    Visited 2x.2nd visit was great!!! went back reluctantly as a travel date was approaching. upon entry a tech was working on another client but pushed to service me. i decided to go with the tech who was available and ready to take me. She was AWESOME!!! Will return and request her!!! owner and techs communicate to keep the flow of service and convivence customer friendly. you have pay attn and request what you want!!!1st visit made me not want to ever go back. tech was too pushy and unfriendly. as I relaxed in the massage chair slapped my leg repeatedly to put my foot back in the water, aggravatingly jostling me from a slight doze several times. asked her to stop slapping my foot and leg, but she didnt. a friendly tap wouldve been fine.NOTE TO SELF. Try places twice if first visit wasnt to satisfaction to see if its the same experience. i usually dismiss places after one bad visit.

    I want to start by saying I have frequented this spa for a long time now and every other time I’ve been there I’ve received work that has been high quality. This has been my only bad experience and I share this so that the nail technicians can be aware.Two days ago I had a mani/pedi at the spa and the gel manicure I received was partially down my nails, making it look like I have a lot of outgrowth. Additionally, one of the nails is already peeling up. I did come in last thing of the day and I understand if the techs felt rushed because of that. I was really excited about the manicure and didn’t take a good look in the spa, which I should have so that they could fix the manicure.Everything else about the experience was fabulous, though. My pedicure looks amazing and everyone was very very nice.It’s important that techs starts the gel polish as far back on the nail as they can. It elevates the quality of the work. And it’s important to get every step of the nail preparation right so that there isn’t gel lifting within two days of being applied.I look forward to returning in the future but I will be a little bit more discerning so that this doesn’t happen again. It’s disappointing.

    My pedicure was AMAZING! I appreciated the fact that she massaged calves and feet no less than 3 times during the deluxe pedi. Best $60 I ever spent! Will return when Im down this way again.

    Lida is my nail tech and she has never let me down. She does my nails quick with quality results. My polish never chips and my nails never break. I normally just get gel polish only on my nails and feet. They never over charge.

    Amazing experience start to finish. My niece an I came in as walk ins and were taken care of pretty quickly. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. There were several regular in the salon today and I can see why they are so loyal. I received an SNS manicure with a deluxe pedicure while my niece got a basic manicure and pedicure. Iade an appointment for my next service because I loved the atmosphere so much!

    Needed my nails done last minute and didnt think Id have time the next day, so I picked a place I could go on my lunch break. They were very friendly, and did an excellent job on my nails. And very reasonable price!Edit: its been 4 weeks since I got my nails done, and aside from one nail breaking while cleaning, they are still in perfect condition. These are, by far, the best gel nails I have ever gotten!

    It was a Friday morning and I was searching for a nail place close by.. I tried two other locations when they had just opened and neither were willing to take a walk in.. (one being completely empty when I went).. walked in to their shop and it was fairly busy but they took me in less than 5 minutes. I got a gel pedicure and dip on my nails.. both were done well. The staff was extremely friendly and I had an overall good experience. The prices arent posted anywhere.. cost is average to other locations.

    My mom and I have been going here for about 10 years. Best quality weve found in Jax. Friendly staff that remember our favorite services. Clean and organized. Best to call ahead but they accept walk-ins.I recently got a dip manicure with gel topcoat on my natural nails that looked amazing and help up strong 3+ weeks. Deluxe pedicures are worth it too. Lita and Lynn work some serious magic!

    Sam arranged for my family of five to get pedicures and manicures for my niece’s wedding. It was a wonderful experience! All of us were able to get pedicures and manicures at the same time because he had scheduled more technicians. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and attentiveness of all of the technicians. I would highly recommend this nail and spa.

    I have been going to this nail salon for many years and they are truly the best. Lyn was always my go-to but Lyn no longer works there and Emily is also GREAT! So is Sophea & Lida! They are always upbeat, friendly and talkative and I refuse to go anywhere else! They have recently renovated the building and went up $5.00 for an SNS, but they were always underpriced compared to other salons. They are really good at what they do, across the board.

    First time going to a nail salon for a Manicure and the guy Sam not only did an excellent job on my gel nails, but he helped me understand nail terminology too and he was very nice. My pedicure was just as great. Service was fast and I will be returning. So glad I found this place.

    I love this salon! All the employees are super friendly and have always remembered me by name, even after just one visit! My tech is Lynn and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to go anyone else! She does amazing work and I know she takes pride in her work. She stays late when I come after work and genuinely doesn’t mind and always takes time and care. I get compliments on every mani pedi and I always tell everyone to come here. Lynn and everyone at San Marco Nail and Spa are the best!

    Amazing Job! Very detail oriented. I had less than an hour and needed both a mani and pedi and they accommodated me by doing both at once! They were very careful and thorough on my cuticles which were ragged and rough. I got a natural polish manicure and it has lasted more than 5 days with no chipping. I have also had a set of gel nails done there and they look very natural, not too thick like some places tend to do.I would definitely recommend this place. It is quiet and never crowded and the bathrooms were clean.

    My wife and l go there all the time. They are really nice and do excellent work. They are also great with our 2 girls (9), (10). Very friendly staff and will fix your nails if anything is wrong with them.

    This was my first time at San Marco spa and nails and my only disappointment is that I didnt discover this awesome place sooner! Lynn did my ombre and it was absolutely the best my nails have ever looked. I found my new nail shop...oh and by the way they are all so nice!!!

    Nich did the best job of a traditional manicure that Ive had in a long time. Didnt skip any of the steps and paid attention to my cuticles and cleaning under my nails. Her pedi was fantastic as well. Ive found my nails salon home after a year of looking!

    This was my first visit and they were amazing. I like to change designs often and usually find the nails i like online and show the picture and want perfection lol. Sam did my nails and he did exactly what i asked for and flawlessly. They were very accomidating and the atmosphere is relaxing. Everything i look for in a salon.

    Visited Jacksonville for the 4th of July and realized my feet were jacked for the beach. Had a wonderful deluxe pedicure. Recommend it! Very good. They offer water, soda, and wine also. A plus.
