Why cant I give 10 stars??? Allow me to introduce you to Victoria...yes, my hair met an angel today. First, I received a bad haircut from a different salon and then I box colored (I know.😳..I know) my hair. I ended up with a bad cut AND red hair, neither of which were on purpose. I searched for a salon and got Victoria. She was able to get me in within an hour and listened to me...she actually LISTENED!!! Let me tell you, I walked out with THE perfect cut and color ❤️ She saved my hair and I absolutely love it! She now has a customer for life and I have the best of the best in my corner....Thank you so much Victoria!!!!

I was nervous to go to a salon after not going in years, but the process to book an appointment is so easy and convenient! You’re also sent reminders. I was able to communicate with Victoria before I went in to show her what highlights I had in mind and it helped to answer some of my questions. I went in and Victoria was ready to go, she was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Absolutely exceeded my expectations! My hair is healthier than when I went in and I feel great!

Carolyn is the best! I needed a new colorist/stylist (mine moved), was very afraid of trying someone new. Carolyn instantly changed all that!! She is super friendly and professional, relaxed me immediately! She listened carefully to all my concerns about color, even asked about my color history. My hair came out amazing!! I LOVE it and the quality products left my hair shiny and healthy. Carolyn also suggested a slight change in my cut, I let her and It is perfect for me. Makes my hair easier to style. Now I know why she is booked out a month. Well worth the wait!!

Brooke is AMAZING!!!!! She listened to everything I had to say about my hair. Thickness, length, how long I wanted to spend doing it and texture. She took it all into consideration and did a magnificent job!! The salon is clean and smells wonderful. I loved the products she used on my hair and look forward to actually keeping up with my 8 week appointments :)

Tara is so nice and she did an awesome job! I routinely grow my hair out long and then cut it into a bob. I love the bob, but one side of my hair does not cooperate and refuses to curl under. I told Tara about this and she was able to undercut it so it curls under without any fuss. Ive lived in Jax for 6 years and tried a few different places, but shes the first person that has cut it this way. Im so happy I found her!!!!

The first time I went to this salon was in 2009. I walked in and had a wonderful experience. I got my hair cut and my eyebrows threaded at that time. Some time later I became a client of Krystina Ishak and I will never see anyone else! I loved her technique and coloring capabilities. She took the time from our very first appointment together to really listen to what I wanted. Krystina also informs me of new products that would work great with my hair type and style. I have naturally straight blonde hair and I never want to do anything to damage it. Spoiled Rotten is a well rounded salon that offers everything you would want! Highly recommended!

I think I found my place!!! Listen, It had been over two years since I’ve been in any salon and my last few experiences with getting my hair cut ALWAYS left me in tears and mortified. Let me tell you what though, Carmen did her thing! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, made me feel VERY comfortable, and even explained every thing she did and why. The atmosphere at this Salon is beautiful. My hair looks and feels amazing!!!! Thank you so much for being amazing at what you do!!!!

I really liked this place. Just went today and had Andre do a complete color transformation on my hair. He did amazing. Super attention to detail and one of the nicest hair stylists I have ever had. Also, the owner helped me out and washed my hair and wow she is super nice. This place cares about its customers and you can tell. Even with all the corona backup they care about each getting each client in and what they want done to their hair. I will be returning!

Foiled Rotten is the only salon I will ever go to for my hair needs! Krystina has been cutting my hair for the last 8 years and gets it right every time. She has a gift for understating what her clients are looking for and makes it come to life. Carolyn has also done my hair for a wedding a few years ago. All of the staff members are amazingly talented, and the salon is always clean. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

She understands my hair type and her recommendations are always on point. Ive been coming to this salon for 5 years now to see Krystina Ishak for a trim, and full color. Shes amazing at what she does, and is extremely passionate about making you feel gorgeous. I always leave feeling brand new. She always uses the best hair products and has plealty of recommendations for any hair issues (dry scalp, shampoos, etc.) She styles my hair to shape my face perfectly. I constantly get compliments on how shiney, and healthy my hair looks. I always recommended her, one time with her will change your life.

I first found foiled rotten back in 2016 after searching for a salon in Jacksonville while on vacation for a wedding. This salon had awesome reviews and so I gave it a try. I had my hair colored and cut by Krystina and loved how everything turned out. Fast forward 2 years later and I moved to Jax this past January and needed a salon and hair stylist here. I remember Krystina and this salon and came back and have been coming back since. I love my hair every time Krystina does something to it be it a Brazilian hair straightening treatment to my balayage and cuts. She also does my kids hair which they loved how it turned out. Would recommend Krystina and Foiled Rotten to anyone looking for a salon to go to.

Andre is incredible! I came in with my quarantine at home box bleach disaster! Andre took the time to sit down with me and ask exactly what I wanted. He explained the process so well and I knew I was in good hands. It was a long process to get me from bright yellow to a beautiful dark brown, but he took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll be coming here from now on, and loved how personable and professional Andre was. Thanks so much!! I’m in love with my new hair!

I heard good things about Foiled Rotton, not sure how luck had me stumble upon this gem. Really glad that they take the safety of their clients during this time as a TOP priority! Very kind, talented, and relatable stylists! Andre was AMAZING ! Where do I even begin. Also during my appointment Caroline was there with great useful tips to on how to maintain a new look I was getting and adjusting to. Really relieved my practical concerns for a young lady trying extensions.So back to Andre’s talent. I left with beautiful clip ins I got cut, and I was further astounded at how happy I was with my actual haircut too once I took them off at night! Cannot thank (or refer ) him enough! I’m not good at verbalizing what I want exactly, and I’ve been trying to figure out making clip ins easily work for me when I want them to for years.Andre was the first stylist in my life that took the time to truly care, and exceed expectations in every way. For the past 3.5 years I’ve tried to figure out extensions. I thought I wasn’t pretty enough , or talented enough to make them work for me. With Andre’s magic he turned that all around in a matter of minutes. Got so many compliments on my style and color. Many had told me they didn’t think I could pull off with elegance, but I did ( hee hee! I love proving people wrong, and in glamorous fashion - thanks to Andre).Book ahead in advance on website like a week ahead if you can! Totally worth it, glad I didn’t just go to any first place with availability. I’ve never felt so happy, and truly understood by a stylist. Keep it up Andre! She’s kind, professional and a gem of a woman. I’m hesitant to write this because I don’t want to have to book even further in advance. (Don’t get between me and my Brazilian blowout 😉)

Sandra completely fixed my hair! Had a bob with 3 inch dark roots which met harshly against bleach-blonde ends (had been growing my hair out over the past couple years and was too cheap to get it professionally fixed) Glad I finally invested in myself and came here rather than a local discount place I had been going to because they could never get the right blonde tone!!
