    This is my new go to nail salon. Everyone is amazingly nice and talented. Crystal is so amazing and extremely talented and is so nice and I discovered we both love shoes!! Crystal is so personable and when it comes to nail art she is the absolute best!!! Her level of customer service is so great. I really look forward to seeing her every 3 weeks. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails and people are really amazed by her art. I don’t wanna say work. Because she really does create art on your nails. And she can literally recreate any inspiration nail art photo. Thank you again to Crystal, Mrs. Lee, Nina, and Leah!!! They are amazing.

    I’ve recently decided to not longer wear acrylic nails and have decided to start with gel polish in my natural nails. I was initially concerned as I’ve always done acrylic to prevent my nails from breaking since I enjoy working out. Ivy has done an AMAZING job on my nails and has even pushed me out of my comfort zone with designs and color. I appreciate her customer service and attention to detail. I’ve been here for some time and have been serviced by quite a few people there. Nancy, Lee and Ivy are my go to’s.

    After having bad experience after bad experience with my nails, I am so happy with what Ritzy nails has given me, Crystal is the one who did my nails took about 45 minutes. She was so nice and patient. And she did everything exactly as I wanted it. I’m so happy with my nails. I will always be going back.

    My tech did an amazing job on my pedi! I’ve been coming here for 3 years now. I’ve tried other places closer to home . Those places were mediocre at best. I found myself returning to Ritzy ( 35 min drive) . My forever salon .

    I have been going to see Ivy for two years straight now, and as long as shes doing nails, Ill be het regular! Do you want bomb designs? Shes your girl! Do you want a flawless finish? Ivy is the one to see! My nails are ALWAYS receiving compliments from everyone! My friends and coworkers loved my nails so much that they became regulars of hers, too! Can not go wrong with my girl! Trust me, you will always love your nails with her!

    Ask for Mappy! When I first walked in I thought I would be there for hours because it was packed but soon as I signed in I was seated. The nail tech was moving so fast I was nervous that my nails wouldn’t come out the way I liked. (No steps were skipped and I was super comfortable). She was moving fast because she knew what she was doing! She made sure all of my nails looked similar in length and shape. When she put the cuticle oil on I just knew I turned into a new person! I love my nails. People don’t always get my coffin nails right. She definitely made me more excited about my trip I’m about to take. Thank you MAPPY!

    I got a full set and a pedicure with Steven, and he’s absolutely amazing! I told him what I wanted and he delivered, I just sat back, relaxed, and let him work. The salon is clean, I have absolutely no complaints!! Amanda who sits next to Steven also does great work!

    This place is gorgeous! Everything is new and sparkly and beautiful. The staff are friendly and smile. They offer pastries at the front door. They have EVERY shade of the rainbow for nail colors! They are the most expensive shop I’ve been to, ever (it’s 5-$10 more for the gel manicure and the cats eye) I’ll have to ration my manicures because this place is worth going to. Some nail places really have a strong chemical scent, this one was well ventilated, I appreciate that.

    Julie took great care of me today. I got the super deluxe spa pedicure. It was amazing . Julie took her time and paid great attention to each and every toe . The massage was great and her husband even put the color I chose on his own nail so I could see what the color would look like , I mean what better service is there than that. I have been coming here for years now and I will continue combine here . It doesnt matter who does your nails , its always great service.

    I came in with badly bitten nails, bleeding and absolutely horrendous. I made an appointment with Yen and she was the best tech ever! Super patient with me, gave me time to make sure I loved the shape and always made sure I wasnt in pain because of my sore nails! Triple checked the color as well as made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Ive never had such a phenomenal experience at a salon and I will be coming back again!Edit: its been three weeks and not a single nail lifted! I was worried that it would lift, break or chip since I work in a restaurant but nope, all are solid! Thank you again Yen!

    Ritzy Nails did a great job doing my nails. I’ve been to a few places before that just missed the mark on painting non acrylic nails. I was very impressed with my nail professional James. He made my nails and toes look great. I decided to get the pistachio green on my nails and toes. The toes only required the regular nail polish, but I paid an additional $15 to get my nails painted with gel. My nails lasted over 2 weeks unfortunately my nails grew out faster than I would have like. My toes still look good. Regardless, I really enjoyed my experience and will come back again.

