    Had my first visit today with this shop and was pleased with my visit. Mrs Grace and her husband was able to put me in a same day appointment . Both were very welcoming, nice, polite and funny. I enjoyed talking to both of them .He was able to shape and fix my nails without no cuts or burns on my cuticles and nail beds before she did my design. Mrs Grace took her time into putting in the design on my nails and out did the picture I showed her. She was able to put her own twist into the design. I can tell she loves what she does, and is passionate about it doing nails. It hard to find people like that these days at nail shops. During the visit theyd made sure I was happy with what I wanted....and I was. 😁👌. I will definitely be back for my next filling with them.

    I can’t be more happy! I just had the best experience here with Grace as my nail tech and she does incredible work! She was so kind, skilled, knowledgable and informative about the different types of nail gel, polish, acrylic etc. I personally got poly gel which Grace explained to me is a mix of acrylic and gel polish that feels so light weight compared to getting acrylic but is still structural so I could get a nice length! This is the first time in years that I’ve had my nails done and I don’t think I’ll be able to stop now! I am so in love! One more thing to add - Grace took her time and used every trick in the book to make sure all of my nails were the same length and perfectly shaped I’ve never had such great treatment in my history of getting my nails done! Can you tell I’m a fan lol!

    This place is amazing!! After being disappointed at my old place 3 times in a row I decided to check out Modern Princess. To say the least, I think I have found my forever nail spot! Grace did an amazing job on my Valentines nails. She is so talented! The place is clean, everyone is welcoming, prices are great! You will not be disappointed.

    We have tried multiple nail salons and none of them have ever did an outstanding job, until now! Grace was amazing and did my daughters nails exactly how she wanted, she even added in her own little touches that made her nails better than she could have ever imagined. We have found our forever nail salon :) We have already recommended many people to go to Modern Princess for their out of this world nail designs!

    I found modern princess after another salon rudely told me they were too busy (at 11:30am on a Tuesday). It was a very clean and relaxing environment to be in and everyone there was so polite and professional. Dat did a fantastic job on my nails and was so nice to talk to. He paid attention to detail and was mindful of the time. I will definitely be back!Update:I went back and had just as great of an experience. Grace did a wonderful job on my nails (grey w/ jewels) and her and her husband were so welcoming and kind.Update #2:Grace and Yin continue to do amazing work- this is the only place I’ll go now. Such a great environment and team🥰

    This place is such a wonderful hidden gem! My 4 year old son & I came in as a walk-in client on a Saturday and they immediately made accomodations to take us right away!!! Not only that but the owners are the absolute kindest husband and wife combo... I love that I can support their small business and cant wait to return! Thank you for the beautiful nails, I have been getting so many compliments and my son is already excited to go back for his pedicure again!

    I am very pleased with the service we received here! I got dip nails with tips for the first time ever, and it was an easy and pleasant process with Grace. They look fabulous, and Im happy with how they feel. My daughter got a gel manicure and pedicure, and Grace was able to do adorable nail art on her tiny nails to match the theme of an event were attending. Looking forward to coming back.

    AMAZINGG service. I needed help deciding on nails and their prices, so I texted their insta account and they got back to me in no time and were so helpful. Never had a business respond so fast. I took my mom for mothers day and walking in they were very attentive. Our nail tech did such an amazing and quick job I was shocked. She was incredibly helpful and even gave suggestions to take the set to the next level. Were definitely going back again!!

    I was traveling through Jacksonville FL and needed to get my nails done. I did some research and found Modern Princess Nail and Spa. I’m so glad I did. The facility is very nice and clean. The staff is very polite. My pedicure was wonderful. It was very relaxing and my toes looked wonderful. I then proceeded to get my nails done. The man that did my nails was very nice and we spoke off and on. I learned that he and his wife were the owners of the shop. I have to say this is the best my nails have ever looked. I would highly, highly recommend Modern Princess Nails and Spa.

