    I went last night and got the head spa treatment and it was amazing! Along with the scalp massage and hair treatments, they give you a facial, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage as well. The facials and masks they applied left my skin and face feeling rejuvenated and so clean!The staff and owner are so sweet and will make sure that you love your services and leave feeling refreshed. This was my first time receiving this service and I will definitely be going back again!

    Yesterday was the first time I went to Mandarin Nails. I had a headache spa with a complimentary facial cleanser. They did an amazing job. Tracey was very detailed, explained me everything they would do. She did an amazing job with the head spa, massage, wash. Everything there was amazing. The salon was very clean. The massage was great. I feel really good to have gone there and would definitely recommend anyone to get a head spa. Trust me you will enjoy it. I will be back soon Tracey.

    I have been coming here for 5 years. I moved an hour away, and i still come here.Definitely the best, longest lasting eyelash extentions, but now they have added a head spa. I only knew what that was from listening to them to talk about their trips to Vietnam. I was so happy when they added this service.Its like being transported to another dimension. Worth every single cent. I walked out of there like i was in a trance. My headache was gone, my scalp has never felt like that. Face and head massage, pressure points, full lymphatic draining. I felt like a different person. My skin was glowing, my hair felt fake it was so different. Amazing. You have to experience it!!These people are salt of the earth. I am so thankful to have known them for so long now.The head spa is an amazing addition to an already stellar salon. Go try it, because words really cant do it justice.

    Mandarin Nails is my favorite salon! They treat everyone like family. I have been going there for years! I get my pedicures, full sets with fancy designs, and lashes done there. Now they added an amazing head spa service and I really recommend it. I love this place!

    Guys this is the best salon that you will find in the area. The customer service is amazing and the job that will cost you double for nails and 30$ more for eyelashes will be just the same if not better. They will always work around your time and will go out of their way to make you happy. And last but not least, I came to fill in my eyelashes after 3-4 from my last fill in and I probably could have waited more time because they will make sure that you don’t have to come back soon, they will do everything possible to save you as much money as possible and still give you an amazing job as if you went to a very very expensive salon. Loan is amazing for nails and Tracy is amazing for eyelashes. And if you guys pay attention to how apologetic they are and willing to fix a problem that people wrote about on bad reviews is amazing. Because usually people try to find excuses and even pretend like the customer doesn’t exist in their data base or they don’t them but manadarin salon will always be apologetic and will always fix whatever the customer feels like was done not to their standard. Tracy the owner will always work with you and even give you her personal number if you need to have it to be seen as soon as possible. I also read that people think that they treat people of color or other people different but that is so not true. I’m not a person of color but I am Russian and because of the war I have been feeling that people have been judging me and treating me different. Never have I ever felt like that here.     This was my 2nd time going here and if I could give a 10 star review, I would!! I was so tired of going to random salons and was never happy with the final look of my nails.     Love the artistry of my nails. Timmy is the nail artist I go to at this location. I do recommend to make an appointment. This is my third visit back to have Timmy do my nails and I am happy every time. Usually I get gel but this time I got pink and white powder.

    BEST PEDICURE IN JACKSONVILLE!!!Background: Im military and my boots tend to do a number on my nails. I was a walk-in and only had to wait 5 minutes!!! SUPER FAST SERVICE.Atmosphere: Very clean, happy employees, small business family and friends, loyal customer base. Everyone i spoke to recommended comming back as they do.Experience: They not only fixed me up with one of the best pedicures, but I got a leg massage while the chair massaged the rest. They took there time, I felt like Loyd Christmas walking in. All the dead skin was taken care of. Seriously, the best pedicure Ive had in 19 years. I left with feet I almost didnt recognize. I didnt want to put my socks back on. Next time, Im bringing fresh socks. I would give 10 stars if I could.

    Service was excellent. Brought in a picture of what I wanted and he did not fail and the lady that did my feet was really nice and helpful even gave me some at home tips for for my feet. I also got my eyebrows done and facial wax by her and must I say Im loving it. If I could I would have left them all tips. Most definitely will be seeing them again

    This was my 1st time here. I was skeptical at first because I had bad experiences in other places but Tracy made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job, she took her time, listened to everything I asked for and was very patient with me as I am very picky lol. Overall, I was satisfied since i get solar nails (colored acrylic). Oh and the other staff are great as well, very friendly. Thank you!

    I’m from New York and when I moved to Jacksonville I realized that Russian manicure that I usually got in Brooklyn cost here double than what it cost in New York. Basically in anew York Russian manicure is from 40-60$ and here it’s from 80-100$. I’m so glad I found mandarin nails because not only are they amazing at what they do but their customer service is beyond amazing. They will always work around your time and if you need to be Seen today or tomorrow for emergency and they are booked which is what happens most of the time, they will call their customers and try to see if they can move time around to fit you in but at the same time, they will make sure everyone are happy. Also their manicure and eyelashes are much better jn price as per my example on the top but the work is same as if it cost double the price. I will try to upload a picture of my manicure today so you can see what 40$ will get you. You will not regret coming here I promise.

