Omg love how my nails turned out first time at the salon and I got acrylic black tip short and she was amazing, took her time to make sure everything looked great the only thing I wanted to critique is the rewards program they took down my number but never texted for to sign up. Just finished having the BEST pedicure I think I have ever had! Decided to give Million Nails & Spa a try after moving back into the area and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by John who was absolutely the nicest and most accommodating person. He offered me something to drink and gave me the menu of services and I chose the Hot Stone Pedicure which ended up being well worth the price ($50). John took his time with every part of the pedicure and then when I couldnt decide on a color (I did get gel which was $15) he helped me with that as well until I found something I really liked. My legs felt great when I left and my toes are beautiful! All in all I spent $65 and left him a great tip because he was awesome! I will definitely be back! Highly recommended 🙂

My Wife and I have been coming here for years. Sovie has been doing my pedicures for 5 years. Her attention to detail is unmatched. She uses the right amount of pressure making it an enjoyable experience. Elaina takes care of my wife’s nails and does an amazing job. She provides a very creative and professional look every time. She listens closely to what my wife wants and does her best to get it right the first time. We will be coming here for years to come.

My nail tech is new to the salon from Miami. I asked him questions to get to know his history. Long story short, hes been doing nails for over 20 years. He took his time and did my nails exactly how I asked with no attitude. These pictures are a week old. I love going here because if youre getting your nails and toes done, theyll do them at the same time! Not a lot of places do that. I moved from this side of town years ago. I had been going to them for over 6 years when Cindy was working there. Got off of work and the place I now go to, who do great work as well, couldnt take me. Went in on A FRIDAY afternoon. Was immediately tooken care of! They are pricy, yes, but worth every penny! Great atmosphere!

I came into Million Nails to use a gift card I reviewed for my birthday in December 2020 from my brother and sister-in-law. I asked for a pedicure on the day I walked in. I was serviced by Nhi! I absolutely love her attentiveness to the needs of my toe nails. My two big toes had medical issues that I was treating based on advice from a physician. I explained to Nhi what was going on and she has paid extra attention to those toe nails every since. Here we are, just over a year later, and I trust her to always give me the best pedicure experience. I only come, maybe once every 6-8 weeks, but each time I do, she provides the same great, quality service. I highly recommend her!

I have a different nail spot BUT they were booked up AND my bf really wanted my nails done. I had an older gentleman and he really took his time. I usually have super stylized nails and i was afraid to go in with a really hard request so i picked a moderate set. They turned out nice. What he couldnt do someone else did. I would go back. Always a great experience when I come..been here a few times in the past few years and always the same great service. Extremely kid friendly as well. It was hard to find a place to take my daughter who would let a technician do her nails without sitting on my lap. And being able to sit in a chair just made for kids when getting a pedicure made it even better for you. Thank you for providing excellent service.

This was my first visit to Million Nails & Spa and was very pleased. It was very busy when I walked in but I was immediately greeted and within no more than 3 minutes, I was seated and ready to get started. Tom was my technician and he did a great job! He was personable and professional. I will definitely ask for him next time! I was there at the end of the day so they were beginning to clean. Wow! I was so impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned and sanitized. It was clear that they take pride in their work. Definitely give them a try and ask for Tom.

Been coming here for two years. Alwaysssss love my nails. My pedicure is always relaxing and beautiful! Sophia is the BEST in the building!I will say this….the PRICE IS THE PRICE! I always feel horrible when I’m there for the staff because there’s ALWAYS someone arguing about the prices. You get what you pay for! They do an amazing job here and it’s definitely worth it when the outcome is always perfect. But never the less there’s always some idiot complaining and making a scene. So if you go….make sure you know the price up front before sitting down. And I know first hand that if you aren’t happy ….they WILL fix it for you. The best nail salon in JAX!

Finally! This is the best nails nearby me. A nail spa close to home that is definitely worth every penny! I went to Million Nails & Spa a couple of weeks ago because I was in desperate need of a manicure. When I walked in, the place was very nice and clean. It was as though a cleaning crew just blew through the place. It has that welcoming spa smell too! I was already feeling that I would have good customer service.

Love it! This is by far the most beautiful work and relaxing spa I have been to in years. The entire staff is always most attentive and super friendly. The atmosphere is peaceful, calm, relaxing. Plus, they have an incredible array of specialty pedicures and a nice selection of beverages (water, tea, wine, mojito etc). No odd smells since all of the services are natural. Just an all-around lovely place, upscale yet comfortable and cozy.

My first time going to Million Dollar Nail Spa was this past New Year’s Eve. DEMI was my mail tech and I was very impressed with her quality of work and the time she was able to complete a full set of coffin nails in about 40 minutes! They were extremely busy and the gentleman who opened the shop was very professional and took care of the heard of the customers in a timely fashion. I noticed all of the customers were happy and were satisfied all around me. This is by far the best experience I’ve had in a nail shop considering I do nails myself. I was so impressed with DEMI that I will be taking a break from doing my own nails for a while and will be returning to this nail shop. Thank you for existing!

