I have used Posh for two different procedures now and I am so glad I did! I love the results I have from both a tummy tuck with lipo and implant removal with lift. The staff here are stellar. Dr Kirk is attentive to detail, realistic in possible results and works very hard at bringing your vision to life. Tiffany her nurse has the best attitude and her bedside manner at check ups are second to none. Oh and Ana makes you feel like you are their favorite person during every appointment and phone conversation. The front office ladies are always at their best. I would recommend this office for any and all of your plastic surgery or dermatological needs!

A friend recommended Dr Kirk to me.Making my consultation appointment was easy. I was scheduled one week after calling. Dr Kirk filled my frown lines. A numbing cream was spread across my frown lines. Ten minutes later, Dr Kirk made my lines literallydisappear! There was very little pain, & some bruising, but i highly recommend you visit Dr Kirk. She thoroughly explained the recommendations she felt would best help brighten my face & possible treatment for my double chin. I will definitely be going back!!

Everyone took such good care of me during my earlobe surgery. It was over and done with very quickly and they made sure I was comfortable for the entire procedure. There was no pain and my procedure maybe took an hour and a half. I was able to drive home same day. Dr.Kirk and her team were everything I could ask for. If youre shopping around you can stop, this is the place to go.

I have had large breast and all the problems that come with them my entire life. I finally decided it was time to do something about that. I spoke to people around town and did a lot of research before finding Dr. Kirk. I was very nervous to spend all that money and have bad results, so I was skeptical. However, after our first consultation, I knew she was the surgeon for me. She was very kind, explained things throughly, and didnt make me feel rushed at all despite my numerous questions. She was also very realistic in her plan and what was achievable. Matter afact, she made me feel so good about the surgery. I scheduled it that same day for a month later. I am one week post-op now, and I couldnt be happier. Her team is amazing. They are all so sweet and helpful. I experienced the same type of care at the surgery center. It honestly has been a great overall experience for me. I dont understand how anyone could have a negative thing to say about Posh Plastic Surgery because they are nothing short of amazing! As for my results, I am not fully healed yet, but my breast already looks so beautiful. No doubt in my mind, they are going to be everything I have ever wanted once they are healed. If youre looking for a plastic surgeon with good bedside manners and incredible surgical skills Dr.Kirk is the doctor for you!UPDATE: So I figured I would update my review now that my brest not just fully healed, but I am writing this actually a fes years after my surgery and I am nothing short of incredibly happy with my results. I am so happy. In fact, I have referred several friends to her who received mommy makeovers and also are incredibly happy with their results and I even referred my own other mother to her just a few months ago to get her breast done and once again Dr. Kirk knocked it out of the park. My moms breast are healing beautifully!If youre reading this and still skeptical because you hear Ponte Vedra Plastic Surgery is the best and are considering going there please know I did the same thing so I understand, but my mom and sister had their breast done a couple weeks apart from one another. My sister didnt listen to me and went to Ponte Vedra and honestly, I wish she would have listened and went to Kirk because not only are her breast uneven, but she also has a huge hole in the bottom of one her breast were the stitches werent preformed correctly or something so they had to cauterize the skin so it can close up. They are outrageous and judging from my sisters breast just dont compare to Dr. Kirks work. I went to my consultation at Ponte Vedra first then went to the one with Kirk after and if youre reading this far then you know I booked my surgery the same day so if youre uncertain just make the consultation with her and there is no doubt in my mind that even at first instruction you will see exactly what I mean in this review!

I had postpartum diastasis recti that was really affecting my ability to exercise and my overall quality of life. I went for a few different consultations before deciding to go with Dr. Kirk. Dr. Kirk is wonderful. She is smart, straightforward and talented. We had initially decided to tackle my issue utilizing my previous C-section scar but she made the decision to make a bigger incision in the OR when she found that my problem was worse than we expected. I 100% know that all of her decisions were exactly on point and I trusted her completely. My incision still looks awesome (hardly noticeable considering the size) and I am beyond happy with my results. I’m six months out, back in the gym 5-6 days per week, have visible abs, training for a marathon and have lost almost 20lb and a fair amount of inches. Her prices are also more than reasonable when compared to other surgeons. Her staff makes you feel comfortable at all times and they are super friendly and attentive. The whole experience was amazing (considering I had to have major surgery) and am forever grateful to Dr. Kirk and her team. If I have any other issues, she will undoubtedly be the first person I call!

Dr. Kirk and her team are amazing! I went to two other plastic surgeons for consults leading to disappointment both in their bedside manners, professionalism and overall trust in the surgeons. Then I read a good review about Dr. Kirk and decided to schedule a consult. Dr. Kirk was personable, understanding, and professional. She answered multiple of my questions and explained in detail, showed before/after photos of the procedure I was wanting, and showed me what me expected after would look like. I am so thankful I chose her for my surgery. She did an incredible job. I had minimal pain after and am so happy with my results. She uses a technique that other surgeons dont that provides better results. Her team was warm, comforting, and knowledgeable throughout the process from appointments to pre/post surgery day and post-op appointments. From patient services coordinator to her surgery sister, each woman was a kind, helpful, and very understanding throughout the process. I am only 4 weeks post op and feel great. I see other photos online of other local surgeons and their before and afters and the work Dr. Kirk does is insanely better than many of those that I have seen. Schedule your consult today! She is incredible!

Where do I begin? From the moment I decided to proceed with the breast reduction surgery I was scared, nervous, apprehensive, etc. Dr Kirk and her staff (especially Ana 🤗) with their high level of competency, friendliness and professionalism made me feel so comfortable and secure with my decision. It also didnt hurt that the office is so peaceful, serene, clean and even tastefully decorated!After my procedure they took great care of me. They were always checking on me and making themselves available whenever I had a question (even after hours!). Dr Kirk is highly skilled in her profession. To my surprise, I felt NO PAIN during my recovery. Im extremely pleased with my results. Not only has Dr Kirk given me instant relief of my back pains; but shes also helped boost my overall confidence in my appearance. My only regret is that I couldnt give a higher rating than 5 stars.

