Im extremely satisfied with my service! Tina was my nail tech and she was incredibly nice. I like my nails thin and she followed my instructions. She was very careful and attentive with her technique.I’m definitely coming back. After so many bad experiences with other nails spas, I can finally say I found the one! I’m coming back here, 5 years later to say I STILL LOVE THIS PLACE!! Even thru different ownership changes over the years, the quality of work you get here is unmatched. I recently moved over a hour from the salon and made a huge mistake in trying a place closer to my new home. Never again. It is worth the drive, it is worth the money and it is worth the time to have quality nails.love love love!!!! I absolutely will not go to anyone else for my nails again. Ive had my nails done at numerous places around town and have spent thousands of dollars over many years and by far this is the first place Ive been to where it is worth every single penny I spend. Hannah, Ken and the entire staff are absolutely beyond amazing. Hannah is fantastic at creating the look I want every time I go in there. The quality of work and attention to detail is unmatched. And I am truly hard on my nails so I usually have them break or crack at some point! I have no mercy on them!! I have yet to have to go back to utilize the offer to repair a nail if it breaks within 2 weeks, but Im glad to know it is there if I ever needed to!! I cannot say enough about this place!! Ive never found a great nail girl, I now I have found her in Hannah!!!

The entire staff is so welcoming and friendly!! Scheduling is super easy with plenty of availability. Most importantly, Hannah is amazing at nails. She is always ensuring that I’m satisfied with my nails. Everything is always clean and sterile, which is definitely a plus during the pandemic. Also if you break a nail, they’ll fix it for free. 10/10!

I’ve been a regular at Meticulous nails now for over a year now and they never disappoint! Ken is amazing and he takes the time to know his clients style and personality when it comes to nail designs. All of their staff is so welcoming and happy to help with anything! MJ always helps me in choosing the right colors I am feeling at that moment. Hannah their other nail tech is also amazing and has always helped me in getting my nails prepped for Ken and her clients always seem happy to see her. If you are new to the area or just looking for a new nail salon you should give them a shot they truly know what they are doing. I do want to let you know due to COVID they have been pretty booked the past few weeks so you might want to call a week or two ahead to get your spot.

Previously I had had a poor experience at another nail salon, and I was very nervous going in, but let me just say- this place is phenomenal!!! My nail tech was named Jimmy (handsome fellow with slicked back hair and a goatee) and I highly recommend asking for him when you arrive. He had asked me questions about designs or details, but I only wanted long black coffin nails. I really appreciated him asking though, because that showed they were prepared to work their magic for whatever you want!Jimmy was very quick and efficient, making quick work of everything while keeping the quality of his work high. My nails look perfect and I’m typically not used to service this good.. I tipped well, trust. I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you guys🥺💅🏽✨

I love this salon so much! Every time I’ve been in has been such a wonderful experience, so relaxing, and amazing results. I’ve brought my little sisters as well, and they have always had a good time. I always get quick service even when I walk in as opposed to making an appointment. I go out of state for college and I have been to multiple salons while I was away, and I can’t find one anywhere as great as meticulous nails.

After a recent move to Jacksonville, I searched for a new nail place -- and this is it! All of the staff are incredibly friendly, detail-oriented, and so attentive to your wants. When I came in with a specific idea, Tina showed me what it would look like on an acrylic first before trying it on my actual nail, which was so helpful! Prices are incredibly reasonable, too. Highly recommend!

Jimmy did an awesome job on my nails, it was definitely my favorite set i’ve ever gotten. Great service, he gave me a light and something to prop my hands on top of to take my own pictures, and also constantly asked my mother & I if we wanted water. A lot of salons really don’t care how you leave their salon, but Jimmy cared about how the nails came out & he was very gentle with me.

Ive been looking for a new nail salon for a few months now. Today, I found my place. I called and was able to get an appointment right away. I was greeted as I walked in, and everyone was so pleasant. Grace was awesome. The pedicure was AMAZING! Grace then did my nails. I asked if she could fix my nails from the last place I tried and was dissatisfied with. Not only did she fix them, but she made them look so beautiful and listened to what I wanted. I will be back! Excellent nail salon, friendly staff and clean facility. There are numerous options for a pedicure and each one is more elegant than the last one. I chose the citrus one that included a 15 minute hot stone massage. The pricing is reasonable. I had signed up for gel polish but was told my other polish from a month ago held up really well so gel wasnt necessary. Happy they didnt try to upsell me, they were honest. The music selection was calming and at the right volume. The massage chair was a blessing, it worked and worked well. Everyone wore their mask and you are asked to wash your hands upon entering.Very easy to book your appointment online and they took me in right away. I will be back to visit every time in in town for a visit. I booked with Hannah and was very pleased. Thank you for an excellent visit and experience.

