    This is my favorite and only place I will get my nails done. I live on the north side and there are many salons that are much closer, but I love this place and will always make the drive. They have talented nail artists & a beautiful luxury looking space that is very clean. When I come, they always remember me and know what I like. I feel like I am coming to visit friends. One of my favorite memories of being there was around Halloween time, I got my nails done and we watched the Annabell movie together. I dont have a lot of friends or family, and I am alone a lot, so being able to watch a movie with someone meant a lot to me. For Christmas I got a gift from them for being a loyal customer, I was shocked because Ive never been treated so well at a nail salon before where I got a gift. Any other nail salon I just feel like a customer. At Bartram Nails, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer. Thank you for everything you guys do! It really makes my day!

    BEST nail salon in Jax!! I’ve been coming here for at least three years. They never disappoint! They always make me feel so welcome. Staff is so friendly. They recognize me from my voice when I call to make an appointment. I recommend Bartram Nails to anyone and everyone.

    This is the best Nail Salon in Jacksonville. I have been a regular here and the staff they have here pamper you- their mission is to make you a happy customer. Their prices are Fantastic and the quality of their work shows. Nikki is an amazing artist when it comes to nail art, she is honest, patient, and takes her time to give you a beautiful set every time 🥰 Julie give the best pedicure- it is magic- the experience you get here is incomparable to any other salon I’ve been to in Jacksonville.     Wonderful experience. I walked in at 620. I was skeptical because it was late but they welcomed me in no problem. No annoyed look. They did an excellent job on my nails the design is clean and precise. This is my new nail salon.

    I went to Bartram Nails as a walk in and not really knowing what I needed or wanted.     I was looking for a new nail shop and happened across this nail salon. I’m glad I came here! They did a great job on my feet. The environment is very clean and peaceful. I had their top pedicure package. It was worth every penny. My feet feel and look much better now! No nicks or cuts during the pedicure. Just a nice, relaxing experience. That is what I wanted. I was not disappointed. I will gladly come back. Currently they have 20% off their pedicure packages that are above $50 (Tuesday thru Friday). That made the experience even better! 😂☺️

    I have been going to Bartram Nails for many years now and still love it just as I did from the first day I came. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the shop is clean and Linh, who I see every single time, is exceptional. He is quiet which I prefer because I go to relax and not do much talking. He is thorough and meticulous. He takes his time always offers me a beverage and still manages to get me all finished up in a timely manner. He’s awesome! Upon leaving today, I received a sweet little holiday gift as a “thank you” for being a loyal customer. That completely blew my mind because who does that? Needless to say, it was a nice touch and another reason why I’ll only go here. Thank you Bartram Nails!

    When you want your nails to look expensive and high end, come here. They always take their time and I’m always blown away with the results. I’ve tried other nail salons in the area, but when I have an event or need my nails to look stunning, I always come here. They just did my nails for my wedding and I had a very particular style I wanted done, and they went above and beyond my expectations. The vibe is always calm and peaceful and happy, not loud or crazy at all. The customers and nail artists are always kind and respectful. They really want to take care of you and for you to leave loving your nails.

    I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I have been here twice before for dip powder manicures and both of those experiences were lovely. The staff were extremely attentive and offered me something to drink during my service. This time I took my sister with me, we both got french pedicures and I got a dip powder manicure. Again, stunning atmosphere and overalll experience. My sister said she also enjoyed her time here.

    I recently discovered that I cant wear gel polish due to an allergic reaction, I stopped wearing tips long ago, and was not happy about having to go back to them.     This is the best Nail Salon in Jacksonville. I am from Texas and in Jax for work. I thought it would be hard to find a good nail shop but I found Bartram Nails and have never looked back. This has been my nail shop for the past 6 months and had to come visit one last time before I head back home tomorrow. Nikki hooked my b-day nails up!! She always does an awesome job with her nail design and helps me to find the right look for me. They really strive to provide good customer service and make sure you are happy . You get good quality work for a good price and they always offer some type of special which is rare in this industry. The entire staff is amazing and it doesn’t matter who does my pedicure,, it’s perfect every time!! I I highly recommend this nail shop and if I ever come back to Jax this will be my first stop!! Everyone is so friendly and the salon is super clean. Tram was my technician and she did a great job! She personalized my care and was thorough, never rushed. I really enjoyed getting to know her.     I went here to get a manipedi with my aunt. I got gel for my toe-nails, and dip-powder for my finger-nails with nail art. I have naturally long toe-nails and with my autism, I tend to forget or I really dont care what or how long my toe-nails get unless they get to a point where they bother/hurt me. My big toe-nail is long. A male looked at my toe-nails (someone who works there) and started laughing while he turned to his friend, and looked at me and said, your toe-nails are long I didnt understand what he said bc he has a thick accent. It didnt bother me, but when I told my mom, (she wasnt there), she pointed out, the fact that he would do that to anyone, says something. You might be thinking, Why four stars? He did a really good job with my toe-nails. I got light pink gel. Now with my finger nails, I noticed since I look young, (I asked for a design on my phone) she made my nails short. She didnt ask if I wanted them short. I do want to point out, she did a good job at making them even. But I did run into her appointment bc there was a lady who walked in and when she saw her, she started rushing. I can understand if Im running into your appointment time, but that doesnt mean you have to rush. She did ask if I liked the design I said yes (bc I did. Its just a little rushed. And we both my aunt and I felt rushed.)

    I’ve been going here for a while now. The salon is always clean and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They do an excellent job and are always accommodating to my needs. I have very tender feet and they make sure that I’m satisfied and comfortable. I usually see Tram or Kathy and both are wonderful. The salon offers a large variety of dip powder, gel and regular polish colors and has several service menu options to choose from. The massage chairs are amazing. I always enjoy my visits and leave feeling pampered. There are other salons closer to me but Bartram is worth the extra drive for me.

    I came in today with a nail catastrophe. My old nail tech Ive gone to for 13 years had to get back surgery so now I am on the prowl for a new salon. I tried one by my house, and they butchered my nails. I asked for coffin, and ended up with half Square half coffin uneven looking nails. I dealt with it for about a week. On my day off work today I found this gem! I was greeted nicely, and asked to wait which is no issue for me considering I was a walk in. Then MsJennifer let me know she does designs which made me super happy. She had me look up her Instagram or look at pictures and find something I like, and she will do it for me. I was on the spot so I chose something not to extravagant I will definitely have something picked out ahead next time. Ms. Jennifer rehabbed my nails, and has them looking so good! Her attention to detail, and the care she puts into her work is admirable. They definitely have a new regular. I HIGHLY recommend this salon to anybody looking for quality, clean work. Thank you Ms. Jennifer for ending my hunt for a new salon i will be back in 2 weeks! 😁
