I recently had the most incredible experience getting a pedicure, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with such care and attention that I knew I was in for a real treat.The pedicure started with a soothing soak, and then came the absolute highlight—hot stone foot reflexology! The warm stones worked magic on my feet, massaging away all the tension and stress. It felt so relaxing and therapeutic, and I could immediately feel the difference in how light and refreshed my feet felt. The reflexology really helped melt away the aches, and I could feel the energy flowing throughout my whole body.But it didn’t stop there. They followed up with a luxurious hot paraffin wax treatment that wrapped my feet in warmth. My skin felt so soft and deeply moisturized after the paraffin was removed. It was like having brand new feet! I could tell my feet were pampered and hydrated in a way I had never experienced before.To top it all off, my nails were painted to absolute perfection! The attention to detail was amazing. I chose a vibrant color, and they made sure my nails were flawless. Not a smudge or streak in sight! The polish was applied with such precision and care, and it left my toes looking fabulous.Overall, this was the most relaxing and enjoyable pedicure I’ve ever had. The combination of the hot stone massage, paraffin treatment, and beautifully painted nails made it a five-star experience. I left the salon feeling completely rejuvenated, and my feet have never looked or felt better. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for the perfect pampering session! There is a wait sometimes BUT it is worth it!! The employees are very skilled and have exquisite attention to detail. 🕒 👍I received a total mani and pedi experience. 💅 The massage chairs are comfortable and easy to use. They are quite sanitary and ensure good sterilized equipment. I was so happy here because of all the lotions, scrubs and soaps they used. They were lovely and smelled great. I have very sensitive skin and had absolutely NO reaction. 🥰❤The massage, hand and hot stone, was done with precision and clear experience. The employees are absolute pros. Their attention to detail is so good that it is hard to spot and type of mistake. They ensure great coats for vibrant colors and double and triple check their work.🌈🌈🌈For as busy as they were, they were thorough and did not rush. You felt very valued as an individual. They also respect you very much and do not push talking. I personally cannot focus well on experience while talking. I felt no pressure to do so at all and when I did conversate each staff member I had was polite and respectful. 🙂The environment us GREAT! There are so many incredible things to look out that it is hard to ever be bored. The selection of colors is very diverse. The staff are also extremely organized and communicate on customer wait and status constantly. I was really very impressed!This place did a gel french mani and pedi on me and it was truly the best I ever had. They are sooo thorough and ensure you can walk away without worry of running your nails.

Definitely a great place to get your nails done. They took me in short notice right before closing time and for everything included with the price it’s well worth it. Tiffany was also really nice the entire time too. Very relaxing place.

Nail Time was an AWESOME experience! We got the full deluxe pedicure and it was amazing, hot stones, paraffin dip, scrubs with grapefruit and such amazing technicians. I will definitely be back!I would highly suggest going for the full deluxe pedicure, everyone was super professional and they take great care of you. For the price, what you get out of the deluxe is amazing they even rubbed our shoulders as our nails dried!!The team, experience, and location were amazing! Highly suggest!

I love the ambiance and professionalism. I drive about 35 minutes to have my manicure and pedicure done by Mai. She is by far the kindest manicurist. Not to mention she is very neat and sanitary. She always does a fantastic job.

AMAZING! The first time I went I had a girl named Holly and she did the design and everything just like the picture and it was amazing! It was just regular polish and it lasted over a week! The second time I got a girl named Hanna and she was absolutely amazing! She took a lot of time and even redid one of the designs because she didnt think it matched the other side perfectly! Would definitely recommend this place!

I did a gel manicure and pedicure. I love that they took time to do my nails. They massaged and did the stone. I almost fell asleep getting my pedicure. I appreciated them asking how I wanted my nails, long or short, round or square, how many coats. The only problem was the nail polish was a little dry being applied to my toenails so its a little rough. Overall, the experience was nice.

The best Nails Salon at Southside of Jacksonville!I tried a few other places around but never wanted to give them 5 stars.The Nail time at Baymeadows exceeded my expectations. I loved the atmosphere. Very peaceful.Holly was professional and kind. The staff seems to enjoy each other. I felt really good the entire time. She was gentle with my hands, and listened to my requests. My nails was perfectly done.It’s definitely a place to relax and feel special. I am coming back very soon.

They always take the time to make sure everything looks great! I have gone to a few other places in Jacksonville and none of them even compare to the work that these ladies do! 10/10

The only place to get your nails done in Jax! I have been coming to Nail Time for over 10 years. The reflexology pedicure is the best foot massage you will ever have and the team is incredibly kind and professional. Im finally writing a review after all this time because I accidentally messed up the polish on my toes the evening after a pedicure and came the next day and they fixed the messed up nails for me and talked me through what to do (and not do) to ensure they wouldn’t get messed up again. Baymeadows is my favorite of their locations. Thank you Nail Time!

