Prostate Therapy- The shockwave therapy for prostate really helped! Its a drug free non invasive treatment that took away the urge to pee all the time! No more drugs that have other detrimental effects! After treatment I went from waking up 4 -5 times night to only one! Sleeping much better now!

Absolutely wonderful experience! The front desk girl was very sweet and attentive. The doctor was very knowledgeable and happily discussed all my questions in terms I could understand. I’ve had a back condition for 9 years and I have NEVER had someone explain to me in detail what actually happened and ways we can make it better, I also received Dysport while at the clinic and am incredibly please with the results. Furthermore I have zero bruising or pain. I’m looking forward to my upcoming appointments!

The reviews are accurate. I am always skeptical about trying new places for Botox procedure but I took a shot based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Dr. Arkam is super friendly and prompt. I was in and out of my appointment in no time and he gave me advice on some facial care and answered all of my questions. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helped me schedule my next appointment. Will definitely be my go to from now on!

Dr. Rehman is so professional and doesnt dilute his botox. I come from a large group of female professionals who all use botox. I have sent over 50 people to Youthful Medical Spa (horrible) in Ponte Vedra, and God knows how many people those women have referred. They started diluting their botox so their sales were useless. I couldnt believe it! At 37 & 38 years old, they were trying to convince me that 100+ units wasnt completely freezing my forehead. So I found Dr. Rehman and he was so amazing! He fixes the syringe in front of you and he gave me the amount of botox that I KNOW freezes my forehead and removes the wrinkles and it worked again!!! Half the amount that Youthful medical spa used. I am now sending ALL of my referrals to him because they all had the same issues. Im so tired of having to find a new doctor every time they start diluting their botox and I am confident that Dr. Rehman and Sunshine Spine and Wellness wouldnt do that!

Dr.Rehman is a great doctor! He actually cares, and is very attentive! Ive been going to see him for approximately 18 years, and trust him on any health related issues. Approximately 15 years ago I left my regular drs office who cleared me and said I was fine to go to Dr Rehman over a back issue. Dr. Rehman immediately realized I was very sick and forced me to go to the emergency room next door to his practice. It turns out I was septic and would have died if not for his attentive personality and attention to detail.

Dr rehman and staff were absolutely amazing ! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and they have a beautiful office. I did not feel pressured to do anything I didnt want to, and the doctor really listened to what I was wanting and gave me the options available. I saw Dr. Rehman a little over a week ago for Dysport. I’d had Botox previously, but heard great things about Dysport, so thought I’d give it a shot. I searched on Groupon and found one for Dysport with Dr. Rehman. Upon reading the reviews, I made my decision to purchase the Groupon and give it a shot. The reviews lived up to all of my expectations. The office was warm, friendly, inviting, and clean. The staff were so kind and helpful, and Dr. Rehman was absolutely the nicest doctor I’ve ever met. Not only did he use his professional opinion and advise me on what to do/what not to do, he also gave me some literature to read up on on treatment for my autoimmune disease. Unlike any other practice I’ve been to, he did not pressure me to getting more work done, nor did he make me feel uncomfortable or unsure at any point. I 11/10 recommend Dr. Rehman and have been telling all of my friends and clients about this wonderful offer and practice! Thank you for helping me regain my confidence and self esteem!

I absolutely love this place. This was my first time ever getting Botox and my experience was phenomenal. I love that the doctor showed me the bottle of Botox brand new unopened so I know it wasn’t watered down. The doctor was honest and told me I only needed 35 units when I was planning on getting 50. With the extra money, I got a lip procedure that looks so natural and had immediate effect. I will not see anyone else. I highly recommend them. On the morning of my first appointment, I had been running late due to getting stuck behind a train, so I was nervous about my appointment getting cancelled. Upon arrival, I was kindly greeted by front office staff despite my tardiness. They were understanding and accommodating, which is not always the case with other establishments. Once I was called back for my appointment, I met the clinic’s esthetician, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She conducted a thorough 3D face analysis assessment, which consisted of her photographing several angles of my face through the use of their high tech camera. The esthetician went over my results, such as my facial skin’s moisture levels, wrinkle levels, and even gave me an estimated age based off my levels. The images even consisted of highly magnified shots of my pores, which allowed me to truly see the high level of clogged pores and black heads I had currently possessed. Not only did we go over my results, but she provided me the information to help aid me in remediating my trouble zones.After my time with her, I was then introduced to the nurse practitioner who worked closely with the doctor and owner of the clinic. They were both very warm, friendly and informative. They listened to my concerns and provided their expertise on the best recommendations that will allow me to accomplish my skin goals.Two weeks later, was my follow up. We took some after photos, and immediately the improvement was drastically evident. Only a few touch ups were needed. The session was quick, easy and painless.I am very pleased with this clinic, they are professional, friendly, informative and most importantly, they don’t treat you like you’re just another number/sale.I am happy to have found my forever home for my future injectables and any other skin procedure.Thank you !!

