    First timer here. The ladies who did my nails (Linda) and toes (Linda’s mom) did an INCREDIBLE job. They were extremely careful and gentle with me. The prices for my gel pedicure + dip and tip with design were extremely reasonable. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon that I would recommend for everyone. On top of that, they gave me a free body lotion! Love this place and these nail techs!!

    Wonderful customer service. Everyone in there was respectful and friendly. I never felt like anyone was talking about me in another language lol. They did really good on the spa therapy services. Definitely recommend. I got a beautiful ombre set that everybody comments on.

    Great experience. Little to no wait . Everything was awesome they offered me water . The chairs felt really nice . The only problem I have is parking and sometimes Publix is a madhouse but overall service was amazing 😌

    I love coming here. Ive been here a handful of times and I always get great service. Theyre super fast which is very convenient. Ive gotten their deluxe Mani Pedi. They massage my legs and arms. I had gotten out of the hospital and had some bruising from where my IV was and they were able to avoid them while massaging. I love the hot towel and the scrub and wax for the pedicures. They always make my nails look and feel great. This morning I went in, because two of my gel nails I got yesterday somewhere else fell off. They did them quickly and even went ahead and painted the other nails, without my asking, to ensure they wouldnt fall off while I was out this weekend for the Halloween event Im going to. Super nice people. Highly recommend. Will be back soon.

    I always have an excellent experience. I usually get SNS (pictured) with matte finish. Make sure you ask for someone who is good at it!They’re pretty quick but sometimes it’s a long wait. Very reasonably priced and they always have a good movie going.

    They are the sweetest. We drove all the way from Bainbridge to enjoy a nice pedicure and it was well worth it. They welcome you in and are happy to assist you, the prices are reasonable. Plenty workers available so no long wait. We really enjoyed the services. Thank you Happy Feet and Nails.

    I dont normally get my nails done but I figured my friends being in town was a good excuse. We were walk ins for an early Sunday afternoon and they were able to get us in immediately without a wait. My nail tech was amazing. I have very weak and brittle nails that definitely arent helped by all the time I spend using sandpaper and steel wool without gloves and my cuticles are always a MESS. Thankfully my nail tech didnt seem bothered by it and instead proceeded to give me a wonderful and very relaxing gel manicure. My friend loved her manicure as well. Ill definitely be returning at some point.

    NEW FEET!!! Great little spot tucked away in this plaza. Very friendly staff, especially to a guy getting a pedicure. 10 chairs for feet, 10 for nails and every color under the sun to use on either, if thats what you want. No pressure.

    I had the most amazing pedicure with miss Mary. She was so attentive to my needs. She really did an outstanding job! It was followed up with a great gel manicure with Miss Judy who was also great! Definitely going back to see these two ladies!!! Very clean and the BEST MASSAGE chairs ever!!

    I have been coming here for a few months, since the place I used to go to, really started focusing mostly on pedicures and there was never enough nail technicians. I like this salon much better. The techs really seem to take the time to do your nails perfect. They get them beautiful down to the details. They don’t just rush you in and out. Beautiful work and will be coming here from now on.

    I love this place!! It is very efficient and you never have to wait very long at all. The chairs are super comfy and the prices are reasonable. The quality of the work is great too. But my favorite thing is that they always have good chick flick movies on the TVs so you have something fun to watch while you’re getting your nails done. Highly recommended!!!

    My husband and I come here monthly for pedicures. We followed our favorite people from another location. I heard there is a good eyebrow person here. They treat you well...nice music or movies playing.

    Its the best and Anni is the one to ask for. Dont underestimate her small size. She can put you to sleep with a pedicure! I refuse to go anywhere else but here. Yes they are busy and I always suggest making an appt but 🚶‍♂️ walk ins get sat pretty quickly too. Service is spectacular and they will give you a complimentary drink ( alcoholic or not) with purchase of any service. They r awesome 👌

    Received a gift certificate for my birthday. Read reviews and made an appointment with Annie. I had the volcanic pedicure and I have to say it was the best pedicure I have ever had. Annie is wonderful. The pedicure was an hour long and included hot stones, parafin and extensive massage of feet and calves. My feet and I were relaxed and happy. Wonderful experience and will now become my go to for my pedicures. Thank you Annie!

    I came here for a manicure and gel polish after having a terrible experience elsewhere. The woman I spoke with assured me that they would do their best to make sure that I didnt have the same problem. Im happy to report that the gel polish was shaped perfectly, no bubbles, and is still on with no chips! They assured me that they would fix any problems if they arose (like fixing the polish) and were very kind. I will probably come here again!

    I get full sets when I can and always come in for fills when I keep up with my nails, they always do a great job and make sure you’re happy with the end product. I was going to a place across the street before I came here and they do not measure up to happy nails at all. Happy nails is my go to for the riverside area. Thanks for being great!

    I had a great experience with just a pedicure. The wait time was short to get in a chair then they got straight to work. The prices are in line with other nail shops. Im looking forward to trying out other services.

    I came in here for the first time today for a pedicure. When i walked in it was packed but Kenny was able to take me immediately so i didnt have to wait. The music playing is nice, the pedicure seat are super comfortable. Kenny was amazing! He rubbed my legs and feet so good i damn near fell asleep. 😁 he also painted my toes very well! I told him he has made a permanent client out of me! I would suggest coming here for sure. 👍

    Love Kim! Have been going to her for years. They always will fit me in last minute and do a good job. I have a nail place next door to my business that I can walk a few steps to but the customer service is awful. I will drive further to come to this place because of the customer service.

    My favorite nail shop in Jacksonville. Kim always does a great job. So when you go always schedule with Kim she’s awesome and she listens to what you need. Clean shop with friendly staff. They have a wide selection of colors and gels.Since COVID has hit and shops have re-opened this nail shop is trying to keep us protected with plastic screens in between the nail tech and the customer and plastic screens between customers when your getting your feet done. Since it has the convenience of having a Starbucks right near it, it makes my trips there even more enjoyable.And if I need to go grocery shopping there is a Publix in the same shopping area.