    Omgosh I just found this place because I got my hair cut (6”) & then I TRIED to ORDER a LYFT &/or UBER, while waiting I noticed THEIR sign, so I called them, No appointment needed, come on in! NOW once in & seated, THEY had me in soak mode while waiting!The chair massage was FABULOUS then JON showed up, GREAT ARMS I mean GREAT HANDS, I got the OPI pedicure with 10 minutes of REFLEXOLOGY & let tell You, Jon made it worth the wait!They didn’t have my FAVORITE OPI color (California Raspberry) so I tried CAJUN SHRIMP, what do You think?!?!Spent 31/2 hours there but I also had my eyebrows waxed & tinted along with getting my eyelashes tinted!When I cked out they gave a frequent visitor card thing, BuY 10 get one FREE (pedicures)

    Amazing service and Lisa gave the best foot and leg massage ever. I’m new to the area and this was my 5th nail shop (they’re plentiful in this area) and either the service was good and the customer service bad or opposite. So it was nice to walk in and be treated good get an amazing service and be able to put in my ear buds and woosahhhh without the technician telling me a sob story for a bigger tip. I’ll most definitely be going back!!!

    Tram is super sweet and took her time, making sure my eyebrows were perfect! Ive been getting my nails done here for over 2 years... I refuse to go anywhere else as the whole shop has great people who take VERY good care of their clients. Ive not had 1 bad experience here. I take advantage of most of their services and always leave there very happy. 10 stars!!!

    We just moved to the area and this is the fourth mail salon I’ve tried in the four months we’ve been here. I am very impressed! Large pedi menu and all are reasonably priced. Tina was thorough and I’m thrilled with how my toes turned out. They even offer a reflexology add on which I haven’t seen anywhere. I will definitely be back!

    Best nail and spa place Ive been to ive been to in Jacksonville, Fl. Outstanding service! You will get treated like the queen you are! They also offer wine and drinks as you get pampered! Tracey and her sisters are friendly, caring and very professional! I love them! My nails, facials, and foot spa are always a wonderful and relaxing experience! I love the massage chair! My face and feet are always left soft and feels amazing! Tracey honestly does the best eyebrow jobs, whether you want it arched or tattooed on!

    I felt very comfortable in the salon. Tran explained everything and she matched the color perfectly for my micoblading and shading on my brows. I am very conservative but Tran assured me the shape she chose would work for me and now I get compliments everywhere I go. I feel very confident now and I plan to visit Mandarin Nails again when it is time for a touch- up.Tiffany

    The women working here are very nice and pay great attention to detail. I got a natural set, microshading on my brows & I am in love with it. They also have the best prices Ive seen on this side of Jacksonville. I will definitely be a frequent customer!

    This is my second time here and I love it! I called and asked if they could take two pedicures and they told me to come on in. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. There are so many nail salons in Jax so it was hard to find the right one for me. Mandarin Nails has become my top favorite! I will definitely be coming here for now on!

    I used to go to this shop before the new owners took over. It used to be just a place to get your nails done . Now you can have so much more taken care of . The new owners have done a wonderful job redecorating this shop. They also do so many different things. I just had my nails done but I wish I couldve spent the whole afternoon there. I think Im going to have to get another job. I love this place.

    Great nail place. I just went today for the Signature Organic Pedicure which is over an hour and $50. Since I couldnt find prices or a menu I took pictures of it today for you all. My nail tech was named Wyn; she really took her time and gave me the nicest scrub, lotion and hot stone massage Ive ever had. Very strong hands. Offered me drink of water, soda or wine of which I accepted a Sprite. Well worth the money as it was a very relaxing experience. For a very reasonable $30 they offer a classic pedi which includes pumice stone, callous treatment, scrub exfoliation, lotion massage, cooling gel with hot towel finish. Impressive for the price. In a hurry? Try the $22 express pedi. It includes nail grooming, pumice stone, scrub exfoliation and lotion massage. They do impressive eyelash extensions as well. The owner does an amazing job. I wont go anywhere else again. Hope you find this review helpful!

    The place is very a well managed upscale nail salon. You sign in on a kios/computer screen and prepay for service. The staff is very friendly n professional. You can get a glass of wine, or coffee or tea. They had a special Mani/Pedi classic combo for $35.00. Great price!!!

    I got my lash extension here last April 15, I have had lashe extension from New York to California and I have to say hands down this is best place and best price. My extension feel completely real ,I dont even feel it. I completely forget I have them on. She did and amazing job, I will never go anywhere but here and she speaks good English so u can communicate with her.. This place has so many different high end services but not high end prices..Omce you go and check it out, you will know what I mean..hope this helps..
