    Great experience overall with each team member. Excellent first appt with Dr. Fee. Very pleased with the patience and listening to my questions. He walked me through the entire surgical procedure experience I should expect. People skills are phenomenal. Im going to schedule surgery here, as opposed to the 1st practice I went to for same procedure. Of course, I wanted 2 quotes as well. The quote for total cost is significantly less than the other practice, and comfortably in my budget. I was referred to Dr. Fee by someone Ive known for long time. He operated on her and she was very pleased. Im looking forward to the outcome!

    Dr Fee and his staff are hands down the best I have worked with. Every person that you encounter on your journey is so compassionate and supportive. Dr. Fee listened to my body concerns and never once tried to unnecessary services or extra procedures. He gave me procedure options that suited my comfort level with the results I wanted. From the consultation to surgery day and at all my post opt visits I was treated like family by him and his staff. It also gives you piece of mind when a practice has their private OR in office and the majority of the staff has been there for 5+ years some 10+. I will absolutely be coming back for my none invasive services in future as well.

    Have seen Dr Fee once for a consultation then I had some questions come up that I didn’t think of while in the office. The office staff put me on his schedule for him to call me, which he did. He answered my questions patiently without any condescension and explained everything to my satisfaction.Surgery done today. The staff was so nice, especially my nurse, Sarah! She was so nice and patient. Got my iv on the first try and it was barely a small stick. She was so patient with me in recovery as well.

    I recently had an extended tummy tuck. After having 3 csections back to back my stomach looked almost impossible to look normal. Dr Fee did what I call miracle work. My abdomen looks amazing. The staff has been patient, reliable and efficient. Everyone is so nice. They have been supportive. Having surgery is stressful for anyone and they have made the process or my journey wonderful. Dr Fee did and performed what I thought was impossible. I look and feel so amazing. Forever grateful

    I’ve had 3 surgeries with Dr. Fee and every single one of them went so well. I had a thigh lift today, 7/23/24, and I literally laid down in the operation room and bam, woke up in recovery with very little pain and the nurses are AMAZING. So nice and caring. Dr. Fee is amazing and I highly recommend him.

    Coastal Cosmetic Center is the only place I will go for cosmetic surgery or treatments. Dr. Fee is an excellent surgeon, with a great bedside manner and Kate Renner is an amazing DNP, who really puts you at ease and truly cares about you. Halley is a wonderful Aesthetician who really knows her way around all the different cosmetic treatments and products, and goes above and beyond to assist you in any way she can. And the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. I have never been to any medical office where the entire staff is friendly and truly care about you and your outcome. You will never feel uncomfortable or dismissed with any of the staff.

    I had my saline implants replaced after almost 20 years. The new gel boost is the option I chose and was happy with the results. However, my body decided it didn’t want to accept the left one after 4 weeks and I started to have some issues. I contacted the office and sent in some photos that Friday. Dr. Fee responded and had me in the office first thing Tuesday morning. Once I arrived my incision has started to drain. I was quickly taken back to correct the problem. Dr. Fee removed the implant and replaced it with a new one. He called to follow up with me the following morning and had me in the office that afternoon to make sure things were going as they should be. He has been very prompt at addressing concerns and has definitely relieved my pain and issues that were happening with the initial implant. So far I’m extremely happy with the care and professionalism of Dr. Fee and his staff.