By far the best nail salon I have ever been to. They are super friendly and personable. Not only that, they have high quality. They take their time with each patient and are not rushed when more customers come through the door. They ensure the shape, length, and color is what you want, allowing you to voice your opinion on any changes you need. Im not one to post reviews but this place I will say is hands down 5 stars and wish I could visit more (unfortunately do not live in town). Ken, Hanna, Lily, and MJ give the absolute best service Ive seen. Set an appointment and discover it or yourself!

One of the nicest & cleanest nail shops I’ve been to. The staff are so kind and definitely get your monies worth! The pedicures are absolutely relaxing and several options for scents and scrubs. With the pandemic, they take extra care to sanitize and even the wax isn’t recycled. For nails they use the dip powder and a fresh set every time, which I prefer since I get clear nails.

Today I went in to get my nails done. Hannah was extremely patient with me and did an excellent job on my nails. I was very indecisive and I felt like both she and Tye went above and beyond. Hannah tried the color on one nail before we did the whole set. She did this twice before I committed to a color. Yesterday and today Tye also worked very hard to help me pick the right color. She did a great job with excellent recommendations. After it was all said and done I loved my nails. These women are fabulous! I will be going again!

I was searching for a salon that would be my new regular spot. I have been looking for months, each place I tried just wasnt cutting it, until now! The moment I walked in I immediately felt like a friend! The owner and his family were so friendly and accommodating. They gave an honest estimate for the wait. Nothing drives me more nuts than being told 10 mins and it ends up being 30! Hanna did a fantastic job on my nails. A beautiful gel manicure. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and enjoy my pampering. Wine, water, a fan when I got hot and all around great conversation! I am looking forward to coming back for a pedicure! Give them a try, great staff, beautiful work, fairly priced and just all around good people.

I truly dont understand the 2 people with the 1 star. This place is by far head and shoulders above any nail salon Ive been to. Their attention to details, their graciousness and friendliness is to be commended. I love all the powdered and gel colors they have to offer. As far as I live from this shop, the drive is worth it. Ive had Ty, Lily and Hannah and would definitely recommend anyone of them. See you guys again in 3 weeks.

I dropped in for the first time about 1 week ago on a whim. Need less to say I was very impressed with the ocerall atmosphere and level of service received. Hanna did a wonderful job on my finger nails and Lily did a phenomenal job on my much neglected feet. And one of the best things about the place is the product used.....it does not have that strong chemical smell most nail salons have. I will definitely return and recommend to my family and friends.

I’ve had Hanna do my nails twice now, once as a walk in and once as an appointment. I was greeted immediately, offered a beverage, and felt genuinely welcomed both times. As a walk in, they were pretty busy but they got to me less than 10 minutes after I walked in. As an appointment, I was seen immediately. I got SNS on my natural nails both times and each appointment lasted about an hour. Hanna did my nails perfectly both times and I’ll be requesting her from now on!

I just came in by chance and so glad I did. The staff was welcoming from the minute I came through the door. They make you feel completely comfortable. I got gel pedicure and dipping on nails and I have to say I have been to many different nail salons and I have finally found THE ONE!!! From the milk and honey jelly pedicure, to white wine, to foot massage and conversation...absolutely amazing. Thank you guys.

My experience was GREAT! I was offered wine, water, and soda when I arrived. I called ahead and set an appointment and Lilly honored my time. She was ready for me, so I didn’t have to wait. I got the basic pedicure and they had a large selection of polish colors. The service was 5 star! I would recommend this salon to anyone wanting to relax and have 5 star treatment. Tucked away in the Mandarin area of Jacksonville, there sits this dainty nail salon. Meticulous Nails is a wonderful salon that offers a bit of fun along with relaxation. I enjoy getting a pedicure in the massage chairs. They have many different types of pedicures, I would recommend the detox (make sure you dont have to be to work after, super relaxing). My daughter and I followed our nail tech from 2 other locations to this little gem. This salon uses the dip powder, stickers, foil transfers, hand-crafted nail art, amazing nail art! If you have a design that you find online, they can recreate it. If you want a relaxing, fun time with great nails, I highly recommend this salon.

Honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever had. I came with a friend who raves about this place. I got the citrus honey pedi and it was incredible. The hot stones and massage were very relaxing. They set a timer for the massage so you know your massage is as long as the menu says it will be. The products are amazing too. The staff is wonderful and I will be back for sure!!

There was little to no wait time but they definitely had a pretty good crowd in there, which goes to show they work very efficiently!! I love that! Also, I told Ken what I like and he excelled at completing the job! Not only that, my nails still look just as good as the day I got them done and it’s now 16 days later!!! Hannah is amazing! She is incredibly intricate and is a perfectionist when it comes to the finished product. For years I have stuck to black gel polish or a French manicure particularly due to my indecisive nature but mostly because I never trusted my manicurist to be honest about color. I trust Hannah, she will sift through the color choices with me and help me change it up. I get a different color ever time now, which may not seem like a wow factor to most, but for me its a huge change. Thank you Hannah!
