    Jasmine is amazing. My daughter had a vision for her christmas nails (we do our own nails so this is a big deal) and Jasmine made that vision a reality. This is definitely a hidden Gem in San Marco.

    Just had my nails done here for the first time. And it was, pun intended “hands-down”, the best experience I’ve ever had. The place itself is spotless, everyone there obviously loves working there, and the actually quality of my nails, and the suggestions given created a better experience than I’ve ever had at any other salon in my 44 years. A+.

    Let me tell you what, my mom and I got our nails done here, not only was the staff really nice but the acrylics I got have not come off, no lifting, nothin. And I am AWFUL with my nails, usually they break off sometime during the first week.

    Just moved to Jax and have had terrible experience with the nail shops here, as I’m from Georgia. This is the only place that has done my nails Justice lol . Came three weeks ago and my nails are still holding up. I tried to come in today for a fill in but they were super busy, so I went somewhere else. Already regretting that decision 😂😂🤦🏾‍♀️. I will be back here next month

    My sister frequents this nail salon often as a go-to and absolutely loves coming here due to their friendly nature, great service, & doing their best to accommodate, communicate, & check with you to make sure you are leaving with what you asked for. They are also very welcoming even if I wasn’t there to get my nails done. A little heads up that their English might not be smooth, but honesty & showing what you want goes a long way.I did not get my nails done here, however I decided to accompany my sister while she got her nails done and unfortunately witnessed a nightmare customer that I had only seen on tiktok as “Karens”. She walked in before my sister did.I heard her demand a refund & threaten that she was going to post a bad review (I already see her review from a day ago; initials J.C.) and report the business to the Better Business Bureau?? Even after the staff tried to calmly communicate and offer to fix her problem at least twice… but she adamantly refused and kept interrupting the poor nail tech.So here I am, defending this business & the poor quiet nail tech lady because I felt so bad for not speaking up against the Karen lady in the moment for her rude & unacceptable behavior as an grown adult.This lady storms in and was with her young daughter and was just out of line & acting extremely entitled. I wish I reacted fast enough to record her to post as evidence or on tiktok but I was just so dazed at her outburst & the ridiculous things she said.“God is here by my side as my witness”“I have brain cancer, I need this money back”“It’s my daughter’s birthday, you’re making her cry”“No, no, you need to stop interrupting ME!” as the lady proceeds to be the one interrupting & yelling in the nail tech’s face who was trying to calmly accommodate her??Sad to say, in the end the nail tech ended up just giving the lady her demanded refund IN CASH & upfront after the lady’s constant berating, entitled excuses, & deflecting any kind of communication or conflict resolution from staff. The nail tech said she was only refunding the money for the daughter who was clearly young & whose birthday it was; NOT because of the entitled parent who was setting an awful example for her child regarding conflict resolution.May God justly protect this business & any other business or staff from such unjust, Karen behavior. Just because a customer paid for a service & aren’t getting what they believe they deserve in their own mind. Sometimes the customer isn’t always right… but it doesn’t mean the staff or business is always in the wrong. Healthy communication to align on values & expectations goes a longggg way.Tip: Maybe try giving constructive feedback or don’t come back again after you receive what you believe to be sub-par service if you’re so unhappy instead of coming back to make other people feel how unhappy you are & making a huge scene?

    I’m 68 years old so I’ve had my very thin, easy to tear, flimsy nails done about 1000 times (literally , do the math) And I feel terrible upstaging “my girl” back home who does outstanding nails, pedicures, waxing, facials etc.But… I’ve got to share when I run across a “find”. Jasmine’s nails are hands down the best I’ve ever found. Her store is spotless, her staff is kind and personable, and… the best part. She’s fast.If I could drop my hands off to have my nails done, and pick them up later, I would! She doesn’t sacrifice quality for efficiency and I appreciate that. Such a great experience for an essential service I have on my calendar every two weeks.Highly recommend this salon.

    I love this place so much!! It is literally the only place I will go to get my nails and pedicures done. The people are friendly and kind and remember who you are and what your favorites are (they totally know I am a pink and sparkles girl!). Highly recommend. 15 out of 10 stars.

    I’ve been going to Jasmine for a few months now, and she’s definitely one of the best in the area (especially for those who love nail art)! Jasmine can pull off any design you bring her. Jasmine is quick and detail oriented, not to mention her and all the other girls are super sweet! The prices are very affordable as well. I’m so happy about her new salon opening, book an appointment now!!

    This salon is wonderful! Jasmine is great. My first gel manicure with her lasted 5 full weeks. She takes pride in her work and leaves you with healthy and beautiful nails.

    First time visiting this salon! The staff was amazing, so welcoming and helpful. I loved my nails…only issue is my gel manicure started lifting/peeling after just a week. I get gel manicures often and they typically last two weeks or more so I was a little disappointed and the bathroom was very dirty…other than that this is a great place!

    My girlfriend and I went in before a vacation. They took us in near closing time which was very kind of them. They ended up staying over closing time to make sure they didn’t miss anything and did not short us at all. The shop was really clean and pleasant. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Katie was fantastic! I would recommend her. I am not sure of the names who my girlfriend had but they were very good as well. She said it was her best mani/pedi she’s gotten. Definitely worth trying them out. Great location for San Marco and nearby residents.

    I just had a pedicure done! My girl that did mine was on point & perfect! Thats saying alot because I have had the best of the best around the world do this type of thing for me! I was so relaxed by the time I left, I was ready for a long, almost summer time nap! ~ Excellent! 💋