I have always passed by and wanted to check them out. I have a bachelorette party this weekend out of town and after work I decided to check them out. When I stepped in, the place was busy and packed. Yet I was able to be seen and cared for right away. My technician name was Tina and she was amazing!!! I got the deluxe manicure & pedicure with a full leg wax. Again...she was amazing. I accidentally dropped my polish color on the floor and it spilled everywhere. Tina was concerned about getting the color off of me and my shoes while I was more worried about the color drying on the tile...lol...again amazing. During my wax, she was very professional and very detailed. I was happy with my results and pleased with the services. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the double dipping of the wax. Yet I was still satisfied with my service. For walk-in, good service, and decent pricing... Ill give it 5 stars plus tip for Tina!!! Thanks for the service Tina. I will see you next time.

I live around the corner from here and have been going here for years...Ive never seen the reviews before! While Ive had some experiences that havent been as stellar as others (such as a rushed pedicure), Ive never had a bad experience. I would say, use your common sense. Yes, you go to a nail salon to relax, but, like any business, such as a restaurant, you know when peak-hours are. If they are busy, you cant seriously expect youll get the same service vs arriving at an earlier time or on a different day. I can guarantee the princesses leaving reviews likely went close to closing time, or at peak-hours. Do yourself a favor and honestly give them a fair shot-I love this establishment and based on the fact that if you DO go on a weekend or during lunch hours...they are always packed, meaning the reviewers on here are just looking to bring down a healthy business that DOES treat their customers well, and the technicians here do great work. Salons are basically working in hospitality and tips are not just expected, they are necessary, and maybe they are fast but isnt that a good thing? Fast and efficient? And they always ask me if I like what theyve done or what they are doing and Ive had a few comments in the past and you know what-they always fix anything I have an issue with. Speak up! And a note to them being packed..Ive even been on packed days and Ive always been seen in less than 10 minutes.Ive never had a better manicure or a pedicure, and Ill continue going there. If I ever do, sure, Ill update my review but its been about 5yrs so I think a solid 4 star is perfect based on service and price. Go and see for yourself :)

I just went in about 30min ago and had the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I got a gel nail with length added for only $40. Thats as much as Ive paid for a basic nail painting at other salons. I picked a color and he checked to make sure I wanted the color before starting. He was very nice and thanked me for coming. I dont make much and to be able to get my nails done at such an inexpensive price was amazing. I will definitely be back!!!

Was visiting out of town and thought I’d check out a salon in the area and managed to find this one. Anna took care of my manicure/pedicure service and was the sweetest. :) Everyone was super inviting and made me feel comfortable. I was greeted immediately with a smile too! The service wasn’t rushed at all which made the experience even better. I hate going to places where I feel like I am an inconvenience. If I’m ever in Florida again, this place would be my go to!!

This place is awful , the guy ripped me off so bad. I wanted coffin nails and he said $45 the last time I went and go the same shape it was $30. I shouldve just walked out but I didnt. Instead I got square shape and he said $40. on their website it says $25+. my friend went there the same day and got coffin nails for $30. this place is absolutely horrible. I DO NOT recommend this made me really mad. if your in the area I recommend Lotus Nails. They are so much better. I will never ever come to this place again.

Michelle is the best. Im diabetic and my feet are sensitive. She is incredibly gentle. I have also found that I dont like the drill on my ginger nails. She use a technique that is pain free and my nails do not break. Love Michelle and would be willing to wait just to see her.

Henry does an amazing job every time without fail. My pink and white nails look good and he takes his time to make sure Im satisfied each time. Im always offered a beverage when I sit down and his bedside manner is great! Plan on going there for as long as Henry is there!

The only reason i’m giving it 5 starts is because of MICHELLE. if Michelle didn’t work here, i would never go to this place. i got my nails done here and the guy messed them up really bad. they were uneven and not cute. then i asked for a refund but they would not give me my money back but they would “fix them” for free but there was NO WAY to fix what the guy did, i got SNS powder and fake nails, they told me they would not take the whole set off bc i would have to pay again which is stupid. so i requested for Michelle and she gave me EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED with no charge. she pretty much payed for them. but Michelle is the best, she’s super funny & sweet ❤️

I absolutely love, love, LOVE my nail tech, J.T.!! Hes a beast with the nails!! Im so serious. I was hesitant to leave a review because I didnt want his clientele to increase making it challenging to get an appt (yes Im selfish). Im sure all through these reviews youll see his name quite a few times because hes just that bad (in a good way). Especially with the pink/white gel.

Noticed that the place is under a new management! They have excellent customer service and provide top notch service. The price is reasonable and my technician did a great job on both my manicure and pedicure. Definitely will be back!
