Cindy was my technician, she was absolutely lovely! Very nice, knowledgeable and interactive. The salon is very clean and updated!! It has a nice pleasant atmosphere. And they don’t keep the door open like many other places! There was no strong chemical smells either, which I appreciated very much! This is my new “ regular” place now. I’ve been to many Nail places. This one stands out as a very inviting experience. I would recommend to anyone 🦋

Kim did an amazing job!! I work for Hair Cuttery and was traveling this area when a coworker said Go nextdoor, theyre great! Called and was lucky enough to get a same-day appointment for my gel fill! This nail salon is clean, the service is prompt, and my nails look amazing(see photos). As a salon professional myself I dont always loooove sitting in the nail salon after a long day of work in my own salon... Kim was efficient and on point! Thank goodness, Ill be back for sure! 😁

Everyone here is great! Van, Jennifer and Kim are all excellent. I never break a nail and I go every three weeks with my friend. She loves this place also. We tried several other salons before and were not at all satisfied! Were there for the long run!

I was visiting my boyfriend from out of state. His sisters both go to this nail salon. I stayed longer than expected, and my acrylic nails were in a major need of a freshen up. I scheduled a next day appointment with Nancy. She does nails for both of his sisters. I went in and got a new set of acrylics and had some design added in. Nancy was wonderful. Shes super sweet and did a great job on my nails. Im back in town and just in time to go see her again for another set! Cant wait!

This is my 2nd time coming for a pedicure and I absolutely love it here! The place is very clean and well kept and all the employees are very friendly. I had my Ultimate pedicure done by Minnie and I loved how she took her time and cleaned up my toes really well. They have a huge selection of gel and regular polish that lasts a very long time. The service was reasonably priced at $50+ $15 for gel polish. Not bad compared to what I paid in Tampa salons for less! Will be coming back here again soon

Hanna is absolutely wonderful!! I love my French tips. Service was quick. Place was clean. My boyfriend got the hot stone pedicure. Everything was $50. Great price. Will be coming back!

Beautifully done nails! It was my first time in this salon. The staff were polite, welcoming and accommodated my requests without attempting to sell me on a different idea. The ladies did an amazing job on my fingers and toes. Absolutely fabulous work! I love 💘 it!

First time at this salon but not first time with Van (know from other salon for 2 years). Van is always professional and does a fabulous pedicure and gel manicure. So happy to reconnect with her.My husband sat with Donna who was very good. He got an Ultimate Pedicure and basic manicure. He is very hard to please but was impressed with the level of service and attention to the customer.We will go back and would highly recommend.

Clean and comfortable salon. Have used for over 10 years. All of the ladies are so sweet and take the time to remember what you want as a regular. Have never been disappointed with any service and I have used them all from lashes, waxing to mani and pedi. The owner is a gem.

I am very new to the whole getting my nails done process. I had gel nails for the first time from a different salon and they weren’t put on properly to begin with but one broke and as you know it hurt terribly. It ripped off some of my nail bed and my finger was bleeding. Well someone told me about FL nails so I went to them to get my nails fixed. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the messed up gel manicure from the other salon that I had, but they also did an amazing job caring for my broken nail. It was very embarrassing as I was crying because of the pain and one of the nail techs held my hand while the manager figured out a non-painful way to get the broken gel nail off. They took their time and were very comforting to me which is important since I deal with social anxiety. It’s hard for me to go to these places to begin with but I will definitely be going back to FL nails. They went beyond just making me feel beautiful again. Their sincerity and comfort was more than I could ask for. The price was amazing as well; very affordable. I specifically had the pleasure of dealing with Nancy which I believe is the manager and my nail tech was named Van. Thank you FL nails for such a wonderful experience.😇 💅🏼

I have been going there for all most 3 years and Quang has been doing my nails since the first day and he listens to what I need done and he does it and more. Im so glad that I left my old place and started going there cause Ive been very happy there. If I could give them a 10 stars I would. Keep up the wonderful job.

For the most part my experience has been good. However it concerns me that when I arrive for my appointments I usually get no response or acknowledgement that I walked in the door. For me, this is a bit rudebut maybe they do not realize this could eventually cause loss of customers. Never take customers for granted. Give them a smile andgreet them.Only takes 2 seconds. Kindness is important and goes a long way.Thanks for reading this!! :)

The work done on my nails is pristine and there are soo many options available for manicures and pedicures. I already know what Im getting when I go back. Also open until 7:30 pm on Sundays 😀

This is by far one of the best nail salons I have tried here in Jax, and I have tried MANY sincs moving down here feom NY. It is smaller than rest of the nail salons in the Town Center area, so yes, wait is expected. I don’t mind waiting an extra 10 minutes for good service and GREAT prices. Their $22 “basic” peducure is far from basic. It is LITERALLY the same Spa Pedicure that the place right down the road charges $33 for. Everyone is auper friendly and welcoming. I had ONE unsatisfactory pedi there and simply just asked for a different person the next time. Ei Ei does my pedis and Michael does my SNS, both are great! My nails always look great and I pay $30 less than I used to at a neighboring salon. For my own selfish reasons, I did not want to wrote a review, because I did not want too many people to know about them. But they deserve the praise.

Such a great nail salon. Everyone there is friendly and nice. It’s clean, they are taking the necessary precautions for Covid, and it’s easy to make an appt. Even prior to, same with safety and cleanliness. I love that they’re close by and they do a great job!

Blown away. I travel for business and come to JAX several times a year. I went here because they were close and one of few open on Mondays. Needed a manicure badly with broken gel nails and they were soooo accommodating. I had a mani and pedi with a glass of wine to boot. Service was friendly and exceptional. Probably the nicest salon I have ever been to as well. I know they just moved to this location but it was great. I felt so welcome and relaxed and the ladies have great spunk and personality. I will for sure save my nails for them each time I return to JAX. Only negative is that their credit card machine was down and nobody bothered to tell me until my service was complete; wasnt happy to have to pay fees in cash when anticipated my card as payment but other than that it was a class A place. Highly recommend and will for sure go back when possible.

Me and my wife have been going here for about 3 years and we love it. We have been to the other places in the area and they don’t compare. The staff is amazing and they do a great job. I see a few bad reviews and those have to be one off instances. Everyone who comes in while we are there love it as well. BEST PLACE AROUND!!!!!