    I had a suspicious mole on my face and needed to have it removed. I called the best plastic surgeon for the job.     So far so good. Scheduled My Surgery for 6 Weeks Going for Preop in a few weeks. Dr Fee is very nice and the office is very professional. Will post updates after procedure. Dr Fee did my daughter’s Surgery about two years ago and he did an excellent job and took great care of her . I believe he is a very talented surgeon….UPDATE- ….Doctor Fee performed my Surgery yesterday , And I just got back from going into the office the very next day for a check up. Dr. Fee did an amazing job. I had explant surgery , Dr Fee and his staff really took the time with me. That is so important when you’re having any kind of medical procedure -to feel confident and comfortable… and I feel that way with Dr. Fee and his staff.If you are looking for a very skilled and honest plastic surgery office, this is the place you want to go.     Dr. Fee is amazing. I knew he was the right surgeon for me right when I had my consultation. He’s very nice and professional. My favorite part is that he is SO good at what he does! My results are excellent. I couldn’t be happier. His entire business is a well-oiled machine. It’s very impressive. His staff is so kind and they are all there for you every step of the way- from the consultation, to the pre-op, to surgery day, and for every single post op appointment. If you have the option to get the exparel- DO IT! I did it and it’s definitely worth it. The prices are very good and honestly you just can’t beat how caring they are on top of very good results!!! 10/10 recommend. Note- bring a sweater because it is cold in there lol

    Not sure where to start with Coastal Cosmetics! From the moment my mother had surgery there and I was on the family member side of it everyone was amazing. From the front office staff, the office manager, the pre-op nurses and of course Dr. Fee. While my mom had surgery I was very informed and kept up to date during her surgery. A few months later and I was the one getting surgery and my experience was just as awesome! Everyone made me feel so comfortable through everything. I could not say any bad things about this office. I will continue to use them for any plastic surgery and would recommend them to anyone.

    This is my second hydrofacial with Halley and she is absolutely wonderful! She has a gentle touch and is very knowledgeable! I tend to be allergic to a lot of things so I love having this natural way of treating my skin without invasive procedures or chemicals being put in my body.     Dr. Fee did my breast 2 years ago. I wanted 550cc but wanted a natural look. He assured me he would go as big as he could without making my breast look fake. Will go back again in a week. Saw Kate, the Nurse Practitioner. She was great. Everyone there is and they do not let anything fall through the cracks.     I went in for a consult and enjoyed my experience. This was not the first or last place I went for a consult. Because I relied on reviews like mine, I decided to go ahead and leave one for Dr. Fee’s practice. It really was an informational consult - which is extremely important. Ask questions, doc doesnt mind at all. The staff can likely relate to whatever procedure you want, and that is very helpful too. Over all they are top notch with being personable, timely, and knowledgeable. They were my pick! I have been turned away by multiple surgeons as too complex and he felt comfortable working with me as long as all homework on overall health is completed first. Very knowledgeable and honest.     From the first visit to my most current, Dr. Fee and the staff have always treated me with respect, including providing all options available for me to consider. To be cautious, we had a test day to see how I would heal up. I had life events get in the way of my next appointment, but that was no issue with them. Came in today for my procedure and I wasn’t able to get the complete CO2 procedure, but we emprovised and experienced a spot chemical peel. I was given special face cleanser and cream and I will return for further treatment in the next month. All my interactions have been A- plus and I highly recommend for anything to do with your face!! My face is in good hands.

    Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Fee makes the entire situation easy and comfortable. Went in for a consult for a breast lift and after being to two other places, wasn’t getting my hopes up on being something I would actually go though with. That was until I walked through Dr. Fee’s door. Aside from the sweetest most inviting ladies at the front desk, MA’s and nurses, Dr. Fee was so personable down to earth, and comforting. I didn’t feel rushed or like another patient. All my questions and concerns were addressed in detail. From the consult, we met with the surgery coordinator who provided us with a date within just 2 months and a very reasonable price! When going in for pre op and meeting to sign consents; everything was throughly explained in detail and even more questions answered. The day of procedure, I felt so comfortable with all of the nurses and Dr. fee even answered more questions without hesitation or making me feel as if I was aggravating or taking up his time. Absolutely phenomenal offices, staff, physician. Would and will recommend them to everyone I know or whom asks for opinion!

