    I have been coming to Image nails since 2016. I can always secure an appointment when needed as Julie and Jane are very flexible and will work with you. They are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that you are satisfied, and if you arent, they do whats needed to be done to correct it. I know there have been times when theyve been taken advantage of, but they take it with a smile. They will consult with you before they start working on you to make sure they can provide the services youre requesting. If they cant provide it, they will be honest with you and let you know. Ive never felt rushed during any of my appointments. The prices are very reasonable, the techs Julie and Jane are very courteous and professional..

    I have been going to Image Nails for 2 1/2 years. I started going there because my nail broke at work, and it was less than 1/4 mile from my job. The employees were very friendly, and the quality of the repaired nail was better than my other nails. I have not gone anywhere else since.

    Kieu has been doing my nails for years. I never have a problem with breaking. My nails last me a month. By far she uses the best product and maintains her clients for years. We are all like part of the family

    I have been going here for over a year now and I only trust Kelly with my nails in Jacksonville, she takes her time and does an excellent job, My nails never break, chip or crack. The first pic of my nails was done 4 weeks ago with no fill in, none of the stones came off, came in today with all nails still strong and got a fill in with the colorful tips. I have tried so many other places and they have all failed me in some type of way. This place is friendly, professional and takes appointments which I love. You have to try Image nails. Oh and Jen is amazing with my pedicure. A+

    Kelly is amazing!! The whole atmosphere of this place is so much better than any other salons I’ve been to in Jacksonville. Kelly took her time & made sure my nails were perfect. So much attention to detail. I will not go anywhere else now. Not to mention, their prices are great & they are super friendly in there! 10/10 & I LOVE my nails!!

    I had been looking for a good nail tech for a while when I found Julie. I am very picky and always get pink and white acrylic. Julie is great. By my second visit she knew just what I wanted and always does a great job. I get lots of compliments on how good my nails look. Jane does my pedicure and also does a great job. They are extremely nice and will adjust their schedules to come early or stay late to accommodate their customers. Best nail salon ever!

    I have been going here since 2019 and still going.. I will not go anywhere else.. Julie has always taken care of me by appointment and last minute. It feels good when you can walk in- sit down and trust her enough to tell her to do what she wants and she knows exactly what I would love..... I do feel the need to address a comment on here that someone made about Judy and Keli being rude so first of all the customer clearly doesnt their names and secondly, I was there the day this happened and when I tell you this is not what happened. This specific customer had been asked four times to not touch the paint as it wasnt dry- NOT ONCE BUT FOUR TIMES to NOT touch the drying paint. This lady is grown NOT a child. This doesnt even mention the times she changed her mind on the color. They werent rude they were matter of fact. IM sorry but there is a line you dont cross a customer. Be respectful and treat them kind.. This lady did neither... If I was them ( Image nails) I wouldnt want her back and if your friends/ family are anything like her DONT COME AND BLESS US WITH YOUR ABSENCE..... This customer was horrible

    Went to image nails to get pedi and my legs waxed. They were very busy, and informed me They could not fit me in that day, since it was so close to their closing time. However Kelly went out of her way (and by that I mean walked out of the store after I left and was heading to my car) to give me her business card and offer me a discount so I would come back. When I did, she did outstanding work, was very professional and friendly and the finish was impeccable. Would most definitely recommend , and will be coming back here from here on out .

    Kelly is amazing! She can pretty much do anything! She is very easy to talk to and very kind, she did exactly as I asked and spent extra time on shaping my nails perfectly.

    Super convenient. Its right across the street from my job. I normally schedule an appointment in the mornings as they are really busy in the afternoons. Im always in and out. My acrylic never lifts. And the acrylic lasts for about 4-5 weeks before needing a fill in.

    I love coming here. The service is GREATand so personal. Each customer has a name and tailored accordingly. They care about the health of your nails and they dont try to get money out of you. Love love love them. AND theyre funny 🤣

    Julie is AWESOME, she does your feet and hands with ease.... youre not going to be there long in her chair.JAN is just as good but she only does feet.Aleeah does your feet, hands with AMAZING designs, freehand, you name it she can possibly do it and you wont be in her chair long either. She also does lashes, shes THE BESTEST at it and that wont take long either, not even the re-filling session of your lashes.Kelly is GREAT at what she does HOWEVER, youll be there for a while, shes kinda slow but good at what she does. She does it all.... Hands, Feet, Brow, Brazilian, and its best you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with them all that will eliminate some of the waiting youll be doing at this place.Overall, theyre good, just make it a point to make an appointment!!!!!
