I had to have surgery due to a deflated implant. Dr. Csiaki was so awesome, along with his staff Dr. Boggs and RN that helped me. He must have done an amazing job because I am one day after surgery and I haven’t had to take ibuprofen or any pain meds. Incredible!

I was very nervous to visit for the first time, but Dr. Csikai was very professional and friendly. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable. Looking forward to my upcoming procedure. And later, the doctor himself called me at home to make sure I was resting comfortably. A great team of professionals that I would highly recommend!

Dr CK, the OR nurses and anesthesia were amazing. Surgery of any kind can be an stress-inducing experience, and Dr. CK and his team have been available to answer questions no matter how annoying they may be along the way.Only constructive feedback I have at this stage from a post-op perspective is the post-op appt felt very rushed compared to others I’ve had in the past—would have liked better post-op education from the assistant at the first post-op appointment. I didn’t really get much education in the way of post-op exercises and/or how to conduct lymphatic drainage massage (I was told just to rub in circles but think this has more to do with breaking down fibrosis than assisting lymph drainage). So you really have to do a lot of your own independent research on how it’s done etc.

During my appointment she followed up by making sure we were on the same page in regards to what I wanted. Which I appreciate because you may forge all details after speaking with so many clients. She stayed focus during my injection procedure, kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. I had a MMO in November of 2022 after massive weight loss and maintenance (185 lbs!!!). I absolutely love my results - Dr. Csikai delivered, no doubt! My tummy tuck scar is super low so I can wear any swim bottoms I want without the scar being noticeable; my breast lift and augmentation is so good…they look natural with oomph..which is exactly what I asked for. Today is day post op day 1(12 hours later)of my full abdominalplasty. I’m a hairstylist that is booked several months out so I waited a long time to finally do this. Dr.csikai and nurses Lynn and Montana were amazing. I woke up very nicely and chill from anesthesia. I tend to be pretty sensitive so wasn’t able to get up the first time but was the second and everyone was such a big help! The pain is about 6/7 but definitely manageable with pain meds FOR NOW. I will update again in a few days. As of now I feel good, and can’t wait to see what my body looks like!

I’ve wanted to treat myself with a Tummy Tuck/Abdominoplasty for a long time. I did my research for months. I struggled with having a major surgery at 55 and going under general anesthesia frightened me. I prayed and prayed about it. 😊. Ok first I just want to say that I am so proud of myself for taking this step in my life..I had a tummy tuck and lipo this past Thursday..10/27 I’m still in a little pain . I absolutely LOVE everyone in this office. Dr. Csikai Performed a tummy tuck on me almost 4 years ago. Which I was EXTREMELY pleased with. I had a baby since then. So I went back yesterday to see about getting another tummy tuck breast lift and fill along with a thigh lift. Basically what is called a mommy make over. They make you feel so comfortable. As if you are part of the family. Everyone remembered exactly who I was. The doctor and staff are still very caring. They all treat you as if youre the only patient in the office. You will never feel rushed or pushed to the side. They are veryprofessional. Dr Csikai is amazing. He does amazing work. He helps you love the skin your in. I highly recommend him, and his staff. *Posting on my husbands account*I went to First Coast Plastic Surgery for a mommy makeover consult. I was incredibly nervous & dreaded the appointment. Something about standing naked and being open to criticism by a professional gave me nightmares. Yet Dr.C was very professional and my fears never became a reality.I do feel the consult was a bit rushed…It could’ve been the tanning lotion smell I applied the morning of by accident (smell- If so I’m sooo sorry!!) or that I added Botox to my appointment time. Which btw was painless and so far looking great :)One thing I really appreciated was that although he listened to me…He didn’t just agree with everything I wanted/said.…For example: I have been very set on a lift and implants. After seeing me he felt very strongly I did not need implants. He was respectful and understanding yet very stern. Which although has me questioning my mirror and eyesight (lol) I do trust his opinion.I truly feel he has my best interest at heart.I made the consult prior to my car accident. Sadly I can’t move forward at this moment with surgery. Which is a total bummer.Yet he made a lasting impression and I’ll definitely be on his calendar soon.