    My 11 year old daughter and I went here for the first time this past Sunday, shortly after they opened. I got ombre nails with coffin style tips and she got a full set of acrylics with square tips. I also bite my own nails when I dont go and get them done, so the poor nail tech was working with my bitten down nubs compared to a normal persons nails.We walked in and it was super clean, they enforced masks, they displayed their pricing where you could see it clearly and they had all their colors displayed where you could look while youre waiting and there was a BROAD range of colors! Everyone was super nice, nail techs were informative. I did not get a pedi this time, so I cant really say how those are. Im going to come back for a pedi another day.EDIT 4/16/24 - I’ve been going to this salon since my first review. The last 3 visits to get a pedicure, my toes have been beaten by the nail drill and I leave the salon with open cuts and bruising. The gel polish I have 0 complaints on. But, I am sick of being scared to get a pedi because the techs use the nail drill to remove my existing gel polish instead of doing a soak off. Please speak with your techs about nail drilling skills.

    This was easily one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Molly was so sweet and did a great job. I really just needed to sit quietly and relax and I was able to do just that! Definitely book with Molly for a pedicure and foot massage!

    This nail salon is phenomenal. Ive never had a bad experience with quality when it comes to my acrylic nails (full set or fill-in), SNS, pedicure or eyebrow waxing. They are always welcoming when you come through the door and ask what services they can provide for you. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Plus, I have never a broken nail or came out of the salon not pleased. Great job, Ritzy Nails.

    Great spot. Looks luxurious inside and my experience was superb. Awesome customer service. I would recommend you make an appt if you plan on coming weekends.Update: I took a star away because when I went this past Monday the lady who did my pedicure and manicure rushed the process and all my hands and feet polish was really messed up. When she was doing my gel polish she kept looking away as she painted. There was clear gel polish all over my fingers and it burned under the lamp. I didn’t really notice my toes until I got home but they were butchered too. I hope I don’t get her again. Don’t know her name but I do remember faces.3.21.23 Made another appt. This time I had a French pedicure and overlay manicure. Pics are one week later results.

    The customer service here is great! My preferred nail techs are John & Ivy. I showed Ivy the first photo, told her I wanted it exactly like the photo and the other photos are the results. I love it! This full set is $70 and an extra $10 for regular nail polish for my toes. Ivy was patient and is the epitome of the phrase trust the process. Highly recommend coming here & come early!

    My new nail salon!! I was in search of a new nail salon as I was not satisfied with the product I was getting. I stopped into Ritzy nail salon and recieved a Mani & Pedi from Amanda. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did exactly that!! I could not be happier from the Mani to the Pedi, her attention to detail was superb!!     I love how gentle the lady was with my hands. She also noticed when my hands would tighten and she would tell me relax. I know I had some tough nail techs before so Im used to not relaxing my hand for fear they gonna hurt me but she was very gentle except with the file on one finger and I had to tell her but after that I had an overall relaxing experience.

They recommended SNS and I absolutely loved it. It was a great transition from acrylic nails and very healthy for my natural nails.     Update 11/22/23: I’ve continued to visit this location and have had nothing but great experiences each visit. I get the super deluxe pedicure and they always do a great job.I visited for a pedicure. I called ahead and made an appointment. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted. A few minutes later I was shown to a chair and my pedicure started. The technician, Kay, was very nice and gave me an incredible pedicure. I will definitely be coming back. The business is very clean and organized. The staff are friendly and gave me what I paid for.

    I always hear mixed reviews about this place. Ive been coming for over a year and a half. I say this, the manager or head lady who addresses you when you come in and call can be rude at times. If you can get pass that, you just have to find the right nail tech for you. Yes, they charge for extras, but they are a business. If I dont want to pay extra then I dont get the extras. Jackie, who does pedi and gel polish is uh amazing. Detailed, very kind and cares about her service. Alex is great too, although I feel rushed, so choose others. James is super awesome as well for the basics. Takes his time, detailed and ensures you get what you need. For fancy designs and such, might look for a different tech. Find your person that matches your wants and you wont be disappointed. Love that they always have a cleaner inside. Just wish you saw the techs wipe down and refresh between clients.