Everything has been perfect from the consultation till surgery . Dr. Kirk is fantastic, i got lipo on my outer thighs , tummy tuck and replaced my implants, today i went for post op and everything looks fantastic. When I first met Dr. Kirk I was hesitant to speak with her regarding an issue I had always dealt with, but was tired of looking in the mirror feeling bad about myself. She made me feel very comfortable, and by the end of my consultation I felt confident that she would be the person to fix the problem. Amazing experience here! Doctor Kirk is very friendly, down to earth and you can tell she wants every single client to have a great outcome and to look and (more importantly) to FEEL beautiful. I couldnt have asked for a better doctor.Anna was also amazing and friendly - explained all the financial options available to me and was there for any questions I mightve had.The women at the front desk were also always friendly and very sweet.There was only one specific person I had a bad experience with, she argued back and forth with me, was obviously not wanting to be helpful towards my experience. She didnt seem to want to be there at all really, The moment I talked to her on the phone for the first time she was just sort of argumentative and hateful. Just not kind at all. But I understand we all have bad days, so I didnt hold it against her whatsoever.I then also met her in person and she went over the details of post and pre op details. She again had that same attitude of just not wanting to be there and have to talk to me at all. Very fake nice type of personality, but not very efficient at it.She would correct me on things even though shes the one who gave me the information that was not correct to begin with. She would just always want to treat me like I was completely incompetent for asking any type of questions.The last time I met with her she had that same attitude again, and went to show me how I was doing my massages incorrectly.Well she grabbed me and ended up hurting me - in which I responded to her I remember the instructions stating clearly it is not supposed to be painful, though.It really rubbed me the wrong way, because Im trusting this office to take care of me, do surgery on me and walk me through something I have never been through before. Im not the one who went through med school, she was. So I just wanted the business to know how that experience was for me. (Just that one person was a bit of a red flag for me.)Absolutely everything was above and beyond, I didnt have many questions about anything really. Just being able to feel like I dont have anything to be nervous about and they were there for support if I had needed any was beautiful.They didnt see me as a patient or a check - they saw me as a human being just like them.The only bad part was that one person with the nasty attitude, but even despite that I give this a 5 star rating because thats not necessarily under their control or maybe they were just not aware of the persons mental state yet.Anyway, I hope things are okay with her. It is so disheartening to read some of the negative reviews that have been posted by clients of Dr. Sofia Kirk at Posh Plastic Surgery center. I suppose when you are in such a field, you cant always make everyone happy. People strive for perfection and what they dont realize is that the doctor can only help you achieve the perfect version of YOU and only YOU.Now on to my review of the Dr. and the facility. My first encounter with Dr. Kirk was in 2010, where I came in for a rhinoplasty consultation. I of course brought in a photo of the perfect nose and showed it to Dr. Kirk. I was anxious to hear her tell me she can make it happen and lets schedule a surgery date. Unfortunately for me at the time, Dr. Kirk turned me down and said there is nothing I see wrong with your nose and I refuse to touch it. Please come back to me if you want any other procedures done. At that moment I was upset with her response and found a facial plastic surgeon Located in neptune beach to perform my rhinoplasty. Little did I know the nightmare that lie ahead of me after my extremely botched rhinoplasty. Two rhinoplasties later and I still kick myself for not taking Dr. Kirks advice. I am now in search of a surgeon who is capable of fixing my crooked nose and will eventually have to have a second revision.Fast forward five years- I had a beautiful daughter whom I breastfed for almost 2 years. Needless to say breastfeeding took a toll on certain areas of my body. While living in Japan I decided that it was time I fixed up my mom bod, so I started doing research. Due to the language barrier here in Tokyo I knew I would want to have my procedure done stateside. I did extensive research for over 6 months as price wasnt a concern. I came across Posh Plastic surgeon and remembered Dr. Kirks honesty about not wanting to touch my nose and thought I should schedule a consultation.I emailed the office and told them my current situation along with my timeline and asked them if it was reasonable to have this procedure done within a 3 week time frame. The staff at Posh was extremely professional and quick to respond. They were able to adjust their schedule to make sure I could be accommodated. Immediately upon entering the facility I felt right at home. During my consultation with Dr. Kirk I expressed my desires with out really knowing much about ccs, size, etc. Dr. Kirk recommended a size and style of implant and I never once questioned her professional judgement. I reminded her that I was the patient she turned down 5 years ago and then told her I wish I would have taken her advice. We scheduled the surgery date and I was on my way.The surgery went smoothly and recovery was nothing short of amazing. By day 3 I was already out and about running errands and visiting with friends. By day 11 I flew from Jacksonville Florida to Portland Oregon with 6 bags, a stroller, a baby, a car seat and 2 carry ons. By day 16 we were making our way over to Japan. Throughout this entire time Dr. Kirk has helped me regain the confidence I had once thought was forever lost. What used to be my biggest disappointment ( on my body) is now my most prized possession. In a sense, it has renewed the love I have in myself, which has helped in many other aspects of my life. Self confidence is a big part of our lives and at one point, I lost it.Dr. Kirk has gone above and beyond what I paid for. She continues to email me and follow up and has even called me IN JAPAN. The staff has become like family. In fact upon arriving back home I made sure to send them all some goodies from Japan. I will forever be in debt to this amazing woman for what she has done for me. I will also continue to stand up for her and will recommend her to everyone I know.I am still in love with my results after all is said and done now that they have settled.Thank you Dr. Kirk and Staff.
