    Shout out to Mindy! She was amazing, so friendly and thorough. My appointment did not feel rushed at all. She was meticulous in a good way. I could tell she genuinely cared about making my nails appear as flawless as possible (perfectly smooth, shaped, and filled) and they look great! I will definitely return here as a customer.FYI attached photos are taken over a day after my actual appointment.Update: Got my acrylics redone again months later and had someone else who was also 10/10 thorough. My nails look flawless (again)!

    I called while I was 30 minutes out, on a Wednesday afternoon, to see if they could take me for a dip manicure. Walked right in with no wait. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I tried chrome for the first time and Mia did a fantastic job! I specified that I like a thinner finish with rounded corners, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my specifications were met. She took her time and was very detail oriented, and I still made it out in exactly an hour. The color selection was also wonderful and prices were very reasonable. Thanks Yutaim team 😁

    I dont know what it is about Jax but its been super difficult to find a nail salon with consistently good service and outcome. Thank goodness I finally found Yutaim! Very pleased with my nails every time I leave and Elaine is great with her customers. EDIT: updating my review months later because I consistently have phenomenal experiences here. Elaines experience is evident and I cannot recommend her enough.

    I have been looking for a nail salon since I moved to Florida and I have finally found it! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, yet at the same time professional. Their prices are extremely fair! They dont try to over charge like many salons around do. If you make an appointment they keep it, youre not sitting for an hour wasting time. I cannot say anything bad about my experience! 10/10 would recommend :)

    I added a pic of what i asked for and what i got! it was only $60 and it came out so good. i had a guy and i do not know his name he was a good nail tech but when he was filing at the last part it kinda hurt but after that it was fine. the whole process took about a hour and i’m deff coming back.

    If I could give them 20 stars, I would!This is definitely the best salon locally in Jax, all of the staff are so sweet and as soon as you come in they all greet you! My nail came out absolutely stunning, I showed Ms.Mindy a picture of what I want it once when I first arrived, and she knew exactly what to do! She is very gentle and a sweethear!!. Ms.Cherry did my pedicure and she is the sweetest lady you’ll meet 🤍. Mr.Joey help me as well with my nails and he is very attentive also a sweetheart!Also, I had an accident with my nail and I went to get it fixed and they fixed it for me, and Joey even made sure that my other nail were good to go!☺️You will not regret your visit, I am officially making them my salon because they are just amazing. I can’t say that enough! 🤍Sweetest people I’ve met!🤍

    Owners are very nice , very soothing environment. I love how my nails turn out every single time. Conversations always open and welcoming weather I am the first customer of the day or the last. Long lasting , good quality material (SNS about 1 week-2weeks old).

    Savy and his wife Len are phenomenal, they are very professional and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. It is a very friendly atmosphere, they make you feel welcomed. They are very clean and do not reuse pedicure kits on other people to try and save money, unlike some other places Ive visited in the area.

    I’m loving my Puerto Rican/Cuban flag Nails right now and I’ve never had an issue anytime I’ve been there. I would definitely recommend this salon they do a great job.

    I had the BEST experience here. I am from NC and was nervous to try somewhere out of state but am SO GLAD I DID! It was quiet and calm, the owners were so kind, friendly and funny. I got SNS & pedicure, what took almost 2 hours felt like 2 minutes because I enjoyed it so much. I HIGHLY recommend them and WILL BE BACK!

    I want to start off by saying I am really picky about my nails. I chose this place because they had the best reviews. I came in thinking it would be my regular experience with nail salons, but boy was it different. From the very point where I walked in the door my experience was extremely personable! Im super picky about shape and technique but my nail tech was spot on! My nail tech payed a lot of attention to detail and did my nails exactly how I like them. I will definitely be back. I recommend this place to absolutely anyone.

    Just finished my many pedi, i went as a walk in and got immediately taken care of, the staff is so sweet and constantly asks if I was doing alright at each step. She did a fantastic nude ombree sns i wanted it to look like a natural nail and she did an awesome job making the nails feel and look great and she did a great pedicure. I honestly expected to be charged a lot more than 45$ for the ombre and 25$ for pedicure. It was very relaxing and tbe staff are so personable, and have a great sense of humor. Makes you feel like youre getting your nails done at home its so comfortable. My husband got to relax on the comfy chairs and casually sit with me to keep me company. It was nice they were so accommodating. Love them so far!

    This was my first time at Ann’s Nail salon and I had the pleasure of meeting Len and Savy. I am fairly new to SNS dip powder as this is my 2nd time getting it done and Len did an amazing job! Len is super attentive and makes sure they you are always comfortable while she was doing my nails. I highly recommend her and her business. Will definitely be visiting back again!

    Excellent place to go!!! We were here on vacation and wanted to get a mani/pedi and this place was clean, the staff was very nice and friendly, the quality of service was good, and the best part was they dont rush and they are very thorough. You will not be disappointed.

    I love this place. In all of my years getting my nails done I have never walked out of a place obsessed over the nails. Everyone was super friendly and nice. I had Nani and I can’t say enough good things about her. She took her time and really made sure everything looked awesome and that I was happy. The Hot Stone Pedi is amazing. She does amazing on acrylics also. If you want good quality and a great place Ann’s is it. I’ll be coming here till I leave Florida.

    I absolutely LOVE this place!!! Len and Savy are amazing and the best quality I’ve found in Jax! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years and I won’t go anywhere else! As for the reviews that are “hating”…Len and Savy are extremely busy and GREAT people! Obviously the negative reviews are by people who haven’t had any services done by them!

    Went for my first visit yesterday and I’m so glad I found this nail salon!!! The vibes are just different here, everyone is so friendly and nice! Nannie (not sure if I spelled that right) did my pedicure and she was a GEM!! So sweet and gentle the entire time!!!     Anns Nails is excellent! The owners are sweet people, youll definitely get a good laugh while youre there. They have good prices for SNS and pedicures. They take their time with each client, never making anyone feel like theyre rushing through for the next. Im personally very picky about my shape and length, they have never let me down.     Im so glad I called and took a chance on this salon. My tech was professional, meticulous and attentive. While we were talking, he impressed me with his philosophy of working and customer service. Be assured that if you make an appointment, you wont have to worry about a walk in usurping your time. While they do accept walk-ins, they wont over book themselves like every other shop Ive ever been to. I will definitely be back!!

    I love this place. My nail tech DJ is so awesome. He works hard to make sure your nails are perfect. He has a great personality, kind, funny and professional. I will not go anywhere else, unless DJ has to do my nails with 1 eye! I would still let him do my nails. Many continued blessings DJ and Ann.

    I have been going to this salon for a couple of months now and absolutely love them. I went on vacation and didn’t have time to get my nails done prior to leaving. No biggie, I just got them filled in while on vacay. Nope......never again will I make that mistake. The place I went to totally jacked my nails up and did a horrible job. I couldn’t wait to get back to have them fix it. I stopped in today (no appt) and Ann couldn’t squeeze me in but her brother was able to do my nails and he did an amazing job! I can’t even begin to tell you how relieved I am to have the quality and craftsmanship back in my nails. Customer service has always been great!I highly recommend Ann and DJ!

    Came to Ann’s Nails as a walk-in. DJ took care of me right away. He was fantastic! Got a pedicure and gel manicure. He even got the polish real close to the cuticle which I like! I hate when places don’t polish the whole nail. Very good experience and great conversation. Will definitely become my new regular nail salon!
