I have been coming to Sugar for 15 years and her work is simply amazing!! It takes me at least 30 mins or more to drive there but it is worth it; anytime I’ve went somewhere else to save on time I was ALWAYS disappointed!! She does quality nails, cares about her work and takes her time! The very best in Jacksonville!! You won’t be disappointed!!

I went here decades ago when in my early 20s and got married, moved away, moved back to Jax and to the north side. I had a shop I went to because it’s right by work closer. I’m a teacher so since school is letting out and I need to save money, I wanted to get them soaked off. The current shop I was going to only has one person that actually soaks off nails vs prying them off. My sister still goes here to Art Nails and told me that they soak off, so I wanted to give them a try. Bea was very accommodating seeing as how I was a walk in right when they opened. Everyone in the shop has a rapport with their customers. It was good to see. She was very gentle with how fragile naked nails are and made sure they were beautifully done. I will be coming back for manicures and pedicures during the summer and nails when school starts back.

Was doing my laundry next door and decided to stop to get my brows waxed…. It was a Saturday and there were only two techs and they were slightly busy. I waited about 20mins. My brows look AMAZING… probably the fastest and prettiest my brows have ever been done. I love them! Thank you!

I’ve been going here for 21 yrs, I’m loyal to them. I do my own nails now but I go to Lan for my Nail art designs and Maí for my pedis. Bee and Joe are very talented too. Everyone there is fun and friendly! They do great quality work and they are fast! They also give me feed back on how I can improve my acrylic application technique, which I appreciate!

The most warm welcomed nail salon Ive been to yet in all my years (: My daughter and I were referred by a family friend. And we showed up last minute near closing one Saturday evening to see if they could work us in for a last minute wedding for my daughter and son n law..and they made us feel right at home. From that moment we made friends with Joe and Sugar. I have since been back three times. The service is great, and they show that they appreciate our business. Thankful for them. We now have a new home unless were traveling and in need of an emergency fix lol, we ride so you just never know lol..Thanks Joe and Sugar! We look forward to meeting the rest of your staff (:KUDOS 🤗🥰So went back several times to see Joe for my nails. The more I went the thicker my nails became in acrylic. However I still continued to see him because he still did great work. But that wasnt even a problem.The problem was with another lady I had never seen there b4, and I took my grandbaby in just to have her nails done. The lady ask how could they help me, I said I just need to get my grandbabies nails painted before I have to take her home soon, her response was very inappropriate and rude, to say: thats not my problem, you can come back another day cause we are busy. YES, good thing I had my grandchild with me, because I would have told her about herself right then and there. Needle6to say weve never been back!

Ive bee getting my nails done in this shop since i moved to Jacksonville FL in 2013. They are the best i recommend you try them. Im moving back to Seattle WA and im gonna miss eack person that works there.