Just had a mini tummy tuck with lipo to my flanks from Dr. Csikai. The entire experience has been great! The entire staff, from the front desk, the nurses, anesthesiologist, Lori and Dr. Csikai make you feel so comfortable. Dr. Csikai gets straight to the point and makes sure he addresses all of your concern. Im one day post op but my pain is minimal. Dr. Csikai called me the evening after my surgery to check up on me which I really appreciated. I love, love , love this place! Dr. Csikai was very honest with me, rather than just telling me what I wanted to hear. At 35 years old, I had 3 children. Years ago when I initially decided that I wanted to have a mommy makeover performed, I started asking around for word-of-mouth referrals. Dr. Csikai was highly recommended. Then I checked out his website, First Coast Plastic Surgery, and the independent site, RealSelf.com. Dr. Csikai had good reviews on RealSelf. So I went in for a consultation originally back in June 2021.One week ago on 10.29.21, I had a tummy tuck with liposuction, breast lift with implants, and an arm lift performed by Dr. Csikai @ approximately 8am. As with most tummy tucks, 2 JP drains were left in place. Its typical to have blood in the drains later on the same evening/night that the surgery was performed. Im a RN and my sister who is caring for me is an ARNP {more commonly known as a NP (nurse practitioner)}. Given our medical expertise coupled with the shortness of breath I was experiencing & the rate @ which copious amounts of blood were filling 1 drain in particular, we decided to contact Dr. Csikais afterhours service. Dr. Csikai promptly called back. We informed him of the issue. We were expecting him to just provide us with orders. However, thats NOT what Dr. Csikai did. At about 11pm, Dr. Csikai came over to assess me in person!!! He ACTUALLY & LITERALLY made a house call!!! Who does that?? When has a doctor EVER come over to a patients home in the middle of the night?!?! Needless to say I was completely, pleasantly blown away!! While he was here, he added & adjusted my padding and binder as well as gave us amended instructions. His actions already far exceeded my expectations. But he didnt just stop there!! He scheduled a time for me to come see him in his office on the very next day....... which was a Saturday!!!!Im now 1 week post op and of course Im still swollen and bruised. Its way too soon to determine my final appearance. For now, I can say that the service Ive received from First Coast Plastic Surgery and Dr. Csikai in particular has been exceptional!! The only other person from the office that Ive mainly interacted with is Lori & shes been wonderful as well. So far, I would highly recommend Dr. Csikai and First Coast Plastic Surgery to anyone for their cosmetic needs!! I have had Dr Csikai do my breast augmentation and had excellent results! I am a mother of 3 children and went to him for the first time about 6 years ago. After I had my 3rd child, I decided to go bigger after I was done nursing my baby.I got saline both times and no rippling, or defects of any sort. I highly recommend him. The staff have been so comforting and accommodating of all my needs even long after I had my procedure. Especially Lori!! I love how they always remember me by name. The results of my surgery were good. I am still healing so I will come back and talk about the final results. However, during my follow up appointments, I felt rushed. I never had surgery before and was initially very nervous about the healing process and how my body was reacting to the surgery. I didnt feel any compassion. I felt like after he did his job, and i paid for it, that was it. Just my personal experience. I rate FCPS as very good because, like I said, so far so good and the environment is clean and friendly. Also, the pricing isnt that bad. They do a price match, so if you find another PS that will do your procedure for less, FCPS is likely to match it.

I must say, I was a major skeptic going into this. I waxed obsessively for five years at cheap places every two weeks which ended up giving me bad damage above the lip. Ironic that I wanted to remove the hair above my lip and it turned out to darken, looking like that 24/7. Then, I met Janice. Not only was she amazing, she was fair and gave me treatment options. She is the kind of person that doesnt recommend the most expensive treatment first and gives you options. I got a micro dermabrasion with a chemical peel only above my lip- The difference is enough to make me want to cry! Normally I dont write reviews but I honestly love Dr Csikai and Mrs. Lori. I hv been going to them since I was 18 for my first breast augmentation w saline size D. They insisted that I get the $100 10 year warranty which Im so glad I did bc there was a manufacturers malfunction in the valve which caused one implant to leak and go flat after about 6 years. When i called to let them know there were No questions asked and I was set up w an appt to get a revision which replaced both implants in a larger size to fill out any stretched skin... well after 2 children later, weight fluctuations, breast feeding etc it was time for a lift. This time I decided to switch to silicone and downsize from a GG/GGG which was fun in my 20s to a more conservative size D maybe DD (too early to tell) now that Im 30 and have a different lifestyle. I just had them redone 3 days ago and already feel great. Dr. C has also worked on friends and family of mine and always does an excellent job. Go for it!
