    I always have a great experience with Pretty Nails Salon. Ruby and her husband John always take good care of me and my family. I love them and their establishment. I love my nails, I been coming here for the past couple years since I been here in Jacksonville, FL. They are the best in town if you ask me.     I am in love with my nails!!! They did amazing and were very attentive to what I wanted. Showed a reference photo and the woman made them look even better than the photos and the woman that did my pedicure was fantastic and live how my eyebrows came out also!! Worth the money. First time I’ve gone to a salon and gotten EXACTLY what I asked for.

    I have been going to Pretty Nails exclusively for the past 5 yrs! I have the absolute best service there and have recommended that my family and friends go there as well!I have had all sorts of services done, from my eye brows to full mani/pedi! Everyone is awesome and friendly!NOTE:I just read the last review and I personally called and spoke to the owner! No such thing happened and that photo and post is a fake! FAKE!!!I know these people and like I said, it’s been 5 yrs of nothing but an amazing experience each and every time!People who post wack posts and submit fake photos have nothing better to do than ruin a small business! These people are honest hard working folks!

    My first time here. Got a full set and pedicure as a walk in. They were accommodating and quick. The lady that did my set was very careful and efficient. I couldnt be happier! This time was to celebrate my losing 45 pounds and Im so happy I went here!

    They are very professional and take the time to make sure you are always comfortable and at each step satisfied with what they are doing. Their price are actually the lowest Ive seen in Jax yet. The place I went to 2 weeks prior messed my nails up and Ruby went above and beyond to fix what they had done to me and was apologetic even tho they werent the ones who did it and all without charging me and arm and a leg. I will definently be back in 2 weeks for my new set.

    John and ruby are amazing. They make you feel like a long time friend the second you walk in. My friend was going there first and after seeing her nails I thought I give them a shot. Not my proudest moments but i judge how good they are by how long I can go in between fills. Several reasons for this but when Im trying a new place thats the best way to see how the acrylic settles(bumps and dips), how long until it starts to lift, etc. I went a month and a half between fills (got them done week before Thanksgiving) and they were still strong. No lifting polish was still perfect, I had to give in because they were looking crazy by this point but still holding on. They are the only two in there so understand if they cant service you and you have to come back it maybe because they have appointments coming in and dont want to double book and have people waiting. They are amazing though and my new go to nail shop. They also do lashes and waxes but I cant speak on those services

    Hello this is Joy. I highly recommend ladies come in and get fully pampered. I love this nail salon it is so clean and very organized its very spacious so that you do not have to worry about being close to others customers and they have took the necessary steps to make sure that all customers are coming into a clean safe atmosphere...one thing I can say please call ahead of time so that you can make your appointment because appointments do go fast. I see mr. John to do my nails but any designs diamonds or extra extraordinary go see mrs. Rose for she is awesome I hope to see her soon for my nails for my wedding in July...

    Really love this place. My mom and I were driving around looking for a salon and Im so happy we came in here. We both got spa pedicures from Ty and Q who both took their time with us, and when I tell you these guys had us in tears (laughing) the entire time, I am not exaggerating. I didnt like my original nail color and Ty had no problem changing it for me for free!! Also threw in a nail design. Excellent service great vibes all around..!! WILL BE BACK FOR SURE.

    Pretty Nails is under new ownership and is now Aura Nails. The new owners are boss; Anne is s beast and so is her brother! Check them out on IG at auranails_904, they are neat and creative. Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed.....cause I never am!

    I think youre pretty nails today which is the only nail shop that I visit now mrs. John is awesome his wife is awesome they take their time than to their job with pleasantries very sociable better reachable and dont mind putting you in when you have a accident and will replace your nail is broken within the 5-day limit the prices are reasonable and they do wonderful work please visit mr.
