Henry is amazing 👏. I recently started going to the salon. He has been very helpful and polite. My girls came in from out of town and wanted their nails done. Henry and the rest of the staff treated my girls like princesses 👸. The salon is full of great technicians. 👍 they are truly #1

They treated me like a goddess.... they pampered and soothed my every stress! I got the highest level pedicure the volcano luxury spa pedicure and they did not disappoint. Tom took his time cleaning and massaging every single part of my feet till I was falling asleep.... but I had to stay awake because I was getting my nails done by Henry at the same time! And he did exactly I had imagined and be! I finished with the pertussis cast eye by lena... it was one of my best nail shop experiences thank you so much guys... Ill be back!

Its my second time here. First time I got a pedicure and this time my daughter got a full set, with light pink base, French mani and rhinestones added. And we think its looks good! Job Well done by Sheila.

I’ve been going here for years. Love the owners at times. They can be a bit pushy and rushing when crowded but i guess everyone has bad days. (Inserts Shrug). Rise gives the best pedicures I’ve ever had. I love how they remember their clients. They offer wine, water or soda while you get serviced.

Henry took care of me he was WONDERFULLY FRIENDLY !!! He engaged in a conversation with me and he was very KIND ! He also made me laugh!!!! It was a little pricey!!!

I keep seeing all these bad reviews about broken nails and such. Let’s set one thing clear... I’ve been going here for YEARS. And I have never experienced a broken nail u less I’m the one that caused it by applying too much pressure to them or doing things I shouldn’t do with nails. They offer massages, greats waxing, eyelashes, and cute little pedicures even for the smallest of kids. They’re polite, humorous, and even take the time to remember their clients! Would highly recommend!!

My lady has been going there awhile, she turned me on to them. Im on my way to get my fifth pedi there . Every visit Ive had there , there has been no lines and no wait. The lady that did my feet was very professional ,she took her time and was very gentle. The atmosphere is relaxing and the massage chairs almost put me to sleep. I think Ive found my new favorite pastime. Theyre not expensive either.

I got a full set & deluxe pedicure. Best pedicure Ive had hands down. They were so nice and service was fast. Reasonable prices. Clean and friendly atmosphere. This is now officially my #1 spot when I visit jacksonville.Plus a free massage while waiting.

My new nail spot. They treat you with respect, very communicative & friendly, and just all around great service. You even get a complementary shoulder massage while waiting on your nails to dry and an escort out with an umbrella, if its raining. I look forward to coming here from now on. Very happy customer🙂

Lena is THE best at eyebrows. John is the best at pedicures, and Henry can do the best nails! They are all sweet, especially Rose. I live on the Northside of town. I travel all the way across town for their service.