Last week I saw Dr.Rehman for Dysport. I have done Botox for many years and relocated to Florida and have been looking for a new injector here. I have grown a little disenchanted with Botox for two reasons; my body is metabolizing it absurdly fast and I think I’ve been watching too much recent Nicole Kidman (The Undoing, Nine Perfect Strangers, Expats) and the degree to which her face has been rendered incapable of expression by neurotoxins is just awful and I am terrified of looking anything like that. I decided to give Dysport a try and take a chance on a Groupon for a doctor close enough to home with good reviews. This is how I found the absolute best hair stylist and lash aesthetician I have ever had in my life. Dr.Rehman was the first male injector I have ever worked with, which kind of threw me for a curve when we first sat down together. I usually look at the face of the injector I am working with and then immediately pass judgement on whether their ideas of beauty and mine are going to align. This is not something you can really do with a man. Before I posted my review I wanted to wait a few days and let the Dysport kick in. Now that it has, I am over the moon! I purchased a lot more Dysport than needed and Dr.Rehman pointed that out right away. I have never once in my life been to an injector that didn’t try to encourage me to use more! He patiently listened to my entire Nicole Kidman rant and then told me with such absolute confidence that he could execute exactly what I wanted that I felt suspicious. Let me just tell you, Dr. Rehman is a fine artist with the needle. Last night my partner was like “something looks different about you” and when I asked what, he just said I looked happier. This morning I went to see my Grandmother and she told me I looked well rested. My eyes still soften when I laugh and I can still evenly furrow my brows enough to express disgust without my face looking distorted. The two horizontal Grand Canyons running across my forehead are ALREADY almost gone. With a little Cicaplast Baume and some foundation they are invisible and I suspect by the two week mark, I will be able to stop wearing foundation again. I am so happy and I look it! I have never in 9 years of Botox/Jeuveau had better results. I have had an injector or two that I liked very much personally and that I trusted and whatever odd side effect I experienced I just accepted - you can’t have everything, you freeze some muscles and this is how others act as a result. But I was wrong Dr. Rehman knows his stuff and I have exactly what I want. Don’t know if in the long run the Dysport will be better than Botox but no matter which I decide to use he will be doing it.

Would highly, highly recommend! I came here for Botox for my Masseter muscle to ease pain and the experience was very pleasant. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the doctor took his time to explain what he was doing. He advised me to not get too many units which was pleasant to hear. They definitely do take pride in their work and are conservative with what is necessary. The pricing was also extremely affordable!

Received my first ever Botox treatment from Dr. Rehman. I was a little hesitant because it was at a spine and pain center because I always thought they just treated car accident patients and slipped discs patients; but as soon as I walked in to their office they made me feel so flipping at ease!! All my anxiety went out the window!! The office was newly built and it was beautiful!! Dr. Rehman was absolutely amazing. I told him my areas I had concerns about , he took some before pictures of my face; he knew how much Botox I had purchased through Groupon and he assessed my face and said “we will put 2 here,2 here and so on and so forth” targeting all my problem areas!! I’m one week out and I’m absolutely amazed at my results!!!!

His office offers both traditional and innovative cosmetic procedures that I wasnt aware of. For example, NeoGen plasma targets multiple concerns, including wrinkles, lines, the eye area, and skin tightening. You can choose to treat the whole face and neck or only a specific area. I received NeoGen plasma lips enhancement as part of a promotion. It serves as an alternative to Botox, being fast and less painful. A significant plus is that it doesnt cause bruising. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Arkam Rehman and his team for creating a very warm and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely return to your clinic.

I have severe TMJ with inflammation and jaw locking. I regularly get Botox in my jaws to combat this, however my jaw is crooked and my face is asymmetrical so this can be a difficult case for an injector. I have been to MANY injectors in Jacksonville and no one has understood the anatomy of the jaw like Dr. Rehman. He injected in points that no one has before and has helped my jaw open symmetrically. I have relief for the first time in a long time. He was very conservative with his approach and very methodical and explained everything. I will always go to Dr.Rehman. Thank you for making pain relief affordable and accessible!
