This place is fabulous! Great atmosphere and May totally killed it with my nails! We had the best conversation and I felt comfortable enough to speak up when need be and she was so kind and accommodating. The pricing isnt bad either! Paid $80 for this gorgeous custom set!

I’ve been going here once a month for the past year. All the staff are professional and friendly. I have a different nail tech every time and they’ve all done a phenomenal job. I’ve also never had to wait more than 30 seconds even on a Saturday. My go to nail place! Also appreciate the prices as some places charge a ridiculous amount for gel manicures.

Randomly walked in yesterday on a whim after getting my haircut nearby. Didn’t read any reviews prior… wanted to formulate my own opinion first.Kim was my therapist and she was so sweet and pleasant. I got the $40 pedicure, which incl hot stone and paraffin wax AND a leg massage. Geeezzz it was so relaxing!! I even slightly dozed off in my chair. Lol!The atmosphere is sophisticated, beautiful, lots of cultural art on the walls including a beautiful display of musical instruments.Relaxing spa music is played rather than TV’s blaring or some random radio music.The hot towels are infused with essential oils I think… the aroma reminded me of gardenias in the spring.Not sure where the negative reviews are from… I always try to remember there are a lot of Karens out there and nothing will make them satisfied/happy.My personal experience was amazing and completely exceeded any expectations I had from previous pedicures elsewhere.Glad I found this place and definitely will be back.

The Vietnamese atmosphere and decor is explicit, everyone is very friendly and the gentleman at the first table on the right was very gentle while doing my nails. I was very satisfied.

I came for the 1st time today. I have 3 pain disorders and diabetes. I got the most expensive pedicure they have. It was great. The techs are quiet unless you want to chat. Malin was wonderful and patient with me. Those old reviews do not reflect the current atmosphere. Everyone here is curteous, if not friendly.

Always a winner, reliably great! Little tip: the top tier pedicure is worth the extra few dollars. Its so much longer and has all the bells and whistles and is still better priced than the basic pedicure at so many salons. Totally worth it!

I have not been happy with the last several pedicures I have had and constantly go to new places trying to find one I like. Well I am not sure if it is the place, the person, or both, but Nail Time delivered. Mimi did my pedicure which I upgraded to the reflexology one for some extra massage. She did a great job, didnt rush, really paid attention to each toe and made sure I was OK with each step. She was nice, had great customer service, and was very thorough. She deserved every bit of her tip and more. Those that have reviewed this place badly make me think a big part is the person you get. But, they also offer a great environment, nice options, and even the base package comes with more than most. Oh, and at the end you get a quick shoulder massage. I have never had that happen and it was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend and ask for Mimi.

I absolutely loved this place! The ladies are all very nice and do an amazing job! The pedicures are amazing, with the hot stones an wax. Jenny did my acrylics and did a fantastic job! Other salons always cut my hands and make me bleed but she was very gentle. This is my new favorite and always go to salon!!

I went for my first pedicure since Covid-19 started. The staff was very friendly. Im sorry, I dont remember the ladys name, but she did a phenomenal job. The foot massage I received was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep! I will be back.

Every time Ive gone the staff has been nothing but polite and respectful towards me. Theyre such a great group of ladies. Its a little pricey, but its definitely luxurious and you get pampered if youre looking for something to treat yourself with.Just to respond to some reviews here, Nail Time is upfront with pricing. They hand you a menu with the services offered that lists their prices and then ask which one you want. Granted this isnt right at the beginning, this is after your seated. If youre that concerned though they have menus on the coffee tables at the front of the establishment and you can go to their website which has everything listed there, too.

Great experience! I was greeted and sat right away. Received a reflexology pedicure, gel manicure, & eyebrow wax. Lucy did all of the services and did an amazing job. Ask for Lucy she is great!! I only wish they had the new OPI collection. Will return and recommend for sure!

Ask for VIDA if youre getting a pedicure! She takes her time, and ensures that the massage is of quality! I make a appointment with her every week, because she is that good! She is also very creative with her designs. See her for your pedicure, you wont regret it! The salon over all is a nice and clean salon.

My nails last a long time and if per chance there is an “early” peel or chip - (like a day or two after getting the them done) it has been fixed w/o charge to me. I have been to almost every nail place in jax. This by far is the best one!!!!!!!!! I write this review as Im getting my pedicure. They are 100% clean which makes me much more comfortable. Theyre friendly and provide the most excellent services. I have never been to a nail spa that has done so perfect and I am very VERY picky about everything to do with nails as I went to school for them. The place is beautiful and calming. The staff is super friendly and full of smiles. The product they use is great and you even get your own set of tools as well as a lining on the pedicure bath. Need I say more? Jenny did a wonderful job on my full set... I like a short stiletto nail and no one can ever seem to do it right but she did fabulous!!! And Vida did my pedicure and another phenomenal job. Kelly was the nail tech next to me and she was even super friendly and joined in on friendly chatter. This place made me feel super comfortable... I almost didnt want to leave!!! And next to the chair you even have a large space to put all your stuff. And of course they offer you beverages. I cant find one thing wrong here... If you been struggling to find a spot look no further!!! NAIL TIME!!!!!! Sophie is also phenomenal she does my coworkers nails with gel Polish and she is veryy precise and makes sure theyre neat and perfect.

This location is huge!! They looked super busy but were able to immediately able to accommodate me and my 2 friends for mani, pedis! The staff was very nice and helpful, plus they did a great job! My gel nails lasted almost 3 weeks and my pedicure looked great for over a month. We will definitely come back here again of were in town!!

Really great nail salon! The place is very large, and so there are many people who can get manis and pedis at once. There were quite a few people here when i came in but i was seated immediately. Love the pedicure. Their cheapest is 29$ which isnt such a bad price, and you get the wax, hot stones, and the exfoliation. When I sat, i was offered a drink, and my pedicurist had no problems fixing the water temp for me when it was too cold or hot. Overall, the atmosphere is very nice, and by having so many pedicure chairs and mani stations, they can serve so many people at once.

My nail tech was Susan, who was gracious enough to take me roughly an hour before close. Her SNS Dip Powder job was just beautiful and was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of gel forms when I asked. I also enjoyed the cuticle oil and lotion massage at the end!

This is my absolute favorite nail salon. I no longer live in Jax but everytime I visit I make sure this is one of the first places I come to. Its so relaxing and thorough and you never feel rushed. Ive gotten my fingers and toes done here and they are always great. 10/10 recommend the reflexology massage. Theres nothing else like it.

The place to go in Jax! They do great gel manicures that last a solid 3 weeks, I get them filled every 3 weeks to the day and they still look perfect, my fingernails have just grown out! I made an appointment and took my girlfriend who is getting married to get her wedding mani/pedi and they did a BEAUTIFUL job! We had amazing, relaxing pedicures and got to sip wine in fancy massage chairs. Thanks, ladies!

I’ve had my nails done more times than I can count. And each time, they have chipped, come loose and faded. My nail tech, May creates the most flawless perfect nails ever. My nails stay for three weeks!!
