    I recently moved from out of state and have been trying to find a good nail salon for the past few months. Im thrilled to say that my search is finally over! I had the pleasure of being attended to by John. He did an amazing job! John was incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring that every aspect of my nails was perfect. His meticulous approach and friendly demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. I am extremely happy with the results and will definitely be a continued customer.

    Its been awhile since I have been here. Wasnt busy, got seated right away. The mall these days are pretty dead since covid. Notice they are moving to a bigger spot. The gel was higher than I would pay anywhere else. So be aware. Overall, not a bad job.

    I was very anxious and wasnt sure I wanted to get my nails done because I was missing a toenail cuz the toenail fell off and they put on an acrylic toenail and did my toes and they look fantastic and I wasnt really feeling making a decision so I was like hey could you just pick what we do so all I picked was that I wanted to do dip and I wanted short nails and he picked a color and I got these little pink and pink glitter ombre which is totally my jam and they were awesome and wonderful and please go here because I want to be able to go here forever. Awesome place.

    Visited Jacksonville today and NEEDED a fill BADLY! While I was visiting The Avenue Mall, I took my chances and stopped into SNS Nail Spa without looking at reviews and I’m so glad I did! Kim-Chi gave me a beautiful fill with a coffin shape and I loved it! She was very personable and asked me if I was okay with the length, shape, and color before moving to the next step. I will definitely be coming back when I stop into Jacksonville!

    I absolutely love this salon. Lynn does the absolute best nails. She can do all kinds of different designs and art. Always any shape I want was well. I never leave disappointed. Definitely recommend.

    I came in around 25 mins before the mall closed to ask how long a manicure took and the nice lady said they could fit me in right thenI was nervous because I work with my hands a lot so theyre no exactly in the best shape... tons of hang nails, my fingers were all cut and torn up, my cuticles were as hard as they can get, I had superglue stuck on almost every nail, NEED I SAY MOREwell the man giving me my manicure was very gentle and careful to not hurt me

    Roxy did me the best French tip ever.If y’all want a flat and neat acrylic she is your girl .She took her time and made sure it was correct . I only had to tell her once what I wanted and she delivered. She is the best and I appreciate the work she has done especially when it was close to closing. She did not rush me at all. She had her head down the entire time making sure this was the perfect French tip. I am beyond happy because I have a small nail bed and most people make it very lumpy and big. She made it flat and natural. She is the best.

    Kim and Jack are the best. I got my nails done by someone else that did an awful job on my nails and Kim came to save the day.Jack he is so nice and sweet he is very gentle on your nails and take his time. He will fix anything you ask him too with no problem. I will continue to come here just for them . I’m so happy I found this place.

    I recently visited SNS Nail Salon and Spa for a pedicure, and I must say, it was a pleasant experience overall. The salon itself is small but cozy, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere. As soon as I entered, I was greeted promptly and cordially by the staff, which immediately made me feel welcome.I was promptly directed to a comfortable spa chair, where I settled in for my pedicure. One aspect that stood out to me was that they brought the color palette directly to my chair, allowing me to conveniently select a color without having to get up and search for it. This attention to detail was appreciated and added to the overall convenience of the service.The pedicure chairs at SNS Nail Salon and Spa featured massage functions, which greatly enhanced the relaxation factor. The soothing massage added an extra touch of comfort to the experience, making it even more enjoyable. The gel polish that I chose as part of the $40 package turned out to be of good quality, and I was pleased with the final result.In terms of pricing, I found SNS Nail Salon and Spa to be reasonably priced. With the package I chose and including a tip, my total came to under $60, which I considered to be a fair price for the services rendered.Cleanliness is always a priority for me when visiting nail salons, and I was glad to see that SNS Nail Salon and Spa maintained a clean environment.     I have been going to SNS Nails for several years. Mrs. Kim is my nail technician and does a fantastic job. She is very detail oriented and stay up to date on the latest trends. This shop is very clean and Kim is worth my drive from across town. My daughter also goes here and loves Kim’s work as well.

    My daughter and I went to this place to this salon to get a pedicure and manicure. I must say Lynn is the best Ive ever had. This young lady takes her time and put Love in whatever she do. I have been in Jacksonville FL 5 years and have not found anyone to do the work Lynn do. She is the best of the best. She is Awesome, Great, Fantastic, and Wonderful. All the names that describe a person who is the Greatest! We are so happy we found someone who cares about their work. Thank you so much Lynn for taking care of me and my daughter.     I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I’ve tried several locations in the past and thank goodness for Tony and Minnie and their son and staff!! I have been coming to SNS nails since 2014 and I feel like family ♥️ The atmosphere is always welcoming ! They go above and beyond and this is one asset that sets them apart from any other.. if you like nail design and a great pedicure, look no further! I have recently got eyelash extensions (WOW) they are the bomb! Can’t beat the price 🥰 I honored to be a part of this family!!

