    Very friendly, down to earth staff. Clean well lit beautiful space. The aesthetician (Tyler) who did my service today remembered me from when she met me two weeks prior to my appointment. While there she remembered I also wanted to get a skin Analysis done for future facials. She was able to do that service for me while I was there getting the B12 shot. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. She also let me know of a current special going on for a facial I was interested in. I really enjoyed my experience and will be back.

    I moved to Jacksonville and turned 50 a few months apart. I was seeing sagging and wasnt happy with my appearance. Went to OVME for a consultation where I met Lina and she worked her magic.     I went to get a Delux Hydrafacial today and it was fantastic! Tyler did a great job, explained step by step and left my skin glowing! Definitely recommend! The place is beautiful, clean and the staff super friendly. I love that they don’t push treatments on you. They show you what they offer without pressure. Great place.

    I had the best experience at OVME and I cannot wait for my next visit. To start, the building is well maintained and the ladies are so friendly. I did my patient intake and was taken to my exam room with Lina. I have never had any injectables before so we did an hour long consultation before the service. For my lip filler, Lina examined my lips shape and acknowledged my goals to find a density and dosage that would give me my desired look. Once we found the best fit for me, I was taken to have imaging for my botox. The 9 images provided insights to how many wrinkles, sun spots, vascular areas, and more I have and even details what percentile I am in compared to other ladies my age. She analyzed my problem areas and developed her plan for me with both injections and a skin care regimen. She calculated the price for me and applied the discounts I had for the day and after my numbing cream was applied, she took me back to the exam room for my fillers (but made sure I ate and drank beforehand.) For the lip filler, she was very gentle and explained exactly what she was doing. It was a short process and she helped me relax. After that, we moved on to the botox which was painless and took just a few minutes. I was then given aftercare instructions, follow up appointment instructions, and we met at the front desk for my skincare products to be picked up. I cannot wait to come back for my hydrofacial and my last bit of injections!

    Wonderful experience at this OVME location. Space is sparkling clean and comfortable; front desk receptionists are inviting and the check-in and intake process is streamlined. Medical Aesthetician Katie and Aesthetic Practitioner Lina were both stellar, and took care in answering all of my questions regarding the screening and treatments. Subdermal skin imaging during the consult was a bonus for me, and their HydraFacial was a much-needed treat. Price points and promotions are both generous; my skin felt squeaky clean immediately following the first visit, and only improved in both texture and clarity over the following 48 hours. Looking forward to my new visit.

    Best medspa Ive ever been to! Ive been going here for over two years & every provider Ive seen has been fantastic. The nurse practitioners, Lina & Meg, are excellent injectors- Ive done botox, filler, and lasers with them! The aestheticians, Katie & Tyler, do my facials and have helped my acne so much.     The ladies at ovme are literal angels.I booked a hydra facial with Tyler. Best experience. She walked through every step throughout and the skin analysis was a nice eye opener for me to distinguish which products are best fit for my skin.I purchased the transform membership just so I can maintain these monthly and the perks are worth it.Even left with a purchased serum I’m excited to start using!Katy was sweet as can be to talk to as well and the beautiful blonde (I didn’t catch her name) was super sweet and accommodating as well!     The entire team at OVME is awesome! I have the monthly VIP membership and it is a great value for the services and discounts you receive. I go to Katie for a monthly facial/chemical peel/hydrafacial and she keeps my skin looking so great! I have never had an esthetician give such an amazing facial massage as part of a facial before.     I am very pleased with the lip and lower face injections performed by Meg at Ovme in the St Johns Town Center. She was very knowledgeable, gentle and fun to be around.     This is my second time at Ovme in Town Center and it has been an incredible experience. The staff is very friendly and professional. Jackie is amazing! She not only explained the process, but did a great job with my face. I love the treatments and look years younger. I highly recommend this place. Found out membership can be cancelled at any time, so there is no pressure; however, it is totally worth it.

    I am obsessed with this Medical Studio! I made an appointment as soon as they opened for a facial. Lauren was so professional and explained everything that was being put on my face. I bought a membership and many of the Revision products she suggested for me. I then saw Jackie and she put Dysport in my forehead.My second visit, Lauren did a Chemical peel, and Jackie gave me beautiful natural lips!I look in the mirror and love what I see. My skin is transformed and everyone says I look younger!Beautiful Studio! AMAZING staff!!!I give them a 10!!!!!

    First time at Ovme Medical Spa in Town Center and the experience was wonderful! I had a signature hydrafacial with Lauren and I am extremely pleased with the results and with Lauren as an aesthetician. She explained the process before she started and during the facial. She asked me about my skincare routine and was genuinely interested in assisting me. She was very thorough. I highly recommend!

    LOVE this place! I have a monthly membership where I switch off between facials and peels. I travel alot, so this keeps my skin refreshed!I get quarterly botox injections, and I highly suggest using them, if you are interested. They are extremely informative & helpful with anything you need!

    I got great results after Resatylane filler treatments. Meg discussed the possibilities some added volume in my cheeks, and orbital area would give me as well as little strategically placed along my jaw line. She was careful, caring, and precise. The results are exactly what I wanted, I didnt want to look 40 years younger, just rested and maybe similar to 10 years ago. ;)) Meg also added volume to my hands. They are still age appropriate, but the ligaments are less visible. I plan to have some filler added to the lines around my mouth and lower jaw. Meg Perkins Nowaczyk, you get 5 stars!
