As someone who had never experienced this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m thrilled I chose this place.From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Sunshine, my pedicurist, was absolutely amazing. She handled my “cowboy feet” with such professionalism and care that I instantly felt at ease. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire experience enjoyable and refreshing.I now understand why women rave about pedicures, and I’m so glad I gave it a try.     Andrew and Sunshine always treat us with respect and are so friendly. We feel like family when we see them. They do a great job with the manicure and pedicures! I can show Sunshine a picture and she recreates it effortlessly. I recommend Fresh Nails!

    Love Fresh Nails. The staff is always very polite and welcoming. Nails are always beautiful. The business is very clean and efficient. They offer walk in availability which is great because I’m never sure when I can stop in due to work. This place has become my regular nail spot.

    I just moved to this area a few months ago and wanted to find a new nail salon. I randomly came across Fresh Nails and I’ve been coming back ever since. The service is amazing, the staff is very friendly and prices are affordable. I’ve been impressed by the attention to detail from the staff members, and recommend them to everyone.

    Neighborhood Gem!! 💎 I love this nail 💅 shop! Its closeby and the owners are amazing!! I go regular for manicures 💅 and pedicures!! Andrew is very friendly and greets me by name. He always does a thorough clean on the nails! Sunshine 🌞 is very sweet, happy and cleans the nails and cuticles with detail! She also does some beautiful designs 😍 💕 I am a regular! They know my nail color by heart ❤️ 😁 I always walk out feeling spark-tacular with clean cuticles and gorgeous nails 💅 😍 ✨️The interior is modern and comfortable. I Highly recommend this nail salon!!     This is by far the best salon I’ve ever been to. I started going last year and haven’t gone anywhere else since. Now not only do I go, but so does my entire family! Not only are the nail techs all talented, the environment is so friendly and welcoming as-well. Jenny is so easy to talk to and always nails some of the most unique sets Ive ever seen! Sunshine is extremely reliable, professional and has insane precision with her designs. Andrew is hilarious and ensures everyone feels welcomed. One thing I love about all of the techs here though is how they truly take time on your nails and don’t rush ever. It shows how much they really care about their work and clients. I highly recommend coming here!!P.S this is my most recent set done by Jenny! This takes 1st place as my favorite set yet and is so unique and cute!

    I have great service at Fresh Nails. From the time I call them made an appointment. The gentleman was very friendly. Sky who did my pedicure was very gentle and accommodating to a nail that had grown out. Splurge for the fancy pedicure cherry blossom it smells great. Felt great. My whole legs were like rubber by the time I left. It was wonderful. The manicure as well with matching polish between the toes and the fingers. Otherwise it was a great day. Will return before I go on vacation

    Jenny did a great job with my nails. I asked for short, simple, classy nails and she gave it. I’m not disappointed and will definitely be back to see her. I did not get the name of the lady who did my pedicure, and eyebrows but they were great too! This will be my go to for nail care.

    This place did not disappoint! Im visiting Jacksonville from out of town. Ive been getting my nails done regularly for 5+ years at the same place back home (after a year of trying different places) so Im very picky when I go anywhere else. The staff was very friendly, the shop is super clean and beautiful, and my nail tech was very gentle. I will definitely return here next time Im in Jax! ☺️

    I was in the shopping complex where the store is located. Wanted to get my nails done so walked in without knowing anything about them. I was greeted and taken in for pedicure right away. Very relax atmosphere. People are good. I decided to add French gel manicure and they got that done right after pedicure. Good service, decent pricing and no hassles. I will return for sure. It was not crowded as I went at 1pm on a Tuesday.

    Jhen Chávez did an amazing job on my gel nails! The only request I gave her were pink and flowers and she went beyond expectations and added a great design plus gems!! The set lasted about 12 days, which is a lot with how tough I can be on a manicure. Jhen is truly an artist!

