    I have been coming to this NY Nail Salon for over a decade. I love getting my nails done by Ms. Kim and Anthony. Frankly, everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. I personally call Ms. Kim “Dr. Kim “ because she does as good of a job as my Podiatrist. As a cancer survivor, my toenails fell off and it was hard to get them done. However, when I came here, they really helped heal my nails. I am so grateful for their services over the years. Thank you for being patient and kind to me and my family ♥️🌹

    Mya is absolutely amazing! She is professional, kind, and incredibly talented. My nails came out perfect, and her attention to detail is unmatched.     They usually do a good job but I dont like when Im getting a pedicure and they send someone else over to give me a manicure standing up....rushing trying to get ppl out and half doing my gel polish...it peeled up hours later. I called and they told me to come back in but Im a hairstylist...when I come...I need it really done right cuz I dont know when I can come back. But I will be back but I wont let anyone rush on me or give me a standing manicure again!! These pics were hours later after my service

    Just go! Trust me ! Rarely do you go somewhere where EVERYONE is so good at what they do. When I say , this will be your nail shop , that’s what I mean . I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I will NOT go anywhere else . Mya has been the only one to touch my hands in half a decade . I always get compliments on my nails and she’s an awesome person with an awesome personality who is great at her craft. I genuinely love her and all the ladies and gentlemen in the shop are so nice I kno them by name . It feels like visiting family every 2 weeks. 10/10 would highly recommend !!!!

    I won’t go anywhere else in Jacksonville. My goal was to not use acrylics or tips anymore and to have long, natural nails. Layla has helped me accomplish my goal and keep my nails healthy and strong with Dip. I recommend NY Nails to all of my friends who struggle finding a proper nail salon. They are wonderful there every time I go.

    Took my wife there an hour before closing. She felt like a queen with all the attention that was given to her. 2 on 1, yes, two workers started preparing her for the things she wanted done. The price for her toes, brows, and fingers were very economical. Therefore, shell return because they did a great service there.

    Love this place! I was going to Avi Nails in the same plaza, and hated their business, customer service and the way they made me feel as a customer. So I decided to give this place a chance as I’ve passed by numerous times and I’m so glad that I did. My husband, wanted to get a man manicure and a pedicure (his first time) so we actually went on a date there together. We both thoroughly enjoyed the service and how the workers interacted with us. We ended up spending almost $300 on the services altogether (including tip) and the next day, we brought our daughters (13&11) back to have their toes and fingernails painted with gel polish which the girls love! They have officially gained new customers! I highly recommend this establishment. I can’t remember the gentleman that did my full-set or my pedicure but I do remember Layla doing my husband’s man manicure and pedicure and she was great!

    I have not had my feet done in quite a while.. I was just doing them myself. I went in thinking how embarrassing because I need a once over.. I bought the Volcano pedicure and and I loved every minute of it she spent 2 hours on me.. I had the salt and stone massage.. Maria was my girl and she was Amazing!!!!!

    Walked in, seated right away. The man who did my nails asked me a few questions and I expressed to him that I didn’t want tips Bc my nails are long enough. Every other place I have gone to told me I had to get tips, not here. He did a acrylic over lay and encouraged me to get out of my comfort zone of only wearing red on my nail. I got all pink and my ring finger is a pearl glitter and I love it. I will definitely be back.

    My first experience getting a manicure and pedicure at NY nails was great. The workers were professional, the place was busy but organized and my MC/PC turned out great. The massage chair and that warm orange jelly they put in your feet were the best part of the experience.

    Just traveling through and decided to give my feet a treat and was it amazing. Ranks near the top of the best ever pedicures. Trimmed the nails, used a good smelling scrub on my legs, trimmed the cuticles and removed all the dead unneeded skin from my soles. Then massaged my feet and used hot stones on my legs. Then placed my feet in hot bags of paraffin wax. Finished with hot towels and I’m good to go. Trimmed my bushy eyebrows and I’m out the door for $50. I’ll return here anytime in Jacksonville. Great job!

    I cant believe that everyone is having a bad experience here. Point of advice. If anyone ratings are not 4.0 or better. Dont go there. 3.9 is okay but always beware. And make you read the reviews.I have never had a problem when I went there. But since everyone is having problems. I will not be back. Go see John at million dollar nails. Or John or Ms. Snow at snow nails or go see. Heidi at eclat nails on blanding blvd.Tell Heidi that her client from publix sent you. And go to Q nails on blanding blvd as well.     There is one particular tech there that does eyebrows and eyelashes done superior. I had so many great compliments on them. They are good, getting you in and out!