First time visiting this place. The place is adorable. Quiet and clean. The workers are so nice and polite. I enjoyed a pedicure and Kim was so gentle, especially when she learned that I was ticklish. I very much appreciate her patience. It was amazing to watch her at her skill. Great atmosphere, prices and service. I tried Dip Powder for the first time and was impressed. May get again if it withstands like Ive heard. Even with the dip it was still less than my normal place and I got better service! The attention to detail was good but I think it could be better. Ex: I asked for my nail to be smoothed out more due to a visible lump. (See thumb in pic of how it appears to curve down) She buffed it some but I think there could have been a language barrier in what I specifically meant. The ladies are really nice and friendly. Id definitely go back!

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. They offer lots of color options for all mani/pedi types. I LOVE their reflexology pedicure. I walk out feeling so relaxed.I appreciate that they have their sterilization machines are tucked in the back but still visible. I like knowing that they follow strict guidelines (I know they are required to follow state regulations but its nice to know they arent cutting corners).

This store is clean, employees are friendly, and services are excellent! I have not found a better nail place anywhere and I live near Nashville! The pedicures are excellent with hot rocks, hot towels, wax and massage in their basic pedicure. Polish always looks great and dip process for nails have beautiful results.

Wonderful care and service!! I always feel pampered and special when I go. Been a customer for years!! Would not go anywhere else! It is also the most beautiful nail salon I have ever been to. They have individual rooms...seperated by bamboo screens...so you could have a girl party all to yourselves!! It would be great for a bridal party.

Ive been getting my acrylics done here for a couple months now. I dont usually review, but theyve been excellent. The prices are modest, the service is courteous, and theyre knowledgeable and use quality products (from what I can tell, since my nails grow out and you can see the yellow in the acrylic from the previous salons I went to before finding this place and making it my nail home). Ha is excellent at her full sets, fill-ins and delicate when removing acrylics.

First time wont be my last time! I came here after I noticed a waitresss nails at a local restaurant. She had the color Id been searching for. She recommended Millie. She was quick, efficient and EXCELLENT. I live at the beach but dont mind the drive knowing my nails will look beautiful! This salon is super huge and really beautiful inside.

Amazing environment! I go every 2 weeks and get gel polish on my natural nails and toes. Im very specific and picky with my nails and toes and no matter who does them, they all do amazing! They shape so beautifully, take their time and make sure its perfect! ALWAYS meet my needs! love love love this place. definitely worth the money.

Ive been going to nail time for a couple of years. They are good at what they do. These people posting bad reviews obviously dont know what quality is and cant afford it. You pay more for better quality and service, period. Maybe if you tip people well, you wont get such terrible service no matter where you go. Duh. ? I tip them well every time and they always accommodate me in a timely fashion and make my nails and feet look great! These ladies def go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and they are CLEAN! They always use new liners for the water in your pedi chair and sanitize EVERYTHING. Def recommend.

Have been going here for 3 years for my pedicures. Hands down, best place Ive been. Their chairs are phenomenal (they actually give a very deep and relaxing massage), complimentary soda or water, followed by over an hour of having your feet rubbed, scrubbed, massaged with hot stones, dipped in wax, etc. for under 40 dollars. Cant beat the experience.

I have been coming here since October for the SNS nail color powder, as well as pedicures. Earlier this month, my nail broke and I could not get an appointment right away and I went somewhere else. I PROMISE, I will NEVER do that again! I will just have to wait because I love this place and I will never again go anywhere else.I went somewhere else and I felt damn near mistreated compared to the service I get at Nail Time.Nail Time provides a real spa-like experience. They are very sanitary and professional.

Omg! Best pedicure ever!!!! Ive been to many different places all my life for pedicures but this place is the best, and very reasonable prices as well. Its $29 for the hot stone massage pedicure and includes some scrub and parafin wax treatment. They were gentle and took their time. Super nice and zen inside and didnt stink like most salons. I think they also had essential oil burning which was nice! Another bonus is its very big inside so it feels like a spa and all stations are separated, another plus! I will def only go here from now on and receive mens this place to all my friends and family

They are always clean! They use sterilized equipment and they use the spa water covers, so your never soaking your feet without one. If you ever have an issue they resolve it immediately. Very nice staff. Can get busy on the weekends so call ahead for an appointment!

I LOVE salon, just recently started going there and havent gone anywhere else since, however my most recent visit was pretty disappointing. I always try new technicians, per the salons request, and this time I saw Phuong. She was really rough with my nails and kept using her own fingernails to clean around the edges of mine, which is fine if they arent digging into your nail bed...ouch!! For my pedicure, she was clipping the cuticle from my big toe and instead of clipping, she pulled and ripped the skin off and started to bleed, then immediately poured rubbing alcohol on it, then lotion to stop the bleeding. I almost came out of the chair. Woke up the next morning with a swollen toe. Im not usually one to complain, but I will NOT be using her again. Ever.

Ive been going to this nail salon for a few years for PEDICURES ONLY. I love their pedicure services, but have learned my lesson the hard way, that not all nail techs do a great job... I will only book my pedicure appointments with Thoa or Hannah -- both speak English very well and hold great conversations, I have NEVER been dissatisfied with my pedis from them, so I highly recommend getting a deluxe hot stone pedicure with either one of them :)