    Loved the experience. Friendly service, as soon as I walked in I was asked if I wanted something to drink. I made them aware I was in a hurry and they immediately offered to tag teams me. I was out of there in no team. Prices are reasonable as well. I dont live in Jacksonville, but will visit every time Im in town.

    Just wanted to say, Sunshine did my nails, I am absolutely in love with them. The previous set I got from a different salon in TN was very disappointing so I went here to see if I could get what I originally wanted and she did amazing. I came a bit close to close and she was still sweet, patient, and worked efficiently on my nails! The prices was good too. Highly recommend her!

    I love this nail salon. All the employees are so friendly. They always offer me something to drink and even remember my name! The main reason I love it though is they take their time and do things right! No rushed pedicure like so many other places! Great place!

    Absolutely adore this location! I will drive across town just to come here. Always have a wonderful experience here. The staff are always helpful and they perform outstanding work. They dont try to cut corners or rush you out the door. Today I had a pedicure and I was in absolute heaven. Bath bomb soak, sea salt exfoliating,lavender lotion, fresh citrus slices as a massage, paraffin wax, hot towel, hot stones all on top of getting massaged from the chair and a beverage. Hands down the best pedicure Ive ever had. Will be returning soon❤️

    So I recently moved and he needed a new nails salon I was really surprised because I usually do the coffin tip and some diamonds were used to go they would charge me $5 per Diamond well Jewel I should say lets just say my nails cost me $50 without the tip she offered me even a massage a quick neck massage before I was done to me that was pretty awesome

    I come in almost every two weeks to get a fill in and Kevin does an amazing job each time I get my nails done! He’s super friendly and always makes sure the customer is happy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. My little sister comes in and gets her nails done and is always so happy because Kevin is such a kind person. 20/10 recommend to get any service done here!

    Fresh Nails has been my go to nail salon ever since I moved to Jacksonville in 2016. I’ve tried other nail salons and yet fresh nails is still the best! Kevin is awesome and efficient.     My first visit today! I had a waited too long to get a fill on my pink and white nails done elsewhere, and came in with painful nails when I jammed and bent them while gardening. I looked online for a place open on a Sunday and found Fresh Nails, with all their great reviews. They took me immediately, offered me a beverage and Kevin worked his miracle on my hands. I have to say, he did an excellent job. He listened to the issues I was having, paid attention to the shape I like - that kind of rounded edge square- and made them the perfect length for my outdoor yard work that needs to be done. He was detail oriented, working at them to perfection. They look really, really nice! The added warm towel and neck massage was exactly what I needed after all that yard work, and a great surprise! i decided my brows and lip needed waxing as well, and they took care of that quickly, with a nice shape. Ill be going back for sure!

    Kevin is one of the best nail technicians I’ve ever been to. He’s extremely good at what he does and ALWAYS leaves my nails looking fresh.     I enjoy going to Fresh Nails. I feel very pampered. Before l had a chance to sit down, l was asked if l wanted something to drink. You can choose what type of pedicure you want by the time that they message your legs and feet, use paraffin, hot towels, hot stones and lots of lotion. There is an array of polishes and techniques to choose from. After the manicure, l was given a neck and shoulder message. The technicians are so friendly and professional. I will continue to go.

    Theyre friendly and accomodating, the atmosphere is comfortable. Ive been there twice so far and both times I brought in a design they free handed it beautifully you would have thought it was a stencil. The shape was done very well, the acrylic was smooth and even, I really have no complaints it was an overall clean job. Ive been to a few places in the past and there was always something I would change and I learned to expect that. So, when they exceeded those expectations twice in a row theres no other place Ill go while Im in Jax.

    Best nail place in town. The staff was very welcoming and warm the device was outstanding. I went in there with it just being another plain nail place but they delivered more than I expected. I highly recommend this establishment. Good day.

    I like it there, very friendly staff also but what I did notice was after my pedi the tub was not cleaned and they used a used foot scrub and the metal grated foot scrub was just rinsed off in the tub, not properly cleaned at all. Im funny about things like that.
