    The service was phenomenal. Changed my appointment last minute and was accommodated. Had an old set on from a previous shop. Took the old set off and put a new set on in under a hour. Christine was very sweet and professional. 1st time there but I doubt it’ll be my last. I’m happy with the service and the outcome of my nails.

    Came in as a walk in, and had a spa pedicure, soak off, and a new full set- French. Service was great, and the staff was super friendly. My nails turned out beautifully! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

    Bonnie did an amazing job on my nails!! And Jennifer even gave me an amazing impromptu massage (will definitely come back for a pedicure next time!).     Came in for a pedicure and asked for extra time on a foot massage after a dance competition. They did not disappoint. Very friendly atmosphere too. Will definitely come back again.

    One of the most friendly and caring environments me and my wife have ever Visited. We got the best customer service and experience ever. I highly recommend everyone to come here and experience the most comfortable and caring services. This isnt your typical Nail place they treat everyone like family and this will be where I bring all my relatives and close friends to for as long as they will have us, I wish I could give 100 stars.

    My mom and i love this shop! always very fast service, and a friendly space. i definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place with good value. i usually get acrylics and somehow end up breaking them, but they take extra care for me so that my nails last. i really appreciate that attention to detail and personalized care!

    Quick, efficient. I get dip nails, and they’re not too thick — they always look beautiful and natural. Great customer service. I once had an issue and had to have the nails redone, and they were so nice about it. They want to help you and make sure you leave feeling good

    I love getting my nails done at that shop. They have great customer service, they talk to you and make you feel welcome. The won’t rush on your nails they take their time. I also love one of their nail tech Sam she is great at doing designs on your nails. If you have a preference and you show it to her she will give you what you ask for plus a freestyle. I love their pedicure it feels great. Wonderful place to get your nails done.

    I got a full set of almond nails with two square fingers on each hand. Gel polish with a design for $65 and I left my nail lady a $25 tip. Thats how much I loved her work! They turned out absolutely beautiful and my nail lady did them so fast! This is going to be my go to place from now on! Im so unbelievably satisfied with the service. Everyone was so nice and the overall vibe was great! I recommend Total Nail’s 100%!!!

    This was a lovely experience! The gel manicure came out perfect, and I would highly recommend it- nails shaped beautifully and a gorgeous polish job! I treated myself to the “Bamboogie” pedicure which was fun and different. My feet soaked in warm jelly that smelled divine (I had the citrus but they also have a lavender and a honey) then had a sugar scrub, a really nice foot/leg massage, a hot rock massage, gel polish, hot wax treatment and hot towel wrap! The pedicure chairs have better than average massage features, too. I really liked that everyone seemed to be working together- the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. You have to try it out!

    I tried this place in December and refuse to go anywhere else 😊Eric is the best nail tech and his nail art is magnificent 😍 The guy who does feet is the best at doing feet.I will never go anywhere else.Their prices are kinda high but its well worth it.I only have to go once a month.My nails dont pop off or loss their shine.Go see them,you wont be disappointed 👍🏼

    Best Nail Salon in Jacksonville!!! And trust me, I’ve been to a lot trying to find a place with style, precision and atmosphere I was looking for. All the girls know their craft and love what they do, and damn it shows! I will never go anywhere else. They took care of me and my family from out of town for my wedding. They took special care of my elderly cousin. They take care of me every time I come.

    I recently tried Total Nails twice because I heard it had new ownership. I was totally pleased. They did a great job on my gel manicures and I have found my new nail salon. I have also recommended Total Nails to friends. They are gentle, yet professional and provide much more personalized service than the very large salons.

    This is my new nail place, I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. Everyone was so nice, great prices, very clean and it smells so good. Looks like they must have remodeled recently, it’s so nice inside. I’ve always had issues with nail techs making my cuticles bleed and it didn’t happen once while I was getting my nails done here. I saw a few negative reviews on here so was a little hesitant about going but apparently there under new ownership and its clear the new owners know what they’re doing. 12/10. If you’re looking for a new nail place definitely give them a try!

    I love my nails Simone did a great job. A little pricey but worth it as she listened to my concerns, wants and needs. Atmosphere of the salon could be improved to be more comfortable and relaxing. I hope those are some changes they make in the future.

    Total Nails is amazing! I got a full set acrylic manicure from Eric and a pedicure from Vee. They were both lovely people and their service was great. Eric gave me the best acrylic set I’ve ever gotten! The atmosphere was relaxing and I got exactly what I asked for. I’ll be sure to keep coming back!

    One of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten right here at total nails. Definitely the best leg massage and the chair massage is good too. Machines in good order and the nail tech took care to make sure everything was clean and welcoming.     My nails always look great, but they definitely need to work on customer service. I Get rude vibes every time and I personally think they are way over priced! I have been getting my nails done for a long time same quality in Miami and other places in Jax that were cheaper. The location just happens to be right across the street and it’s convenient. Also everytime I have an appointment I’m normally waiting 20/30 mins after my appointment was scheduled.

    Don recently took over this salon & I followed him over here. He’s been doing my nails for over a year now & I absolutely love his technique & craft! I also love the fact that he’s flexible when it comes to getting me in his chair. I can’t always book an appt via StyleSeat do to my schedule & he ALWAYS find time to fit me in his busy schedule.     I have been salon hopping for the past few months due to horrible customer service and horrible work. I was going to Royal Essence of Tapestry Park but forgot they were closed, they have good customer service however I lost a nail in a week and a half :(.... I googled nail salons in the area that closed at 8p because it had gotten a little late and ended up there. When I walked in I was warmly greeted, I got a pedicure which was the best I have had in a very long time the chair was awesome. After that was over I was seated for my nails to be done. The main thing I loved the most was they took their time and didnt rush and I must say they have me as a continued customer!

The fabulous thing about this upgraded salon is that his staff are all the bomb at what they do.💯 So no matter who you choose, you will not be disappointed. Now thats how you staff!     Best pedicure of my life. 45 minute spa pedicure with salt scrub, lotion, hot stones and hot towel wrap. Very relaxing. Perfect fill on my nails followed by hot towels and lotion massage. I travel alot and rarely get to the same place twice, but my next trip to Jacksonville will include a stop at Total Nails. Clean, Friendly, reasonably priced.

    I went in to get SNS after finding them on Instagram since my normal nail tech was out of the country right now and I am extremely impressed. I had Zuly and she KILLED it! She did amazing in my shape, they are finally not too thick which is always a problem with SNS and she was very thorough and detail oriented and really took her time with them making sure every step of the way checking with me to make sure I liked everything. Zuly is my girl now!

    Im so HAPPY I finally found a place where my money is well worth !!! Don does an amazing job and his staff is just as great Zuleyka is awesome she makes sure you like your nails before walking out their doors . She took her time to perfect my nails exactly how I want them . SUPER happy to have found a place so close to my house and so GREAT AT their jobs not to mention they use to best acrylic for your nails (Valentino) 🥰 overall amazing work your money will be worth paying . Definitely recommending my friends and family.