    I recently took advantage of Coastal Cosmetic Center’s Cool Sculpting. I had the flank area treated twice. With only two treatments, the results were unbelievable. No more mushroom top over my jeans. My clothes look smoother along my body and I’m actually looking forward to getting back into a bathing suit this summer.     Only gave 4 stars because it wouldnt let me do a half. This place is phenomenal with the exception of reaching a nurse or getting a call back. Other than that, the anesthesiologist called the night before as promised and was very comforting. The day of the surgery everything went great. Dr. Fee is so quick and professional. My surgery went great and my results even better. Even with the swelling and scars immediately after surgery I was more than satisfied. Follow up appts are easy to schedule and they get you in and out with all questions answered. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking to have work done.     Where to start?! Coastal Cosmetic Center in Jacksonville, FL, is truly the best plastic clinic overall. From scheduling your first appt to the post-op appts. Amazing!     I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Timothy Fee and the entire Coastal Cosmetic Center team. After undergoing a mass removal in my breast 14 years ago, I interviewed (5) plastic surgeons in the north Florida region in search of the surgeon whod perform my breast augmentation surgery. (Dr. Fee being the 5th physician I had interviewed). I knew within the first few minutes of speaking with Dr. Fee that he was the surgeon for me. He asked me several questions about what I wanted to look like, took ample time to answer my questions and concerns, had a number of excellent references, etc.. Shortly after entering the room, Dr. Fee informed me that hed take as much time as necessary to answer any questions or concerns that I had - and he did just that. He spent at least half an hour answering questions as I was extremely nervous due to everything that I had already gone through. I am extremely happy with my breast augmentation results, along with the many additional services Ive received from this office over the years. Dr. Fee is a perfectionist with regard to his work, and holds his staff to this same accountability - whether performing skin care regimens, injecting miscellaneous fillers, etc.. I wont go anywhere else....nor will my family. After all, why should we? Theres no need when you already have the best! I highly recommend this practice!

    I would definitely recommend Dr Timothy Fee to do a tummy tuck! He is the best & He did an excellent job on my tummy tuck. I was in no pain at all just felt sore which is expected. My surgery was done on 10/12/17 and lasted for two hours and an hour in recovery room. I don’t remember anything except when I woke up in the recovery room and the nurse was feeding me some peanut butter crackers and I was drinking ginger ale. All the staff in south point location are so polite and very welcoming. They made me feel so comfortable in there. I’m on my 3rd day now and I’m walking around. But I was able to walk to the restroom right after my surgery too. The next day after my surgery I came back so they could replace my gauze & pads plus showed me how to drain my drainage. The nurse said my stomach is looking good already! I feel good already but I know I have to take it easy but so far I’m feeling no pain. I know I’m going to heal fast felt like I’m back on my c-section recovery because all I felt was soreness and numbness to my stomach. I was told they removed a lot of skin and sucked up a lot of fat too. So I’m going to swell for a while but so far I’m not swelling that bad at all. Just bruised up and sore that’s it. I love doctor Fee and if I ever want to have another type of procedures I will come to him for sure! He’s the BEST!!! can’t wait to heal completely so I can see how my stomach will really look. So happy with my results so far!

    In my family it is not uncommon for a small scratch that scabs on the scalp to evolve into cysts. Over my lifetime Ive probably had at least 10 removed from my scalp (once they became close to the size of a pencil eraser). I went to my dermatologist & because of the location of 1 of the 3 cysts (near my hairline close to my forehead) she recommended I find a plastic surgeon to avoid a bald spot. I researched excellent plastic surgeons & kept coming across Dr. Fees name so I completed a phone consultation (before all COVID restrictions were completely lifted) very simple & good 1st impression. I must admit to get the appointment for the procedure did take some time. However, his work is amazing. I had mentioned to him my biggest concern were the results being bald spots & he assured me you dont need to worry about that at all with my work. He lived up to his word. I have never had a dermatologist or plastic surgeon do such an excellent job. When I look at the sites where the cysts were located, a few weeks after the scab healed, you literally cant tell anything was there before. Highly recommend Dr. Fee!! His office staff are super friendly as well, especially one of his nurses in particular Crystall Moyer.
