 he takes his time and does it right. Love coming in because i know that I am going to get a good laugh. Look forward to my two week fill and pedicure. :):):)

I have been coming to Rose nails for I dont know 6 years now and every time Ive gone in there youre like a family when you walk in the owner Philip and his wife are wonderful Tracy and her husband and Ethan who I adore cuz he does my nails every time in my pedicure but anyways yesterday which was the second of February 2022 I was in getting my nails done as always and theres a lady that came in and wanting them to fix a mistake from a another salon and she walked out when she they told her told her the price they were going to do it now I didnt think that I didnt know if that lady thought she was going to get work done for free but that isnt the way the world works lady and they and she gave my favorite nail salon and only nail salon are one star for that lady get real thank you