    I have been going to SNS Nail Spa for several years. All staff is very customer service oriented but I love Tony and Mindy. Tony takes his time as well as entertains as he does your nails. And the work Mindy does with any facial needs are amazing and lasting. Great atmosphere and just the best service ever.

    Visiting family in the area & they took me to this shop to get me & my daughter’s nails done. Lin did an amazing job with both my feet and nails. She took her time, made me feet feel so smooth & I felt so relaxed. They were also very nice and patient with my 8 year old daughter, she got a manicure and pedicure as well.

    I love this place. I have been going here for the past three years. I even fly home from Miami (where I go to college) to get my nails done here. Everyone is very fast and neat with their work. SNS always looks amazing, especially when done by Tony, Tony’s son, or Tony’s wife. My nails always get so many compliments whenever I leave the shop. Definitely go here.

    I have been going to have my SNS nails done here for almost 5 years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect, and, because I make an appointment, almost never have to wait. I have gone to Tony most of that time and am very satisfied. My nails are the exact shape I want, they are nice and thin, and they last 3 weeks between services. The location is not convenient to my work or home, but I consider it worth the drive. They are also $5.00 less than the places some of my friends go.

    I’ve been coming here for the last couple of years and I always ask for Ms. Kim chi She is such an amazing person. She is very attentive and pays attention to detail. It’s always a pleasure coming to see her. The shop is nice as well! They do do SNS nails, eyebrow waxing, mani, pedi and etc! If your hair ever near The Avenue’s mall check them out.

    I been gone to SNS NAIL SPA at 103 Southside Blvd in the MALL. Mrs. Kim is so so AWESOME. OMG when I come there she does a great job on my pedicure service so relaxing message. and great manicure (I like Gel).     I’ve been seeing Tony at SNS for my micro blading needs for the past 4 years (and my nail needs for almost 15). Tony is top notch! Since moving to Atlanta several years ago, I make annual trips to get my micro blading touched up as I only trust him (and that’s saying something considering where I live). I rate Tony and his team 5+ stars as they truly care for what they do and it shows.

    This is my absolute favorite place for nails, waxing and overall beautification. Located at the Avenues mall on the first floor.( Dont confuse it with the other nail places on the 2nd floor.) Everyone here is friendly, funny and professional. I usually get my mani pedi here, and about a year ago I also got permanent make up for my eyebrows at their suggestion. Ive never had a tattoo and my skin is super sensitive. After weeks of debating and talking about my concerns I finally scheduled an appointment to have them done. It was a game changer for me. My eyebrows are now even and I dont have to worry about trying to shape them daily. They ALWAYS look perfect now! Im also considering the permanent lip makeup as well. I also appreciate that no matter how busy they are there are no long wait times for walk ins. ( I hate making appointments) About 4 years ago SNS was my back up beauty provider, but after years of consistent services I finally made them my primary provider and this is the only place use.

Yes there is a little bit of space but other than that it was amazing I had a awesome experience there and I loved how there service is on point.     I’ve been living Jacksonville for about a year , my ladies that know you know we don’t like switching nail techs 🥺 but I visited this store maybe 6 months ago , I met ms.Lynn she did a full set on me , her work was so immaculate and very clean .. she takes her time she doesn’t not rush she does not do the bare minimum she always goes above & beyond ! Very sweet & kind, I book my appointments with lynn only ! If you’re looking for great quality that last ask for lynn !! My nails last 3 weeks to a month everytime ! Like I said ask for lynn I promise you won’t regret it

    I have been going here for the past 5 years. Tony is my go-to guy and is always smiling and full of jokes. He will do anything you ask with decorations for the nails. His service is impeccable. Mindy always is ready to help with ideas and suggestions. I have never been disappointed with the service and the staff. My nails always hold up and I never have to go back with lifting or cracking. SNS is a great product when you find the right people to apply it. I would highly recommend SNS Nails in the Avenues Mall.

    Yes, its inside the Avenues mall, but its still a great place to get your nails done. They have quite a few very talented nail specialists here. My favorite so far is Phong so if you find yourself here for a pedicure, fill, gel color, full set, etc... do yourself a favor and ask for him. He takes his time and is a great conversationalist to boot. If hes busy, there are others that do wonderful work as well though.