    The place is decorated beautifully. The staff was friendly and attentive to myself and my mother. They offered us water during our pedicures. I had asked for a French manicure, and the woman who was doing it was working really hard to make them pretty.     My wife Took my granddaughter to get a full set and design. Ly Phan did a great job. She requested a Halloween design with a pink background. She had spiders, webs, and ghosts. Its better if u make an appointment

    Very impressed! Been living on this side of town for 4 years and Im so happy to finally see a salon that provides great service. I have been to many on the area, that didnt do a good job. The atmosphere was great, the SNS matching colors(nails/polish for feet) was phenomenal! No one has the big of a selection!! I finally can have the same color on my hands and my feet. Jen Yen was fantastic!

    This spa is an answer to my prayers! For the past 3 years I’ve traveled 15 plus miles to receive this awesome type of service! Believe me when I say I am picky about my nails and the atmosphere in which they are cared for. A soothing environment and considerate costumer care is high on my check list of “most haves”! Here you experience clean stations, polite and talented technicians..... And, let’s not talk about the variety of colors and nail services provided. The icing on the cake for me was to witness them go above and beyond to offer comfort and service to one who is physically impaired. Thank you guys keep up the good work!P.S. took me three visits and trying three different technicians before I would give them a this review. Just wanted to make sure....😍

    Been here a few times, still coming back. Each time I have 3-4 weeks in between a fill. Which is typically unheard of! They dont lift or break off. I have some of the most weak fragile nails you could ever think of as well. But they do such a great job on mine they stay great. I definitely will make this one my place to come always.

    I have been going g here for a long time. And have had only one bad experience the technician was very rough with the filing process. Other than that I have no complaints. And will continue getting my nails done here.

    Best pedicure ever, I usually get the deluxe but for birthday I chose the highest selection. The supreme or premiere deluxe, I can’t remember the name. But instead of water my feet were immersed in gel beads!! Try it!

    I moved to the Northside of Jacksonville by the River City Marketplace 2 years ago. I have tried every nail salon in the area. Finally, I have found a nail salon that checks all the boxes. Beautiful atmosphere and incredible service. It’s the little things that go a long way. I am so glad to now have a nail salon I can always count on.

    I have been coming here since they opened in 2019. I have been to every other nail salon in the area and Ritzy Nail Spa is the best.The best service, individual package instruments that are just for me. Caring unhurried services that make me relax and feel like they care about their client base. Honestly, the best Mani and Peddi I have ever received and I have been getting them for 30 years!I just can’t recommend this salon enough, they are the best.

    I planned a team activity for 12 women to get pedicures and Ritzy did a great job. I was annoyed with them not taking payment over the phone, and it required me to drive 2 hrs, however the team had a good experience and that’s all that matters.

    This Spa is spectacular. When i walked in, i couldn’t believe my eyes. I was greeted with smiling faces by everyone. Pastries were served to their customers too. Very friendly and professional. My nails are gorgeous. Jacksonville has never had anything like this before. I will be back with my family.

    Honestly one of the best mani/ pedi experiences of my life. The place is so nice and clean and the staff is very kind. My nail tech was so gentle on my cuticles but cleaned them up perfectly. Both my feet and hands were massaged and it was just what I needed! Prices are also VERY reasonable easily the best nail salon in Jax! :)

    I have been Nancys client for a while now. The quality of her work is impecable. Nancy and her staff are great professionals and do an amazing job. Now this new shop is the perfect frame to pumper yourself feeling and being treated like a queen!

    What can I say other then THE BEST SERVICE EvER !!! First off I was greeted as soon as I walked in. My wait time was less then 2 mins. Jackie was the gentleman that assisted me. He made this experience THE BEST EVER!!! . I would recommend friend’s ,family strangers to come on down to Ritzy Nail Spa. Let me also mention that they care about our safety as well. Sneeze guards mask They have the whole PPE going on

    Nice facility and friendly staff that did a wonderful job on my dipped nails and pedicure. I rated it 4 stars because I had a reservation with my friend for mani/pedis but they split us up when it was time to do the manicures.

    The only place I go to! I’ve gone here for the last year and a half and not once have a received a sub par pedicure. They have all been fantastic!! I recommend them to anyone.