    Miss Amy is very sweet and careful. I had done my nails myself and I messed up, and I asked for a new set and told her what happened. She was able to fix it and she did a wonderful job.Been going here for about 4 months now ! Only issue is some things are overcharged like shirt nails.

    Came in randomly off of a google search for a pedicure and was pleasantly surprised. I don’t like trying new places but they were very nice and fast. Fair pricing and did a great job on my toes. Nice atmosphere.

    Im so satisfied with the service here. Jackson did an excellent job. Im a nail bitter and have the ugly nails bet. However, he turned my ugly nails into girly nails in an hour at an affordable price. The nail shop changed to a new owner, which discounts 20% for every service. Jackson is funny and friendly too. I will absolutely be back. Thank you very much, Jackson.

    After reading reviews and out of convenience because it was close to home, I made an appointment at Modern Princess for dip powder nails. And I’m glad I di! Yin, the owner, did a fabulous job. I’ve received many compliments on my nails so I will be going back.

    10/10 experience. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, especially grace (and her husband). They fit me in right away, and were very accommodating in servicing me a full set and pedicure. The application was sooo smooth, like butter…And the result was even better! Reasonable prices for amazing work, and great people. I got a simple set, but she does a variety of designs and is very talented. If there’s any nail shop you should give business to, it’s them for sure!!!! I will definitely be returning, as this was my first time coming.

    I HIGHLY recommend!! The staff are so kind and friendly, and they know what they’re doing. Kayla was my technician and she was amazing; my nails have never looked better!! I showed her a reference and I can honestly say my nails look better than the picture. I got a full short acrylic set with a French tip, rhinestones, and 3D flowers. She made sure each nail looked perfect; I’ve never been happier with my nails!!🥰

    My daughter and I stopped in today for Volcano pedicures. Our first time since its been under new management. Its a very clean, and relaxing environment with professional, and friendly staff. This was the BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD! Done by the owner, himself! 😁The massage was AMAZING, and my French turned out beautiful! My daughter was very happy with hers as well! Loving that ice ice baby color! Lots of laughs, and an overall great experience! We will be back in a few weeks!

    Everyone was very friendly and professional. I only wish their prices were posted or completely up front with your total before you check out. I was a little surprised by my total but I knew it would be close. Will definitely go again as you get what you pay for though. Wish the person that did my toes with french manicure did a little cleaner but we are only human. Didnt like that they switch people on you...one person for toes and one person for nails. I feel like I wanted to tip more but when you double tip it can be very costly especially when you pay over $100 for pedicure and manicure. But they do that at every salon Ive ever been to.

    I’ve been going to this place for 5 months and I can say that I can call this my nail home. My nail guy is Johny and I LOVE his work . Not to mention my nails last all month without getting them re done , but when I need to get them redone they still look good , and I only go because they’ve gotten longer. But regardless the work is amazing and I always get compliments. I love love love this place. And the pedicure is so relaxing and good!

    I love this place!! They are always soo nice and punctual. I started coming to this place after several bad experiences at other nail salons. This nail salon has always tested my sister and I well. They always take their time to make sure my nails look great, and if they think one of the nails doesn’t look as good as the others, they will take the time to fix it. They also are super down to do more complex nail designs which is great! Honestly this is my favorite nail salon in Jacksonville!

    We walked next door from Le Petite Paris cafe to Modern Princess Nails & Spa after lunch. Yin and Grace Lu, the husband and wife owner’s, greeted us warmly. I had a pedicure and my daughter received a beautiful set of nails as a graduation gift. Their business is clean, quiet and relaxing.     Every time I come to Jacksonville, this is my first stop!! They do incredible work. I use regular OPI nail polish and it doesnt chip or crack for weeks when they apply it. The salon is clean. Very reasonable pricing for the incredible work they do.

    This is a beautiful nail salon that is in an excellent location with easy parking. Amy, the manager, is a lovely woman who is an excellent nail technician, as are all of the people who work in this beautiful shop. They are even open on Sunday, from 11 to 5. A wonderful clean professional environment! And everyone is wearing masks!
