Mary did a great job: I went in without and appointment for sns dip and they were quick to sit me down and make me feelwelcomed as this was my first time there. She helped me pick out a color and made sure I was happy with the nail color, shape, etc. Will definitely be going back.

I’ve been coming to Matrix Nails for over a year and the service is quick and efficient every time! I make sure to book with Tony- he is always so kind and professional and makes sure to get me right. There have been a few times when I don’t book an appointment ahead of time and I’ll call in and Helen will accommodate me with a time that same day. Overall, i am very pleased and so thankful to have found such a great nail salon.

Absolutely perfect SNS nails. Photos are day-of and 2 weeks after. No chipping or scratching except for a small spot on my left thumb (in picture) they have only grown out! By far the best experience yet. Highly recommend for quality and friendliness!!

The nail technician that provided my manicure was outstanding! My nails turned our Amazing tonight. The salon offers a comfortable and clean restroom facility, equipped with amenities such as hand sanitizers or lotion. Can’t say enough good things about Matrix Nails! As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best manicures I have had in a long time.

Best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Loi normally takes care of me, and he always does an amazing job. He’s super consistent, and I literally never have to worried about what they are going to look like. They are always perfectly done. Helen the store owner is the sweetest woman you will ever meet. She’s done my nails a few times as well, and she is always so precise. I’ve been going here for about 6 months now, and wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!

I love going to Matrix Nails! I have been going for about two years and have never had a complaint. Helen is always happy to see you and greets you with a smile. If I have an appointment, she never lets me wait and will start the process if my nail tech is busy. The nail tech I go to is Tony and he always goes the extra mile to make sure my nails look perfect and last long. Definitely recommend!!!

I have been coming to Matrix nails for over 5 years and now some of my girlfriends come here too! Helen, the owner, is always such a friendly face and makes scheduling appointments so easy. Loi does my nails and is excellent. I receive so many compliments on them. He is also very quick which is very nice! Mary does an excellent job on pedicures. Love Matrix Nails!

I’ve been coming to this place for about three years now ! It’s the only nail salon I will go to anymore . They are always so kind in there and get me what I want and how I want in a quick manner . Helen makes sure things go smooth and always check on you during your visit to make sure things are going good! I always come see tony when he is available since I’m his regular , but I would recommend any of the employees to anybody they are all great in here !-Debbie 😁

Love love love this place! They are always so sweet & customer service is wonderful!! They remembered me after my first time going and they make you feel great! My nails always look perfect after going here, would definitely recommend! I get my nails done with Helen, and my mom goes to Lee, they are both wonderful!

I went in before they were gonna close and they were very nice and assisted me with patience. The girl who was painting my nails did a very nice job and she wasn’t feeling too well that day either but she was very professional and kind when doing them, making sure I was comfortable and everything. The place was clean and well organized. Overall very satisfied with my nails, service and price. Will come here again for sure.

This is seriously the best nail place I’ve ever gone to. Usually at other places my nails chip or peel within a week but here my nails stay nice for almost a month. I only end up taking off the polish because my nails have grown out so much since they last so long. The manager Helen is the sweetest and everything is quick. I never spend a while waiting or hours to get my nails done like at other places. I always make the drive to come here because it’s worth it!

I have used both appointments and walk-in service, and it doesn’t matter which nail tech I see, I receive consistent, great service. I drive past no less than 10 nail shops on my way there, but they keep earning my business. Helen and her team are the best!

#1 nail salon in Jacksonville!!!Helen and the staff are absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t trust anybody else with my nails and feet. Helen offers a loyalty card and after so many visits you receive a discount. It definitely helps considering I go every two weeks. The staff will keep you laughing and smiling your entire visit. 😊😊😊😊

Matrix is probably one of the best salons in town. They have amazing prices, flexible hours, theyre quick yet accurate and spot on with their work. Ive never had a bad experience or bad nail day since switching to Matrix over 2 years ago. If I break a nail they take me right away and fix it without charging. Matrix is run and operated by some of the sweetest people you will ever meet - Helen is the sweetest lady ever and genuinely cares about her customers as do all the nail techs. Ive had almost all the nail techs work on my nails and Ive never once had a complaint - theyre all around the absolute best and work with whatever you want. Ive never been to a nail salon where they joke around with and actually talk to you, but at Matrixs its the exact opposite! I definitely recommend this salon to anyone, any budget and any location. My friends in Jax beach cross the ditch (literally so far out of their way) just to go to Matrix.

They get super busy on Saturdays - so I would suggest that you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I absolutely LOVE this place. Lee is amazing - does my brows and nails timely and yet, I feel no rush and they ALWAYS look awesome. I dont live near here any longer but I still make the drive because its worth it. Everyone in there is great and I totally recommend going so you can pick you favorite technician. :) I have been to so many other salons and it was always a bust.... Ive learned my lesson and Ill keep coming back. We have a 4 year relationship. And I intend to keep it up!!!

I asked for a acrylic full set and Helen, at the front, offered me a gel acrylic full set, told me it was better bc the polish stays on better and it lasts longer. I had Kim do my nails and she was very nice. Took an hour and i was very pleased.

Best nail salon experience Ive had in Jax (or possibly ever)! Friendly and patient from the moment I walked in, they helped me pick a color/design for my nails and explained the difference between options (pink and white vs acrylic vs gel). My pedicure was relaxing and softened my very dry feet; manicure was efficient with the dryer built into the table so I didnt have to sit at the end. Also had my brows waxed and they look exactly how I wanted - cleaned up but not too thin. I saw the same level of customer service and quality being given to men and women of different ages and races and was pleasantly surprised by the INCREDIBLE value. I walked out with a gel mani, pedi, and wax for under $50. Definitely my new ride or die salon.
